In this wonderful South Texas weather we have been having so many towns are without power. Im in Freer, TX and I called all around looking for a place open that had propane. I called Busters and they were out of power but the trucks had propane so they were open and filling bottles. The line was long, but thank goodness they cared to help the community. Thank you guy for being open and helping everyone out

Was in and out in 7 minutes. Employee met me at my vehicle when i arrived, helped me with my tanks and filled them up, made sure it was properly labeld and had my total at the register ready. They sell everything u need from new hoses even to big propane tanks.

The past 4 days they have been saying they would at our RV park to fill propane. He never showed today. We have a list of people who need propane for HEAT. Whoever answers the phone is arrogant and prides himself he has a monopoly on the delivery market. We explained we have small children. He didnt care. Be advised horrific experience. The company down the road is amazing and got us propane.

Nothing but good to say, we came to visit and hang on the beach but Uri had other plans for us. Cold, no power and a promise from one of the buster crew they would come on a Wednesday to fill our rigs and bottles. It was a long day for him but he made it happen and with a smile! Thanks!

Busters is under a new owner who is unpleasant and rude. They have poor customer service. One of the drivers who drives the pink truck is a con artist, unprofessional and steals customers gas to sell for himself. Be aware this company is bad news!!

First time doing business with them. I had a good experience, learned quite a bit since He was willing to answer all my questions and took care of my order right away. I will be doing business with them from now on, they give you 20Lbs of propane on your refill not 15Lbs like on the exchange places!

Promised to fill our girls motor home on Wednesday. Thats today.I even called this morning to VERIFY that he was coming, because you never can tell.Oh, yeah. Youre on the schedule.Well, he just called to say I screwed up -- its NEXT Wednesday.When told this was unacceptable -- the girls cannot cook food without propane -- and that he should make an effort to fix his mistake, he declined.When asked what he was going to do to fix it, as a business owner, he said Nothing.This guy is worthless . Do not use this charlatan.

70 cents per gallon more than Tractor Supply for propane.Update. I have a guage on my propane tank and had about 7lbs left but they charged me for 20# as if the tank was empty.
