Although not a normal store that I visit . The staff was very quick to greet and help me checkout as I only needed a gift card. Lots of bright lights that made me feel like I was melting though🥵

The store associates are always really helpful. They know exactly what pieces go with what and how much they are. I went in with a budget for a gift and she knew exactly what pieces to show me.

I went in to do an exchange after Christmas and the staff was very busy but still tentative and helpful. They worked as a team to get my needs taken care of and I really felt appreciated. I ended up with my all-time favorite new earrings ;)

Very disappointed with their staff. I order some earrings online. Had them delivered at the store. The staff was extremely rude never going back to that store. For overpriced jewelry. From now on shopping with James Avery. They are a Christian Store with Great Customer Service .

Walked into the store looking to purchase some jewelry and not a single employee offered to help me. There was only one other customer in the store and I found it very disrespectful.

I remember being so excited that we were getting a KS store here in Corpus. Unfortunately the staff is rude and very unfriendly. No one ever helps me and I am the one that has to go up to them while they are in personal conversation to tell them what I want to purchase. I’ve been to other stores in Houston and San Antonio and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I suggest someone from another store teach the Corpus staff what it is to be a sales person. I’m just going to go back to ordering online like I did before.

Today was my very first visit to Kendra Scott. My friends had told me about the 1/2 price on your birthday so I wanted to check it out. From the time I walked into the door I was so very impressed with the lady that welcomed us and ask if she could help in anyway at first I just looked around and when I went up to Angelina and started to ask questions she was so great helping me find what I wanted and she answered every question I ask, she was so courteous. I just bought jewelry for my 4 daughters and myself for Christmas and I must say that because they were so rude and unfriendly I will never spend my money with them again.Just read the other reviews, wish I had read them before wasting my time and money there😡

The store is very nice and elegant but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Only one employee was nice and unfortunately I waa unable to get her name to commend her for working with such rude people. Id rather have the headache of buying online and waiting than deal with them again.

Visiting CC & stopped in was not greeeted and no one even acknowledged me and my family as we looked the store. Only time an employee communicated with me was when I was ready to check out. Very upset will not be coming back.
