WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!! They deserve 0 stars. They don’t return phone calls and are extremely rude to customers. I have not once (owned car for 2 years) been able to get a service done here because the wait time is about 2 weeks and then they cancel on the day of service. I scheduled a service with them twice (both 2 weeks in advance because they never have appointments readily available) and both times on the day of service I get a phone call saying they don’t have enough mechanics to service my car because they are too busy. This is ridiculous! Why do they even have an appointment service if they can’t keep up their end of the service. Extremely frustrating that I have to go all the way to San Antonio to get a service done.I also had to buy my Mazda from the Mazda dealership in San Antonio because the prices at this dealership are outrageously overpriced and there is no room for negotiation. I bought the same exact car year/model for $5000 less in San Antonio.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Great deal! Great people! Best shopping and buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle (and I have bought a few). Jamie and Gary were great to deal with. No pressure. Honest give and take. Friendly and courteous. I would buy form them again without hesitation.
Tried to set up an appointment online, their website would let me get to the select an appointment screen but wouldnt let me schedule a date, was bugged and every date and time was grayed out, even if I tried to set one months ahead. Set up a quick appointment using the in a hurry option. But because they didnt have my VIN in the appointment (Because their website wasnt working and in a hurry didnt have that option, but we were standing by my car so...) they would have to bill me for each thing separately instead of the 10,000 mile easy maintenance price that comes with the car. Over $100 more, because they cant physically look at my VIN on my car. The person who helped was friendly enough, but if thats how their computer system works then they really need to catch up, its 2016

By far the worst service Ive ever experienced at a dealership. They do not return phone calls, reply to emails or follow up on questions or concerns. I waited for two months for them to get back with me about a service issue with my 2016 Mazda. When I contacted them to find out about the status, it was all new to them and was told theyd return my call. I called back 1 1/2 days later, retold my story AGAIN even when I gave them the service invoce number and date from 2 months prior. Anyway, I was told they had to check with their supervisor and their supervisor would call me back. I then waited 3 working days for that return call before I called them back. I also sent emails addressed to the head service writer that were never answered. I will never buy a car, parts or even a quart of oil at this dealership. AutoNation Mazda in Corpus Christi is unprofessional and has no idea what customer service is.If you deal with them, GOOD LUCK.
I would give zero stars if I could.Terrible. Horrible. No Good. Very Bad. Poor. This has to be the worst mechanic service Ive ever had the displeasure of receiving. Incompetence at every turn. After having to pay them a ridiculously over priced $150.xx just to do a diagnostic of the A/C on my vehicle. They informed me that I would need a new compressor and they wanted $1400 to replace my current one. I told them absolutely not! I took it down to a local mechanic shop and they did it for $300 and had it back same day. Well the new compressor didnt fix the A/C so I went back to this sham of a business and gave them the option to refund my money or to re-diagnose the A/C issue. They kept my vehicle for three days before calling to tell me it was the expansion valve that needed to be replaced. They wanted $1000 for this job. Again I told them absolutely not! When I went to pick my vehicle up the lot porter knew something wasnt right. THEY HAD TORN MY GLOVE BOX OUT AND PARTIALLY DISASSEMBLED MY DASH. My blood was boiling. I asked to speak to the manager whom I spoke with before about the misdiagnosis, but he was of course out on vacation. The spineless service person Patrick was no where to be found. The only person who made an attempt to explain or help was a lovely woman who informed me that she was just acting manager. She tried to put me into a loaner car, but I wasnt having any of their games. I told them I expected a call to sort out them putting my car back together and then drove off. Low and behold a week later still no call from the yellow bellied cowards. I did take my car down to the same mechanic as before and had the expansion valve fixed for $180. What is maddening about this is that they have the gall to charge people $160 an hour for service, but can be so flippant with the customers time. So lets recap. Overpriced, careless, misinformed, spineless, and inconsiderate. Im going to send this review to the shop, to the management, to the owners, to the Mazda corporate overlords, and to any company that ranks them like Best of the best, J.D Power and Associates, etc.
Took in my vehicle to get work done under warranty, they had it for over 2 weeks already and I still cant get an estimated day of completion, and at this point Im not even sure they are fixing everything because every time I call or go there no one knows anything (status of work done, if recall will be fixed, if parts have been ordered, etc) and all I get is the promise that theyll call me later which they usually dont do. Stay away from this place or youll regret it.
Do not buy from this dealership. We have been negotiating for a car for the whole day going back and forth, and I already started driving to corpus christi. Our house is 3.5 hrs away. 1.5 hours into our drive there, Brad from Autonation called us saying that the price they gave us was for the wrong car and the price for the car we want is actually $3000 more. That is really the stupidest mistake (or most dishonest thing) a salesman can do. They sent us a quote with the right car and price written on it, hours before we reached an agreement for the final price, but now Brad is saying that he thought it was for a different car.Brad seems to want to take advantage of our inconvenience of having already started driving. He was probably just trying to get more money from us.He wasted our time and effort!Don’t trust them!
PLEASE, spare yourselves. NEVER trust this dealership! TWICE, they have sold me cars with bad batteries and then refuse to replace them! I could literally write a novel on the amount of BS, lies, and unprofessionalism I have received from this dealership. I am surprised they have not been sued yet! They have caused me car issues that could have been deadly, on multiple occasions. Seriously, please, do not waste your time or your hard earned money on this place. It is a sad excuse for a business!
This dealer has the WORST service in the world. Do not buy a car here if you ever think you might need to service your car at the dealer. Get a chevy or a toyota. ANYTHING but Mazda. They never return your calls or seem to know anything... Cody at the service desk was nice and helpful, but one employee cant save the sinking ship.
Joseph, the salesman, was congenial and straight-forward. He did a great job selling us a 2018 Mazda CX-3. We got a fair price and were happy. The detailer (the one who prepares the car to leave the lot) did a lousy job. We found a checklist from Mazda for the detailer or salesman to check the car to be ready for delivery to a customer in the glove compartment that was folded up and unmarked. We found a plastic bag on the rear wiper. There were parts of white plastic still attached to the hood. There were small sized stickers all over the interior of the car i.e. clear, yellow and blue ones. It wasnt what you would call ready to take off the lot (pristine condition). So the sales department is decent but the service department or detail department needs some improvement.
I’ve been to many car dealerships but this one is definitely a must go to! They treat their customers like they’re family.
The cars and sales representatives here are amazing. So amazing that I bought 2 cars from them in a year.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! In 2015 I leased a car from MAZDA. I signed the papers and took the car home. They NEVER filed the paperwork with th DMV! I called MAZDA 2 months later asking for my licence plate and DMV paperwork, and they hadn’t even realized they had not filed the paperwork! Regarding the financing, they also hadn’t filed/processed the paperwork! I called them 2 months after signing the papers asking them for a bill! Now 3 years later, I turned in my leased vechicle to AUTONATION MAZDA, but they never filed the paperwork! So I get a late bill (which is going against my credit, and now I have to go through the hassle of getting it reversed). And MAZDA threaten to reposes the car that I already turned in!! MAZDA IS INCOMPETENT! I AM HAVING THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS!!
I have had the hardest time getting service anytime my car has needed it. I was given a key held together with cement puddy and tape and now my key wont work and I keep getting the run around it is so frustrating and upsetting.
If you show up around noon no matter what day its like a ghost town. Made several trips there till I finally gave up and bought the part I needed online
Had to go to San Antonio to get service done...this service department is terrible, and absolutely frustrating! No call backs, no updates, nothing.
Have always had a great experience with AutoNation Mazda and AutoNation Ford.
The service is so unoriginized they say the have a shuttle for you 15 min before the hour and they dont! They are very rude and do not have any customer service skills what so ever!
You want a place that will order parts and then will actually never order them and then not call you for weeks and then it happen 3 times over a span of 5 months. Then this is your place to have your car worked on.
