Go straight to Better Business Bureau and file a complaintHangs up phone, the when you call back..you get you have reached a Time Warner Customer no voicemail activated No business name.I was hung up on called right back, got this message and called policePolice got an answer.I also submitted a BBB complaint,Paul Morales put my life and others in danger by erasing check engine codes to cover up that did not do the expensvie work,My car was stalling on .I was lucky I was on side streets.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS SHOP TO WORK ON YOUR CAR
