Our experience was great. My wife and I were looking to trade in my truck in favor of an SUV for our newborn coming soon. We were greeted and had all our questions and inquiries answered. We felt the service provided to us was just right and it made us comfortable moving forward on purchasing a vehicle. I felt like the Express Lube Center was poorly run and all the POC wanted to do was to up sale more service. I had to pay to have the tire balanced during a tire rotation that was part of my vehicle warranty plan. He tried to sale me a brake fluid flush for $179 on a vehicle that only has 20k miles on it and is still in WARRENTY!To pushy.I felt like the service writer saw an old man and he was going to take me to the cleaners!

I needed my lugs changed to universal. My rims were locked and I have no key and I have a bad tire so I was having issues lol. They got it right in and right back out. Super quick service!!! I recently was rear ended and after the body repair a sensor malfunction appeared while I was driving. I was afraid that when I told the service man about the accident that he would use that as an excuse for the repair not to be covered under warranty. He explained that the sensor with the problem was for the front and and shouldn’t be involved in a rear end collision. The repair will be covered under warranty. Plus, the service team treated me with utmost respect when I dropped my car off.

When in to put a new horn in my 2015 nissan altima pick it up yesterday and heard some rattling noise . The bumper was loose .they refuse to fix it said it was like that .. thats a dam lie . Maaco body shop just did some work on my bumper it was tight when left there . Now ed hicks takes it out n refuse to do it right all it needed was some screws. smh.. had more work to do tut o car but iam definitely not goin back there..

The multi point inspection revealed that I need to have my rear brake pads replaced, so Ill be back in a couple of weeks to get them done.

This place is shady. Contacted a sales Rep named Jordan. Was interested in buying a Versa. Told him the parameters of what I was looking for and he says he’ll work on it. Calls me back with a number that is not even close to what I told him. Sends me a pic of the numbers with the MSRP higher than what they even have online. Claims the online MSRP doesn’t include a $2600 “protection package” the manufacturer automatically includes. They can’t do anything about it. This is total BS. Nissan doesn’t include that the dealer does because that “protection package” is pure profit for them. So apparently you can’t trust what they have online nor can you trust their sales people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and THEIR “PROTECTION PACKAGE”

Came for oil change and multipoint inspection. Inspection stated missing cabin air filter. I had been told upon new purchase of the vehicle in 15 that it should not have one. Inspection also called for new tires with alignment. Agreed to all suggested services. Was told after the fact by tech that the alignment could not be performed due to undercoating of vehicle. I then took the vehicle to another shop who had no difficulty performing the alignment and stated that the cam bolts were missing--which I suspect were removed but not replaced when dealer attempted alignment--and that serious rounding of the tires rod end bolts were a problem--damage that must have been done by the Nissan tech as this was the vehicles first alignment since new purchase.

Gave this place two chances. Been to 5 Nissan dealerships in 4 states and this is the only one that falls out of line. Every other one had an efficient service team, but this is a place that will not honor appointment times and will make a 30-minute service turn into an all-day affair. I am planning on buying new tires, and it will be more efficient for me to travel to a different city to get it done.During my first service with them, they took from morning to evening to get a straightforward service done alongside taking care of a safety recall. I get it-- things get backed up-- but, there was zero communication of progress and of the delays. The worst part was getting a phone call over a month later letting me know theyre ready to perform the recall service. It was never communicated that the recall service wasnt performed. So, it took over 9 hours do a basic 40K-mile service and not complete the other task. The icing on the cake was my loss in tire pressure because they did not screw back on the tire air valve cap after an inspection.Also, of the 5 dealerships, this is the only one who does a text follow-up. Every single other one did a phone call to see how things went. I dont care too much about this, but I think it does say something about how much this dealership cares relative to other locations.In summary: this location does not value your time, your vehicle, nor your feedback.

Nissan never seems to amaze me in the last 5 months of buying a vehicle in nov 2020 my husband bought me a pathfinder it was supposed to be a certified vehicle first thing went wrong was the ac wasnt not blowing in the back part of the suv and the trunk part of the lock was broke remember its certified i dont know who certified the vehicles but they need to be fired when bought the suv it had 37,093 miles we bought it in for the 3,000 oiol change so are a little over 3500 we disnt wait until it was at 5000 when getting the oil change the tech called and said that we needed a battery remind you it has not even been 3 months so i said ok i take it to the maintenance dept and Anthony said its a good battery and the the service just wanted to make a sale so we left now its may 8 and am stuck at the store with evrybody in the car so praying that someone will pass by and ask us if they can help will thank you jesus the car so needless to say we didnt get to go to houston for mother day so on monday it still wouldnt start i called roadside and they said it would be a hour so my husband jump the car tookmit to nissan told them that the battery was bad they check it to come back and tell me what i have already told them and to ask me to pay for a battery now if you sold a certified vehile should have put a new battery in there qell nope they dis not because the man said thats the original battery that the car had since it was purchased so then Anthony said qell qe are willing to pay half of 172.99 of the battery am like what no i will not pay for a battery that only last me 5 months so i talk to the manager that told me you can get a battery one day and the next two days the battery may not work but all seem not to understand the word certified i expect for my car to run for at least a year not 5 months and have to buy a battery on top of that about 3 wwek ago i went in because the ac was blowing hot air and i wanted for them to feel it well the man that sits by ben was there he came out felt the heat and said ok am writing up and made us an appt a week from then well when i went in he he didnt write anythinh down he only made the appt and they didnt have a vehile for me size of my suv and as soon as one come in they will call me so that they can checknot out will its been 3 qeeks and still no call and today qe where there maybe a hour with the battery mess he said we check the ac and couldnt fins nothing well i said if the ac runnings cold when you start to you good for the whole day if it starts hot then you hot the whole day so there something wrong all i know we are loyal customers and have been for a long time have bought 3 cars and my daughter 3 cars from nissan here in corpus christi texas maybe its time for a change even through i love the brand nissan i love myself more and my happiness is worthy.am so disappointed in nissan especially the certified car that wasnt certified from the beginning make sure you certified your own car before driving off.

On 3-1-2021 My wife took our 2020 Pathfinder in for routine maintenance as part of the 2 year free maintenance program. Those of you who are in the know about the 2 year free maintenance, know its definitely not free! Which my complaint is not about that aspect. In a business perspective I understand that part of it. When my wife took our Pathfinder in she was asked if she would like a wash and vaccum. Of course she said yes! When the car was received the only area vaccumed was the drivers side area, and on top of the front license plate was hanging low with only on screw in place! As customer I was very pleased with sales team, however the maintenance team as far as quality has been sub par! Which causes concern of the maintenance performed!
