My wife is a quilter and as such we must stop at every quilt shop see shes.She came out of this place and said the owner was a bout as friendly as a rattlesnake and that shed never go in there again.That amazed me because my wife has had good things to say about every quilt shops employees ... not this one. She said the employee was really nice but the owner? Not so much.

Because of the virus, we were told to wash our hands immediately, instead of having hand sanitizer at the door, I dont like being treated like a child, although we were wearing masks. If we were sick, we would have stayed home. The fabric we were looking for, they didnt have. So no going back there to shop.

On vacation with a friend and we rushed to get to this quilt shop before they closed at 3 pm. We made it at about 2:45. As soon as the saw me walk to the door they locked it before I could enter. Then they opened the door and were extremely rude. I would think that after such a long quarintine people would welcome any business coming their way. I wanted some fabric to comemorate my vacation. I have never been treated so rudely.

Loved it! Staff very helpful and kind. We definitely will be returning.

Great selection of fabric and customer service was outstanding!So a month later I reached out to the staff through Facebook messaging.I had forgotten to get the trim on a particular item I saw there although I purchase the fabric I forgot the trim. they were kind enough to send me a picture of the rap so that I could get the trim back here at home in Tampa!This is a definite must-see quilt shop. Anytime Im out in that area I will stop in!

My sister, Sara Brunsvold, is a very gifted seamstress and quilter and she has spent a fair amount of money in your shop. Both my daughter, who sews and quilts, and I (I do not sew or quilt) have accompanied her on several occasions. Your shop is lovely, warm, and filled with beautiful items, and your staff is great, helpful, and very friendly. However, chastising her because her purchase was small today and would mean a wash-out for you was not wise and indicated a real lack of customer service expertise. As you said, every sale is important. Even sales amounting to less than $5 add up. Hopefully, lesson learned!

Stopped in on a road trip. Laura and Andrea could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The Row by Row is so cute! The shop rang with the laughter of happy quilters. Thank you, Quilts Ole.

I enjoyed myself looking around and had three different trims cut. I went to pay only to be chastised because my your was a small amount. The lady/owner? Kept telling me how this sale would be a “wash up”” for her due to cost. She continued saying this. If they have a policy then post but I do it need to be lectured on why I should buy more to save her money. I will never go back and have already told this story to other people who I might add were very surprised.

Shopping at Quilts Ole has always been a pleasure. Sandra takes a lot of pride finding the newest and the most appealing fabric groups. They also have a lot of kits to choose from and always plenty of sample quilts to add to my inspiration.I have been a customer since the store opened. I also like the fact that I can:Shop Local!

I LOVE Quilts Ole!!! My Mom and my Grama buy all of their materials here! Sandra, the owner is so nice and courteous, and she helps with every question you may have! I am far cry from being good at sewing or knitting, but Sandra is able to help with every question I have, and she is extremely patient with me and everyone I see her interact with! Quilts Ole is right in the heart of Corrales, NM and it is very easy to get to from just about anywhere in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho! 10 out of 10!
