Omgoodness this store is amazing!!! I fell in love with everything! My favorite part was how they actually treated me like a person versus a sale or a checkbook. They took the time to get to know my wants and my needs and where patient as I struggled to make decisions. To say their service is top notch would be an under statement.After waiting 5 months for furniture I never received from Ashley to have my furniture delivered next day was the icing on the cake PLUS Our furniture is better quality than what we had previously ordered for the same price if not a little less.Love love love this store and my experience there. I can’t wait for an excuse to go back.

There prices where was too high. They’re furniture was almost identical to a rustic furniture store I’ve been to. We were talking to each other about how the furniture looks the same at a different store, the woman cut in and said something about how they have better Quality and that Other stores use fake wood”what we where talking about didnt”. They said Well what brand is it because ours is real wood”. We decided to leave because of the Bad Experience, Customer Service, Prices, did I mention PRICES.I would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could!They Probably Will report this saying it’s a scam it’s not it’s a warning to not spend your money there!

These are the nicest, most customer service oriented people I have ever met! I was in need of a refrigerator and it was somewhat of an emergency - the compressor on mine was about to go at any minute. They had the perfect unit in stock, it was well-priced, they delivered it to our home in the evening, managed to squeeze it through a VERY small doorway into our kitchen, then hooked everything up for us with the help of a service person they brought with them. Go let Manny Perez and his family take care of you - you’ll be glad you did!

This is the best place to get good quality furniture with the best customer service.I had been to all the furniture stores in town and saved this place for last I didnt give them much hope because they are small. I couldve saved my time if I had gone here first. They have a huge selection of furniture readily available that they can go pick up deliver and setup the next day in most cases. We recently purchased a refrigerator and TV from here and the customer service was wonderful. They were following all the CDC guidelines and made sure customers were safe when entering, answered any questions we had about the products we were looking at, and verified and kept delivery times. Jordan and I went to The Vault one day last week because our Microwave went out. We had great customer service and found just the microwave we needed. We got a good price and the old Microwave was removed and the new one installed very quickly. We had great service and I will use them again.

Bought a mattress and box spring from The Vault this morning after checking out the big brand stores. They will deliver tomorrow for free. Cant wait to sleep on it. Experience was great, informative and personal. Definitely recommend them for furniture or appliances if you want to be treated as a person and not just a customer. I searched all day for a stove. Went to two local well known appliance stores. Neither of them had anything in stock and the customer service was status quo until I entered The Vault. Manlio Perez met us at the door with a warm greeting and did everything in his power to wait on us as though we were the only customers in existence. We purchased the exact appliance that I had been wanting, at a reasonable price, and it was delivered/set up within the hour. Now my friends - THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are glad we went in to look and came out a winner. I recommend The Vault to all my family and friends!!

Months ago when I first moved to town I stopped by with my mama to check out their selection of furniture and appliances after seeing one of their posts on Facebook. I needed a washer and dryer but didn’t realize it would be months before I actually purchased because of my dad’s health issues and multiple trips to and from Dallas. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by one of the owners, Carmen, and shown their selection of furniture and appliances with a transparent and no pressure presentation of prices and availability on both new and used appliances. We ended up staying and talking just getting to know Carmen and her husband (everyone knows me and mama are talkers!!!) and by the time we left we I felt like I hadn’t just found the place to buy the things I needed for my apartment but also made new friends. It ended up being almost two months before I called the store, yesterday, to inquire about appliances and they remembered me! The sales process was super simple and easy, no hidden fees or charges, very up front and I was blessed that they were able to offer me next day delivery. They also offer appliance repair and include a warranty and offer to navigate the factory warranty so that the customer never has to be without an appliance if a problem does arise. From start to finish I have been very happy with The Vault Corsicana and plan to go there for all my furniture and appliance needs and I would encourage my friends and family to do so as well.

These people are amazing! My washer went out after hours on a Sunday and they came to my rescue. They made sure I had exactly what I needed for the price I could afford. & At 9pm on a Sunday night they delivered and set up my washer perfectly. Thank y’all for going above and beyond!
