I was at the dealership one hour and ten minutes for regular servicing: Oil and filter change, fluids check, filters checked, and finally a tire rotation. Compared to other experiences, it was totally efficient and timely. The staff and personnel were courteous and professional, which I have found true for many years under different management. A fine dealership in the service department. Im sure the sales department is equally proficient.

Viewed their inventory online and found a truck I liked so I completed the form online to have them contact me. Last week while driving from DFW to Houston to trade in our 2016 CTS we experienced the unthinkable. Our vehicle began to make a noise and loss power and didnt want to go over 60 mph. We were able to drive to this location and once there, Gina in the Service Department walked over and the rest is herstory! She is not only knowledgeable and definitely passionate about her craft, but an all around professional and leader. We told her our issue and she immediately had two techs stop what they were doing to look at our car and provide the best recommendation. We took their advice and they were able to get us out the door in two hours. We made it to Houston; traded the car and couldnt have done it without this great team. 100% Customer satisfaction, would recommend this location to a friend.

After purchasing my truck in early 2020 from a dealership in Ennis Texas, and paying extra for a service contract which I wasnt afforded the opportunity to completely utilize, I was made aware sometime later that the dealership had closed its doors. The new dealership assuming their clientele wanted nothing to do with honoring my service contract, so I called a different dealership in Corsicana Texas. Both dealerships the one I originally purchased the truck from and the one I called in Corsicana had basically the same name...Frank Kent Chevrolet and Frank Kent Country. Probably with different owners but defiantly with similar products and common interests. After speaking with the Service Department they agreed to service my truck in spite of it not being purchased at their dealership. That said; I took my truck in last Saturday and experienced customer service equal to or better than my original dealership, as well as a no charge invoice. Thank You Frank Kent Country for Quality Customer Service and Integrity to boot.

Took my car in to have it serviced and the check engine light checked out 26 hours later I finally in frustration went and got it back they had not been able to determine why the check engine light was on wanted to tear into the engine and I wasnt going to allow that so it cost me $200 for a service. And they also recommended $3,000 worth of additional repairs to a car thats only worth $5,000 one things for sure after being a customer of theres for eight years I will never set foot inside that business again

The fact that i expressed my concerns my wants and needs in this purchase and although i been getting the runaround they helped out tremendously within 24 hours a process that i been trying to do for over 3 months.

Unfortunately, this time around my experience with this place is no longer acceptable. I was told by a number of employees the camera on the mirror we repaired a year ago would have a 2 year warranty, I took my vehicle in and was told it’s covered by warranty. NOW, I get a call part is in and there was only a 1 year warranty, so to fix the SAME issue a year ago will now be $4xx. Oversight on their part and should have been a correction on their end to rectify the issue. Frank Kent USED to have impeccable service, I remember our sales man would even send a Christmas card, now it’s like they don’t even work with you if there is a problem. Only reason why I went there originally was the service, but now that even the simple issue of miscommunication can’t be resolved, then it’s best to take my business elsewhere.P.s.They always tell me my vehicle has a recall and they would fix it, yet when I drive over an hour they tell me there has not been a solution to get it fixed… it is beyond me that not everyone is on the same page at that location..

I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change and after about 20 minutes, I remembered there was a recall. An employee had called me about 2 months earlier and stated they had the part in, but I had forgot to mention. I went up to the service desk and asked them if I could go ahead and schedule a time to come back and have the recall replaced, and they said if I didnt mind waiting a little longer, they were going ahead and replacing it then. I was so excited to not have to reappoint. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond!

Easiest vehicle purchase I ever made, including trade-in. Did the entire transaction over the phone/email and was in and out of the dealership in 5 minutes. Austin did a great job keeping me up to date on the delivery of my new Tahoe.

I called just after they opened and asked to speak to the parts department. After the operator came back on the line for the third time, because nobody in parts could or would answer, she offered to have parts call me back later in the day. After about 3 hrs I tried to call again and still no one from parts answered. The operator again said they would call back. Just before parts closed I called again and still no answer from the parts department. The operator offered to have them call the following week. They obviously do not need or want my business. I do not suggest doing business with the parts department, and frankly I wont be back for any other service or purchases.Side note: The operator was extremely nice and understanding. I felt bad for her having to deal with this parts department.Hope this helps the next person before waisting time at this dealership.

Ended up paying $80 for an oil change 3 months after the purchase of the vehicle. Brought up an issue with the auto stop that’s not working properly days before I dropped the truck off to have a recall fixed and was told when I dropped the truck off that the issues with the auto stop could not be addressed at this time.

Great customer service all the way around.only problem we have ever had was we referred a customer when be bought our vehicle and they came the next day and they bought a truck.We never received the referral award.And this is not the first time this has happened last time it was the other way around with same people.

The grill is peeling on my car and they didnt change it. The steeing wheel is changing color and they didnt do anything about it. They blamed it on the manager and told us that the manager was not going to change neither one. Not a good customer service at all. We bought our car there and been taking it up there for service and we got bunch of nonsense excuses regarding what needed to be done. Not acceptable at all.

I was in route from Dallas back home to Houston and a light came on in my new car I wasn’t familiar with so I pulled off hwy 45 and looked it up and it said air low in back tires. Unfortunately I didn’t know how to fill up my tires so I pulled into Frank Kent and asked if they could help me.The service people could not of been more attentive and helpful. In checking my tire turns out I had both a screw and a nail in my back tire. They got right on it, patched it and I was back on my way to Houston within an hour. The absolute worst experience when trying to purchase a vehicle. I sat down to complete paperwork after test driving, and they would not honor their own “haggle free” internet listed price that was listed on several sites. They wanted over $3000 more than what was listed. It was very unprofessional and a good case of false advertising on their part.

Came for a simple oil change. But they never reset my indicator on dash. It still says change oli soon. Needless to say they forgot, even though they took about an hour. When I called back shortly after, he tried to explain to Me how I could reset it myself. Wasnt quit happy at all. Might think twice If we go back.

My young son bought his first car at Frank Kent in Corsicana. The sales process was great until it hit the warranty department, Alvin. My son had a payment in mind and was on his target. Alvin was trying to make a sale and told my son, if he wasnt sure about buying a warranty, he could always cancel. His payment went up $60/mo, thinking if he canceled, it would go back down to his target. After driving the truck home and discussing the whole process, within two hours, was back with Alvin canceling the warranty. Alvin took the cancellation paperwork and faxed it to GM Finance. On Monday, my son followed up with GM, they never received the paperwork! He is in the process of fixing this and moving his car loan to somewhere else. All for a $30 commission to Alvin! I will never do busy with this location and encourage no one else to buy a car or truck from Frank Kent.

My wife took our 2016 Yukon XL Denali in to have the oil changed and tires rotated. It was running good and had no issues. While waiting, the service advisor said the battery had two dead cells, needed to be replaced, and it would be around $180. Again, no issues with it when she took it in. A couple of hours later she asked what was taking so long and they said it was about to be washed. She then went back and asked again and they said it was ready. When she got to the car it had not been washed. She had already been there several hours and was done so she just left. Eight miles down the road the check engine and oil pressure lights came on and the computer said to stop the car immediately due to low oil pressure. She called the dealership, told them what happened, and they got nervous and sent a tow truck. Come to find out after all that time and trouble the technician did not put enough oil in it. At least that’s what we were told. Who knows if they even put any oil in it. The service manager apologized and said they’d get to the bottom of how it happened. He then had the audacity to say they would not reimburse us for the oil change and would give us our next oil change for free. We live out of town and I said that was unacceptable. He said they’d send us us a check by mail. I also asked he send a letter taking responsibility for the issue and guaranteeing us that if anything related to their mistake happened to our vehicle in the next three months they’d be responsible for it. He took my information and guaranteed I’d have it within a week. It has been more than three weeks and guess what? No check. No letter. No phone call. Nothing. I have since reviewed the original bill and they charged us to check the battery when it’s supposed to be included in the service. Unbelievable. Do NOT do business with this dealership. If I don’t receive the check and letter by the end of next week they will hear from our attorney.

Easy, quick and dependable

Great people here, but the only thing keeping it from a five-star rating is that every time I go to get service, it seems to take forever. Even if I schedule an appointment, it is too long.From what I can tell they just dont have a good coordinator. For instance, if you go in for an oil change and some minor concern, there isnt any coordination between the two techs. So, your car might sit there for a couple of hours waiting on the diagnostic tech. Then, when he gets done, the oil change guy finally gets around to doing the oil change. Then, the car wash guy does his thing.So, what could have been done in two hours instead takes five hours.I understand we are on country time out here in Corsicana, Texas, but it doesnt seem such a hard concept to coordinate these things.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Service department held my truck for nearly two weeks after giving me excuse after excuse as to why a split gas line couldnt be repaired. Fast forward a week and they still had my truck. Only now my truck conveniently had rat damage that couldnt have possibly happened while it sat in their lot for weeks. Wouldnt warranty the work, and still charged me. CROOKS
