I visited Extreme Optical on September 23, 2020. I had my eyeglass prescription, and ordered a pair of glasses using my Davis vision benefits. I was told I could pick them up on October 7th. I called on October 7th and they informed me they couldnt find my paperwork. They called me back and informed me that Davis did not make my glasses because thier was a problem with my coverage. They said they had worked it out. The actual problem was, that extreme optics hadnt ordered the glasses correctly, cancelled the order and made a new one. They never followed up with Davis, until I was ready to pick them up. They told me it was Davis fault. I had informed them of a trip I was going on and asked if I could still get them before I leave. They said if I used thier Lab they could but for an additional 400 plus dollars. I declined. They then called Davis and then called me back and assured me they had worked it out and that I could pick them up on October 16. Today they called and told me that the U.V. coating they ordered is not available on plastic lenses and that they cant get any glasses for me before my trip. Again had the nerve to offer me a set if I will pay 400. Plus extra to rush them. The are very nice people, but very incompetent in my opinion.

My husband saw the eye doctor at Xtreme Optics. The Xtreme Optics eye doctor wrote a prescription for glasses that improved his vision dramatically. Other eye doctors had told us that he didnt need glasses because he had cataract surgery with a lens put in each eye. My husband could not see well after the surgery.My husband and I both have bought frames and sunglasses at Xtreme Optics. The eye care center is clean and centrally located in downtown Corsicana. They have a wide variety of frames. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend going to Xtreme Optics.

My number one choice! With the doctor onsite and the friendly staff, they definitely treat you like family!
