Josh was really friendly, quick and quiet experienced. He arrived ahead of scheduled time and repaired our garage door very quickly. OGD even provided us with the exact cost of repair on the spot with their mobile app which was really efficient.

Josh installed a new opener for me Monday evening. He was extremely courteous and very informative about everything he was going to do. The job was completed quickly and I couldnt be happier with the results. Would highly recommend him!

The main spring broke on a Saturday night. I left a message on their website Sunday hoping for a call back on Monday. To my surprise, Tina responded in less than 5 minutes! She had Joshua out first thing Monday. He was a very nice and knowledgeable young man. He explained everything that needed to be done and we agreed on the price. He was done in about an hour and everything worked perfectly. It couldnt have gone more smoothly. I have used OGD before and they did a great job then and are still doing a fantastic job. WO#47972303. “Be very diligent before doing business with these people.” I called OGD set up a date and time, but then on a Sunday I get a reminder text that a tech would be there the next day, which was a holiday, so I changed my plans and Monday I get a text that it would be the original date and time. On the day of the appointment they said a tech would be there between 9-11 AM. No one shows up, so at 1:30 PM I call and I was told the appointment had been changed to end of the day. I changed my plans and the tech shows up at around 4PM. He checks my door, with my ladder and says it can’t be adjusted or repaired and it would be $3600 to replace it and I said I just needed the door to be adjusted to make it easier for me to open, it opens but it’s hard especially since I’m 73. After saying no thank you he said he could use some my parts and bring down to $3300, again no thank you. My wife is waiting in the car, for an appointment we put off, so I left him there and found the sticker with the work order next to my door but not until I paid the $109. That next weekend at 73 I worked on my door, 12x12 and I got it where it works so well my wife can open it. I took a video and I have text, left messages on OGD’s website and sent an email to Support as one someone from OGD suggested to another unhappy customer, but I’ve heard nothing, they aren’t interested in my business, so I have to suggest people be very careful, but I’m still out $109! Really, is that a way to run a business. If you read this review I’m sure you find a note from OGD to contact “Support” but have you noticed they are quick to say nice things to the people who give them a good review, but if they respond to a unhappy customer it’s contact Support who I never heard from!

Installed a $100 garage door opener for my parents for $800. Same model door opener and service from Home Depot runs $250.Update: My mom called to ask about what happened and I could hear the guy yelling at her through the phone from across the room. These guys are terrible. I hope they make it right, but seriously doubt it.Update 2: They no showed on the appointment to look at it.

The technician was quick to discover our problem. He said to remember the 2-foot rule. That is to keep all objects two feet away from the sensors. That’s all it was. He was honest and only charged me a service call. This kind of service will make me use OGD again.

At this point, my wait to have my garage door installed has been twice as long as what I was originally told with no end in sight. They also charged me the full amount to begin with rather than the 50% deposit they told me and I had to go through process to get refunded the 50% overcharge. Two months and nothing yet! horrible customer service

I had a spring break and couldnt open my big garage door. I called OGD and they came out the same day . It was repaired in an hour. I was very happy.

Jason was friendly and knowledgeable, he was actually able to fix the door immediately, the same day as coming to look at it. We did not have to schedule another visit. He was helpful and gave us pointers about keeping the door working smoothly. Highly recommended.

Very professional. Great service. However, they are pricey. Charged $513 to replace the belt and lube the motor/door. Those parts sell for about $80; the service fee was $35. That means they charged about $400 for less than an hour of labor. I like the company, just not their prices.

I have never been more pleased with the service I received from OverHead Garage Door Co. From the initial phone call to scheduling an appointment to having a technician come fix my gate took less than 2 days. They sent Tim Huck. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was here and maybe in 15 min had everything working that has taken another company off and on 1 1/2 years to fix. I just wish I called them.first. Tim was fast, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and represents a company that is, in my opinion, the best!!!

My garage door would not close and I called OGD for repair. The customer service rep I spoke with was very friendly and she scheduled a tech to come out on the same day. My tech was Jason Oriley and he was very professional and friendly upon arrival. I had home warranty coverage that required prior approval and Jason was patient and helpful with getting my approval authorized. The installation was done timely and he explained everything to be before he left. Overall my repair was handled professionally from beginning to end with OGD and I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Overhead fixed my garage door in a timely manner. The tech explained what happened. Showed me the damaged part. Then he showed me how to take care of the door if power goes out. I have used Overhead for a time now. I would suggest them to my friends.

He tried several different opinions to make my operator work, but it was to far gone. So I look forward to his installation of a new one. I would highly recommend OGD.

We had our garage door fixed about a month ago. The technician, Dave, who took care of the repair, was very courteous and explained everything to us. Last week, we thought we were having a similar problem. We put in a service request and again Dave came to take care of our garage door. It was a very easy fix this time taking him about 10 minutes from start to leaving. He said he had to charge a service fee regardless of what he had to do which is understandable. Today, we called OGD and explained the situation, how we just had a repair completed by their company that cost quite a bit of money and how the second visit was minimal in comparison. I simply asked them to consider a partial refund. After a quick consult, I got a call back that we are being refunded the service fee from the last visit. I am very thankful that OGD was so considerate and understanding. They have a grateful and pleased customer with me. I recommend them for all garage door needs.

The experience from the beginning call to the service center, to the end product my garage door being put back together and working as if it was new was an excellent experience. The Technician was here within the timeframe the call center gave me. The Tech gave me a courtesy call. The technician was professional quick and cleaned up after himself.

Called to get a repair/replace estimate. Sent a salesman to my house that wouldnt even help my wife open the garage door. He spent the whole time at the house on phone with someone else. Gave a verbal quote and left. Very disappointed with service.

It took 25 minutes for him to fix the garage door and he charged $400.00 in labor. It lasted 2 days and it broke again.
