This place has a little bit of everything as far as house decor and fragrances and more I didnt get to explore the whole store. Nevertheless I will be returning so I can ! Also the young lady that works there is so sweet and helpful.

I would HIGHLY recommend you take youre business else where!!! The contents of my package were stolen!! The original box with a different lable attached was then sent out.. never to be found again! The owner Ms. Diane Huston, was rude and made up many theories as to the possible reasons this could have happen. All which were deflecting and transferring blame on the myself and another bussiness in a weak and pathetic attempt to mask her deeds! BEWARE!!!!!

I love visiting this shop! So many great and wonderful new items since taking new owner ship! The new owners are very helpful with all my shipping needs and prices are good. They have brought the establishment up to date with new items coming in all the time. The owner was willing to order things for me that wasnt in the shop yet and I received them the next day! The popcorn is amazing and fresh me and my daughter love it! I wouldnt go to any other gift shop or shipping store if you paid me too! Love this place and the new owners! Great job. Quick and courteous, I ise them mainly for UPS and fedex drops but they do have an interesting shop area full of gift ideas, cards, decorative items, etc. If your down town its an interesting shop to browse in, along with most other small businesses in down town corsicana.

Pack and mail provided us with the most respect and was very quick with handling our packages. Diane was very nice, very sweet, and had super awesome customer service. While my husband was checking out her shop she was telling me what all she carried in the store “I asked “ she stared in on the pop corn and my husband just couldn’t resist... needless to say we walked out with amazing popcorn great customer service and we both we be returning for future business!

We recently went in to nail our several USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes as well as have a computer packed and shipped. The service we received was nothing short of awful and frustrating. The owner seemed unsure of how to tackle the project so we came back the following day. During the hour we waited for our order to be complete she serviced numerous other customers. What we were told was a ‘small upcharge’ of a handling fee ends up being 50% of the flat rate shipping cost on some items as her fee seemed to be based on the weight if the box, not that they were clearly marked flat rate. After paying her exorbitant costs and desperate to get out of the dusty ship we left with NO itemized receipt and NO tracking numbers. We returned to the store again and I was given a MS Word document containing tracking numbers, 3 of which were NOT valid. This was pretty much a worst case scenario and shouldn’t have been. The Corsicana post office is 2 minutes away and they’ll do you right. I wasted time and money visiting Diane’s shop.

Was VERY upset that this establishment refused to assist me with retrieving my package from my car to the store. I am in a wheelchair and had a box weighing more than 40lbs. Not only were they extremely unhelpful, they made it clear that this was my problem to deal with. A elderly lady (customer) who was appalled by this businesses irrepressible behavior implored me to call the 800# for assistance.I had to pay an extra fee to have this package picked up which was something I would have avoided if the employees would have been helpful.It is so sad that even the business you think you can rely on for assistance for the disabled is following in the foot steps of all that has turned bad in this great country of ours!I was sent out of the store feeling truly disabled! Most people dont realize how hard it is for people within wheelchairs. It takes a great deal to try and gain as much independence as possible. Having to ask for assistance is something I do not like to do. But, there are times in which I have no recourse.This was one of those times....Being shunned and treated less then capable should not be tolerated within this company let alone our world!What has happened to treating all with kindness???I guess that is long gone from the hearts and minds of the young who will be taking over this country.Im mourning the loss of kindness, helpfulness, values, ethics, and having a true compassion..... Will never look at UPS and this store in a positive light ever again!

I ordered a item from Diane over the phone to be shipped to my home in Burleson. She told me I should receive it by the following Monday. I actually received it the next day! Very prompt and friendly service!

Felt like I was being watched as I went around seeing what the store had to offer, and not in the friendly way. Past experiences with awful shipping rates and certain items being dramatically over priced. I had high hopes that these issues would be fixed with a new owner, sadly this is not the case. I will not be coming back.

Advertised UPS dropoff, but charges $3 for any package. I shop online and send returns using the free UPS shipping label, but dropping it here means a surcharge for me. I drove this package in about 45 minutes, unaware of the surcharge. I might as well have set pick up at home.

Buy gifts, ship and receive mail without that depressing post office feel to it.
