As you can see, my family and I have been shopping here for over two years. There is reasoning behind that. Friendly and helpful staff (always), clean and well stocked store at all times. Plenty of parking. Great deals every week. Wide aisles so youre not struggling to get by someone. The last two times we went there, there was a few lines to wait at and someone checked us out at another register to avoid the wait. This is what great customer service should be like when you shop and you should be able to find everything you need. Hats off to you guys! Keep up the effort, it does not go unnoticed.

I love this store. They have great sales!!! But I will never go through the Pharmacy Window again. Unfortunately I was really sick and went through the window for over the counter medicine. I got the window slammed in my face and the lady rolled her eyes and sighed whe I didnt have a prescription to pick up. I drove off and called the manager. I just didnt want to spread to many germs. But I wasnt going to allow anyone to mistreat me either.

Has been one of my favorite stores. Great special, friendly staff. Been awhile since last visit. Really found it surprising that they dont sanitize the carts or provide disinfecting material to use. People just grabbing another cart that someone just left. Wont be back. Sorry.

I quit shopping at Walmart over 7 months ago, so I decided to give Super 1 a try. The employees have always been friendly, and the store has always been organized and clean. My shopping experience has been great, until the other day. As I was being checked out I couldnt help but hear the ongoing conversation at the check out next to me. The conversation was about masks, and about people who dont wear them. I was quit disappointed in how the clerks chimmed in and agreed with what was being discussed. The cashier who was checking me out wasnt in on that discussion, so I applaud her for keeping her mouth shut, however the other cashiers had all sorts of comments to say regarding those who dont wear masks. I shouldnt have to remind anyone that there are those with underlying health issues that absolutely cannot wear a mask! For someone to make the comment that non mask wearers should stay home, and for the employees to agree with that rude comment is unacceptable, and uncalled for!! I was very disappointed in what I heard, and I almost approached the employees as I was leaving wanting to tell them how inappropriate their actions were, but... I never said a word and walked out thinking that Ill never be back!! I understand its up to each individual business whether they enforce wearing a mask or not, and its also up to us who patronize those businesses as to whether they continue shopping there. Management, please remind your employees that their opinions need to be kept to themselves while theyre working!

Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. I can usually find anything I need for a quick grab here, including a decent selection of low cost wines, mixers, and beer. Decently priced comparable to other grocery stores in the area.

I am an Instacart shopper so I shop here on occasion and for the most part theres nothing exciting or bad about this place. However, something yesterday has prompted me to need to praise two individuals. Brooklyn was the cashier for my order that included nearly 300 items and cost over $1000. She was patient and thorough as well as kind and funny. Her manager Evan had to get involved due to the large amount of money. He was unsure how to deal with such a massive order because their normal protocol required some extra verification because I was using the Instacart credit card. This process took a bit, but he was very professional. Then he helped us take everything to the car and even helped us load it. I am very impressed with the professionalism and patience both employees displayed.

My mom shopped online and was able to receive great customer service from Makenna and Summer. Appreciate your hard work ladies. Thank you!

Phoned in prescriptions day before. Pharmacy said they would be ready that evening. I said Id pick them up after my haircut at Noon. 2:20 PM they are still not ready & the sticky lady with glasses is rude!

They have the best deals on meat with a great selection ! Lots of other great deals on other items as well. Great managers and cashiers. The pharmacy is the best in the city . they have free antibiotics, a drive- thru, friendly. And knowledgeable staff, and they are the fastest by far. It usually takes 15-30 minutes .

They take way to long to process your check it took 2 week for my check to hit my bank..... But outside of that I love this store I just use credit card now and it is so much better than HEB...

Such a great store, great deals, but the pharmacy ladies arent always the nicest.... Sometimes they are rather rude.

I can say I did find diet cokes and a good Danish oh and my brother found battered catfish he hasnt eaten them yet or Id tell you if he thought they where good or not.

Great place! The back is always kept nice and neat. I use to delivery beer to a lot of different places and this one was always one of the most cleanest places Ive delivered to. Would definitely recommend this place not only for the cleanliness, but for the friendly service and very nice people. I would give them a 10 out 10 for doing a great job!

This is a very clean place. The parking lot was clean and tidy. the store itself reflected the appearance of the parking lot. the asles are wide and the products are well place and easily identifiable. . The workers appeared happy and very friendly. i happened to overhear the manager dealing with a register issue, not only did he fix the problem immediately, but then he took the time to explain to his cashiers step by step how to correct the problem in the future. He did this in a quick and concise manner. It was immediately obvious to me why the parking lot and store were immaculate. This is a very good manager who keeps his employees happy and well trained, and in return we the customers benefit. I had a good experience, so i will be a return customer.I will change my rating to 5 stars once I visit again and determine my experience was not a fluke.

Robert is Amazing!!! Actually all of the managers are. I am deathly allergic to Avacado. Almost every store (in our area) puts the tomatoes right next to them. I know if I ask they will run in the back and get me non-contaminated tomatoes. Some of them ask me when they see me come in! Also the meat specials are amazing!!!!!

Food was so tasty. The service was very helpful and welcoming. The bill was good for what you get. Makes me feel like I in Nashville again.

This is a good location if you were shopping at multiple grocery stores. You can find good deals here but there are some items that are also more expensive than other locations the store is clean in the parking lot does it usually half full and the staff is friendly we have not had any problem shopping here

Clean store with wide aisles, but thats about it. But if I want to pay Brookshire prices, I will shop at Brookshire and not this lesser sister store. I went in a few weeks ago looking to pick up quite a few items and was shocked just how much more some things are as opposed to the other local stores. I left with only a few items and went elsewhere. Veggies are not cheap here.At checkout, the cashier placed a bag on top the rotating bag rack so I grabbed it and placed in my cart, to keep things moving. She snapped that she was still placing items in that bag so I placed the bag back where it was. Damn, what an attitude. I let her place all the bags in my cart from that point. Could have gone straight to the manager to report her but why bother, Im not going back anyways.

Love the Gurdys catfish fillets, pricey but the best . I have a hard time finding good chicken strips . I did find the best around here, but now they dont carry them, Pilgrims Pride 🤨

Clean store. I was looking for an apple/mango mix juice and found it at this store. No one else had it. Dollar General used to stock it, but I havent been able to find it at any of the Dollar General stores. As long as Super 1 stocks it, Ill come in!

What a dirty and smelly store. None of the carts for disabled people worked and rude people and they had nothing I needed. I finally left when no one wanted to help me or my sister.
