This is a great place. There is not a long waiting time and the staff very pleasant. Also, the waiting area is a nice place to sit.

These guys are fantastic I highly recommend them. Jasmine the audiologist is as sweet as can be attentive and detailed.

I bought my hearing aids from another vendor in another town as I just recently moved here. My right hearing aide was working fine but my left one just stopped working completely. My wife took the aid to these nice folks hoping that they could get it going again, Im lost without them. They got it going quickly and even though I havent been one of their patients they treated us like we were. They are wonderful people and they earned a heartfelt thank you from me. I found this facility on through a Google search and called the number to set up a free hearing screening. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and set me up with a screening appointment the very next day. I arrived at 9:15 and filled out the paperwork for my 9:30 appointment. As soon as I turned in my paperwork and the doctor reviewed it, I was called back immediately to speak with Dr. Mary Ellen Casper. She was very nice, professional, and spent over an hour with me performing testing with me and going over my results. In the end she was able to refer me to a specialist at UT Southwestern for my issues, and I have an appointment already scheduled with them. Dr. Casper was very thorough and it was the most intensive hearing test Ive ever had performed. I would recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist is great. She is,the first person you meet and makes a great impression with her very good personality. I,was also pleased I was,not pressured into deciding about new aids,that day.

Excellent visit. Kenesia greeted us warmly and was very helpful and friendly. Audiology Technician, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and explained things in an understandable manner and administered the tests very professionally. First impression is very good. Very satisfied and looking forward to returning.
