The buying experience with Alyssa was outstanding. She was very informative about all our options. Our home was delayed at the factory due to covid-19 and Alyssa kept us up to date with the new projected date of completion. We bought our home from this location but had it set in the South Texas area and because of that they had to pass control of all maintenance issues and etc. to the San Antonio location on Austin Hwy however Alyssa still goes to bat for us when we have issues or questions.

My daughter and son-in-law just purchased a home from Clayton, after months of waiting they were finally able to move in. Since they have moved in they have had several problems that have not been fixed. I’m not talking about cosmetic issues. We are talking about electrical and septic. The first thing we noticed was the porch light not working. We called and they stated they would get someone out. It has been since December 23rd and the only reason someone came out today (1/8/21) is because my daughter left a review and they want the review removed. The worker that was sent to repair the electrical/front porch light had no idea what he was doing and said he will be back tomorrow with his boss, this is after he was shocked. Then Last night (1/7/21) I get a call that both bathtubs are full of septic water and my husband has to assist. There was no breaker hooked up, which we were informed that there is no way that was possible because it wouldn’t have passed inspection. Which I find quite comical because the only inspection I’m aware of was a couple of pictures were sent to said inspector. Here we are at 6:30 on a Friday and the septic has again backed up in the bathtub! My daughter receives a call from the office she purchased the home from and was basically told that the manager and whomever else are going to be upset about the review and will not be willing to fix things in a timely manner, something to the effect of throwing their arms in the air. I understand things happen. What I’m not understanding is why is it taking so long to fix these problems and why are professionals not being sent to address these issues.

First of all I would give way more than 5 stars. I will recommend Clayton Home Corsicana to anybody who want a new home. Mr Clay the manager has completely stand behind their service. shortly after we moves into my new place the city decided the trailor had to go further back was not in Code. Mr Clay said not to worry they would take care of everything which they have. He calls just to make sure we are OK while the project been done. He told us there will be no out of pocket expenses on our part and did more than I ever expected a company to do. Mr Clay and his staff has the best customer services ever. If I need another house or anybody I know want a new place I would highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

If zero stars were an option that would be more fitting. Where to start? My son and daughter-in-law bought a mobile home from here back in July and just got keys Dec 22. They have had problem after problem from cosmetic to electrical to septic! Customer service is a joke, manager is rude and service technicians sent out don’t know how to fix issues. Issues as simple as light bulbs needed, light globes, chip in island, batteries for smoke alarms, water not turned on to dishwasher, leaking faucets on bath tubs, septic coming up through tubs bc no switch was ever installed to breaker box to turn on and off, and front porch light doesn’t work! None of the above issues have been fixed except dishwasher! One would think batteries and light bulbs would have been since those can be picked up literally anywhere! So sad seeing this young couple treated this way when this should be the BEST experience of their lives thus far!

Great management team to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure their homebuyers are happy. We had a problem occur due to my misunderstanding and once they were made aware, Clay the manager took time out of his busy schedule to personally address this issue and he resolved it immediately. Once it was resolved, Morgan, our sales representative also took time to call and follow up with us. We bought a home from this Clayton Home location and have been very pleased with the customer service and how helpful all the staff are. Our home was a great price and has been a good buy so far. We used Morgan Hughey, and she was excellent, even checking months later to make sure everything is going good with our home. This was by far the worst decision Ive ever made. I cant begin to tell you how incompetent the entirety of Clayton Homes employees are. Its been 5 months since I bought my homes from them. Ive yet to have it fixed, leveled, or even get a courtesy call from these criminals regarding these issues. My trim is terrible, the floor has holes from nails, the entertainment center isnt level, the ceiling is falling in, the sliding glass door leaks when it rains, and the whole house is so unlevel you fall over walking down the hallway. I bought the house (brand new) and paid cash. If I could go back in time I would. Please, if you read this dont give these people your time or money. They are by far the worst business Ive ever had to deal with, and if I could give them a negative review there still wouldnt be a numerical value low enough.
