Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good about Mini-West Storage. I give them 5 Stars times two! I needed to rent a U-Haul truck and a storage space on short notice, and Susan made it happen. Her customer service and professionalism was impeccable. She was thorough and so kind in explaining in detail about the facility, my responsibilities, and theirs as well. The storage rates are reasonable and my assigned storage space, the whole facility for that matter, are so clean and very well kept. A pleasurable experience indeed. I highly recommend Mini-West Storage for anyone with storage needs.

Reese is very helpful. She has great customer service. She doesnt talk you down or discourage you like the other lady I met the last time I went there. That lady also ended up helping me but her attitude and customer service skills need to be worked on.Reese helps from her heart. She is great. Reese treats everyone the same regardless of age,race or color.God bless you Reesee.

We used this storage facility for about 4 months and had zero problems or complaints! The woman in the office was very nice and friendly. We occupied one of the large climate controlled units and were happy with everything! They were also the best on pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. I rented the climate control large unit for 3 months while I was moving from NE to TX. The place is new, clean and well maintained. The staff is great to work with and they are all super friendly. I recommend this place if you need to store your stuff in a clean and secure place.

After 3 months of utilizing a climate controlled unit, we continue to be very pleased with the entire facility. Setting up the paper work was a breeze. Friendly and efficient personnel provided us with the information we needed. The facility is always clean, well maintained, lighted and monitored with a security gate. Any questions are always answered quickly. The temperature in the unit is consistent each time we enter. We would recommend Mini-West Storage if you have a need for their services.

I have had a great experience with this storage facility. Facility is secure, organized, clean, and very well maintained. Management provided excellent customer service and is always friendly and helpful. They have easy payment options to pay your bills on your own time or will take it at their office during their business hours. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I took a package to be shipped via UPS to Mini West. I have been using a different UPS drop off in Corsicana but they had closed. I didnt realize how effortless Susan made the process. I guess I had gotten use to the problems from the other store. I was in and out in less than five minutes and had not prepared my paperwork before I arrived. Susan is very efficient and extremely courteous. I highly recommend Mini West for your shipping needs! Thank you

Really enjoyed using their facilities there. They messed up both of our prorated months and charge us for a month that we werent even using the facility after we already closed our contract. But when we brought it up to their attention they were very easy to work with and understanding that it was their mistake on their end (probably computer error on their end). And they were very accommodating to get the proration refunded back and the extra charge taken off. The whole time they were very understanding and apologetic, never had a problem with any of their staff all very respectful. I definitely will be going there in the future for any of my storing needs.

We came to get a uhaul truck from this location. Susan Mitchell was the sweetest person I’ve met so far that works in the office at a uhaul location. She greeted us with respect and had a smile on her face the whole time. She helped us carry boxes to our truck and easily explained the whole trip and insurance coverage in detail to us. As we were sitting here she messaged another location to find our truck for us because it wasn’t here . Instead of the other lady messaging her back and explaining the situation they called my husband and spoke with him. To me that was dis respectful on there part. They could have mentioned to her “yes we have that truck on the lot” instead of ignoring her. I will Not go to that other location at 1921 N 45th st for any reason other then to pick up this truck. She was very rude on the phone. This location here is amazing!! Thank you Susan!!

They locked me out of my storage and said I didn’t pay and that my merchandise was going into auction, when actually I did pay and the lady had the wrong account Thank God I was in town when all of this happened and she got it straight and their units aren’t weather protected like I was told 3yrs ago.

I am a longhaul truckdriver that being said, I had accumulated alot over the course of my career. I moved outBecause when I left there was only 1/4 of my things left to move. A stark reminder that you cannot trust anyone! Thousands of dollars lost!

They were friendly and helpful at first but after 4 months of our stuff being there we came to move our things out and discovered mold on some things....they pushed insurance but then didnt want to back it up themselves when it came down to it.
