I have been using Marin Collision Body shop since 2004 to 2021 = 17 years. I have to give 10 stars Gold services especially Ms. Jessica Petri made all different in high quality services I received here. I took my brand new Honda hybrid 2021 to other body shops to get an estimate but they don’t take a time to explain what part and type of repair they are going to do. They just handed me the print out cost and didn’t explain anything.Ms. Jessica Petri took her time to show me what part needed to replace or simply repair (cost effective). She called and followed up with me including she assured me that my car is in good hands. I highly recommend Marin Collision Body shop to everyone. I trust their high quality work. I will never use other body shops again.Please ask for Ms. Jessica. She is awesome and great service.
I had a terrible experience with Marin Collision and the staff. I was involved in a small fender bender where I wanted to try and fix things myself. After saying they would try to help me, they tried to gouge me.They clearly only want to try and maximize their revenue by milking the insurance system.This only hurts their Customers by driving up their insurance rates further, would recommend you find someone more ethical.
I’ve been taking my Honda Del Sol to the shop forever, and their work has always been perfect. It was this time too — and it was done very quickly, which was essential for me since I was planning to go out of town.
Complete frauds. They have had my car for a week. The text updates claim the car is ready. This morning they called to say nothing has been done yet. Totally unbelievable.
They are really nice people to deal with and they have an awesome Glass Guy. Thatd be me. LOL
The guys at Marin Collision Center, specially Chris Hogland, will really take care of you. I had a slight accident where the back bumper and tail light were needing to be replaced thru insurance. It was seamless. Chris was very accomodating. The tail light was replaced but had a problem. I called him up and explained. He told me to come right in. They got it fixed up and sent me on my way. A little while later, the part actually wasnt working properly and the turn signal went out. I unfortunately was headed out of the states for the next 6 months. I contacted Chris about it, he said no problem and told me to come in when I get back. I figured that would be the end of it as I have been through similar but no.... After months, Chris actually contacted me while I was out of the country to follow up. When I got back they had ordered the parts already and quickly got the car in and taillight replaced. They are friendly and really take care of you. Thanks again Chris for such great customer relations, work and support.
