I had been looking for a Lexus is250 for months and after many let downs, Thomas or more known as “Tex” was there to help me. I had found the Lexus online and showed interest and that’s when Tex was on it and communicated with me up until our meet up. Which happened to be the same day. Although the process was long It was well worth it. He made it simple and told me everything up front as it was. Aside from the business aspect of it, Tex has good character which made it much more pleasant to work with him.
This team is the best! From the manager to the advisors to the technicians to the greeters, they are all super friendly and helpful. After reading some of the nightmare reviews from the other dealerships in Walnut Creek and San Jose, I decided to drive to Marin from Foster City. It was worth every extra mile and I wouldnt trust my car with any other dealership! Thank you team!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I recommend to anyone reading this review to not buy from this dealership. There is zero customer service. I keep telling my wife to get rid of the car and buy a BMW because they always have good customer service.If there was zero stars, I would give Jaguar Msrin Service a BIG 0.
What a stress free and enjoyable buying experience! Lilly was a delight to work with. Very professional and accommodating. She was very thorough and gave me several options to choose from. None of the bait and switch tactics sprung upon me at other dealers. She answered all my questions with none of the pressure. Even the other salespeople and support staff went above and beyond traditional customer service! Ive owned Cadillacs most of my adult life. That has now changed. I feel part of the Jaguar family now. Thank you so much! Ill definitely recommend this dealership and Lilly specifically to anyone looking to upgrade in vehicle and customer service. You guys ROCK!!
If I could rate a zero, I would. I took my relatively new Jaguar F-Pace in to be serviced because the check engine light was on. Upon picking up the vehicle after being serviced and driving away, the check engine light was still on. I called them immediately and left a voicemail. The man in the service department, Jason Kindt, had sent a text previously so I texted saying the issue wasn’t fixed. No response. I’ve left 2 others voicemails and no response. The service here is utterly awful.
My most recent experience here was really great. My car was towed in late Thursday. I came by Friday morning and they already had the car diagnosed and part ordered. Jason was on top of the whole process with excellent communication through text and phone. Definitely a 5 Star experience!

The service department is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Very frequently, there is no one available to speak with when calling. When you leave a message, you almost never will get a call back. They do not call back when they say they will, so you have to call back yourself to complete an inquiry/request. When the car is getting serviced, it is very rare to ever get a proactive call with a status. These are the basics to good customer service. I have owned many car brands, from less expensive to more expensive & my experience with the service at Jaguar Marin has been the worst by far.

I would give zero star but i have to give a minimum of one star. Very rude sales person (Tom). He told us Jaguar Marin will only sell to specific Geography. He asked us where do we live. Is it important on where we live? He also was not very knowledgeable of the F-Pace.
Jared is the guy to see. Knows his stuff and doesnt treat you like a typical salesman.

We spent over 4 hours at the salon, got there at 2, left with nothing at 7. Justin took all our documents and constantly rushed us to finish the purchase. 10 min before we were promised to go home with the car it turns out that the finance guy waited until last minute to check our bank statements and declined us the purchase. Justin did everything he could on his side but it is a disappointment that we wasted so much time and our time was not respected by the salon. The Finance guy needs to get it together, very disappointing for waiting our time.
