The staff in Corte Madera are all helpful and friendly . The Pharmacy under Hank is stellar . He is knowledgeable, accessible and efficient. That said, it is clear that the pharmacy is understaffed. With flu shots on top of Covid vax etc., it seems they are really scrambling. That said, they remain supportive even as the lines grow, the phone rings etc. Please get them some help!!

This Rite Aid is located right inside of Corte Madera Town Center a very nice Mall in the town of Corte Madera. Its a huge Rite Aid everything that you could need some accessories all kinds of medicines a pharmacy photo center they even have an ice cream shop. Its relatively crowded at the end of the day but anytime in the midday you can get through the line very quickly. Parkings easy but it isnt easy for those who are handicapped with a couple steps to the front and to the left.

These people go above and beyond the call of duty! Both head pharmacists are amazing, Richard and Paul (?forgot). In spite of being extremely busy, they are extremely helpful. Also, the staff is always courteous. Ive seen all these people deal with all kinds of customers, always in a friendly and patient manner. Thanks, Rite Aid Pharmacy!

This review is for the pharmacist Richard who helped me with a insurance headache in order to get my prescription filled on a tight schedule before I was leaving for a trip. Richard went above and beyond, resolving the issue with my insurance on a weekend and calling me multiple times to update me. Thanks so much!

My recent experience with the Pharmacy was amazing and outstanding.The Pharmacist, went beyond the call of duty to assist me with a prescription. Being that the supply at this Rite Aid was exhausted, he had to search to find where the prescription could be filled. He did everything he could and all worked but it took his diligence to make this happen. Thank you Rite Aid Corte Madera and Thank you, Richard.

Were do I begin can’t find a staff member when had a question on were to find something I was ignored and only one cashier I will continue going to cvs or Walgreens from now on.

They want to argue with us about the prescriptions and if SF work comp is going to pay if we pay up front. We are trying to help a retired city Firefighter get anti nausea meds and he just walked out of the first day of chemo. ... a 6 hour iv drip regime.We keep saying sure let’s pay upfront and deal with insurance later and the pharmacy keeps acting like it’s a problem. For sure transferring to a small town pharmacy. This corporate chain pharmacy bs is not needed.Update: They did call me to ask about my review. I left out some of the more negative points and will not add them now but wanted to say at least they called. I could hear the female pharmacy assistant laughing in the back ground. She thought it was funny to push us around and tell us we were there too early for a pick up. She said it 3 times even after we played the msg on our voice mail for her regarding the pickup. Odd. Just odd. The pharmacist himself was diplomatic about it. But that is all I can say.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful

Lethargic, unhelpful staff. About one fourth of the time the pharmacist is on a break and will be back in an hour or so. Always a wait and often out of even basic prescriptions. Go anywhere but here.
