Ive had a few experiences at this Trek store, and all of them have gone way beyond my expectations. I had my non-trek mtb fork rebuilt: the team fit me in to their busy schedule, performed the service, and got my bike back to me fast. Ive bought various peripherals there, and the staff is always helpful. Finally, I showed up today after my RT200 flare light died in the fog unexpectedly, and the guys helped me swap it out for a new one and continue on my ride. Great staff, great teams, great service, and frankly, really good products too. This place performs a great service to the community. Thank you!

This was the best bike purchase experience I have ever received over two decades of riding and purchasing all types of bikes. Often, bike adjustments or questions are met with a heavy sigh or a long lead-time. At Trek Corte Madera, the staff took extra time to make sure every thing was perfect and they took care of all my needs. (Trust me.. Im very particular.) Staff was super helpful and competent in addressing my questions and offering suggestions specific to my bike. They completed the work early and notified me when bike was ready even offered to help load in car.

After going to another bike store in San Rafael and not finding what we needed, we decided to try out Trek Bicycle. As soon as and my son and I walked in, we were genuinely greeted by an employee. The store felt inviting and open. I explained that my son just got his fairly new bike stolen and that we were looking to get it replaced. The person helping us was compassionate and caring and was going to do her hardest to help us find something for him and that was in our price range. After checking out some inventory and finding what would best would work for my son, she was able to find the perfect bike! Everyone in that store was great. One of the bike technicians put on his water bottle holder and gave him some tips on taking care of his new bike. I also love that it is in our community and that my son can ride over on his own and I know will be taken care of!

What a great experience buying from this shop! I went in looking for a mountain bike I already had my eye on, and they were super accommodating to get me a test ride (even though it was just around the parking lot thanks to SIP restrictions), and I was able to take it home the same day. They worked with me on getting tires set up tubeless, pedals installed, and making sure everything was running smoothly before I walked out the door. These folks were clearly dedicated to helping everyone get on bikes and enjoy themselves, and thats what I love to see. Keep up the good work, yall!

These guys are always super helpful and very nice and patient. I just did a bunch of work on my bike and bought some stuff from them. They took the time to give me some tips and advice. Can’t say enough times how helpful and nice these guys are.

I brought in my bicycle with a flat tire. The store personnel could not have been more helpful. The tire was changed quickly and the gentleman changing my tire noticed a couple of adjustments that needed attention and he performed the repairs on the spot. Great bike shop that i would highly recommend.

This is, hands down, the best bike shop Ive ever been to. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly and were patient with all of my questions. I brought a bike in that wasnt even a Trek to have some work done on it and they treated me really well. Trek obviously has a great training program and treats their staff well. I will seriously consider buying a Trek as my next bike.Thanks guys! Keep up the great work with your shop.

The staff at my local Trek store are the best Ive been around. Esmees energy and personality have made this my home base for parts and service. Matt is extremely helpful and brought my bike in without an appointment 15 minutes before the shop officially opened for business. Scott always provides me with information about my service and suggests the upgrades that meet the needs I talk to him about. Hes so easy to talk to I feel like a VIP at the shop. Thanks guys!

Had a pretty bad experience visiting this store. The rep was unfriendly, rude Id even say out of line. First time experiencing something like this. Needless to say I wont be going back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

These guys are great. They were able to get my Stumpjumper turned around on some repairs much faster than other shops I called. And, instead of wasting my money on a brake bleed of an older and failure prone Avid Elixir like I had planned, they suggested a brake replacement which cost me a mere $25 more! Also quickly discovered what was causing a shifting hang up and replaced some cable housing, something another reputable shop missed only a week earlier. Thanks guys, you are now my official go-to Local Bike Shop!

My best memory from this bike shop in 2011:I was bringing my old road bike in for a retro rebuild. It is a 1972 Eisentraut built custom for me by Albert. I had already spread the rear stays to accommodate new gears and had it repainted. I had put new wheels on it and was standing outside the Corte Madera shop waiting my turn for service. And who pulls in and unloads a couple old bikes? Robin Williams! We were neighbors at the time and had chatted before. He looked at me and my bike and said “Nice bike!” To which I responded without pause “Thanx, and it’s older than Mork!” He cracked up and said “Praise God, that’s old!” We became better friends after that and enjoyed many miles riding together around Marin!

Everyone so helpful and friendly. Great mechanical team, too. I always bring my cycling friends here.
