Store says open til 8pm. I arrive at 658pm and this is the window entrance - It would be a better store if they actually updated the website with their actual hours. But I doubt anyone at Big 5 cares. Feels like most folks just buy stuff online now.

I went in my wife and i and we got some gloves gator neck and some thermalsIs a really nice store alot of stuff they even have ak rifle of course is a bb rifle but some of the big fives i been to they dont have it some i was surprised.

A bit crowded.. because of all the cool stuff they have! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Found what I needed. That was a breeze, because I had bought the same product before. The store is very tidy. Easy to find things.

It is a nice store in the people are helpful. The free parking lot its not too big but the size is good enough. The problem is they dont do the paperwork for a gun ownership transfer - all other stores selling guns do it

First time - not last time - on a search for snow boots - Impressed with the volume of merchandise - even more impresssed with the Customer Service - young lady looked in the back for my size- to no avail. A manager came out and was even more helpful. I love great Customer Service.

They always have what I need.

I am used to stores like MEC and Sail where the people actually working there are outdoor people. Did not much resonate there. The store layout made it extremely difficult to find what we were looking for and they sold candy at an outdoor store. They had inexpensive gear, but you can go at any outdoor boutique and ask to match the price and they would do it. So if you are looking for real advise, I would perhaps consider a outdoor boutique store.

I am forever a fan of big 5s. Its like a quick fun stop everytime. Usually has what u need. They carry so many items for such a small location. Smells and appeared clean and organized. Every dept i went to from sport to shoes to bb guns the staff was outgoing and nice. 👍 parking was easy too. And easily seen from fwy

My friend took me here and bought me some new hiking boots and three 49er face masks.

I always make the trip north to get my sneakers here, at this specific store. Have been doing so for about 10 years.

Area sucks, lock your car. Was busy, had to wait 15 min., guys are overworked but knowledgeable far as I could tell. Is convenient because it is there, as most places like this have gone away.

*updated review*Since my last review of this place, it seems as if it has gone under a change in management as staff have become a lot more friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you to find the product you need. Big shoutout to the guy who usually helps me while I look at knives.

Nice store with lots and lots of equipment but feels crowded since they jam so much into a relatively smaller area. But if you need to locate a product, theyre quick to help point you to it.

Great hiking gear at am affordable price

Theyre a very basic sports apparel store. Say your a baseball player and your looking for a A2000 you wont find it. Ex2 instead of having real baseballs they have the cheap plastic balls that arent all that good. You wouldnt find me here unless Im looking for something basic like soccer socks or a golf shirt.

Service was terrible, the employees literally treated us like we were just inconveniences. When we asked for help with finding something, the employee snapped back in a manner unfit for someone in a professional setting. We ended up getting an item and had to wait 5 minutes for the three employees at the front to argue about who was going to have to help us checkout. I would not recommend going here and will not be back myself.
