They took car of my car much faster than I expected. Everything was done very timely, everything that was a known issue they went over while also checking for any issues they could find, not to up sell but to correct things that were no working properly or were of concern. I highly recommend this dealership for any service, they know how to diagnose the issues you have and make sure to confirm the solution before they let you know whats going on. Absolutely amazing

1. They didnt clean the outside of the car because of water restrictions, but said they cleaned the interior. When I went to the car I could smell a fragrance and see that things were moved around. I brought an employee out to show them that it WAS NOT CLEANED at all. They said they would give me a VIP cleaning next visit, so we will see what happens.2. The wait time for an appointment was over a month.3. Because I was given the impression that I would have the loaner for several days, I was encouraged to buy the gas package for $30. When I bright the car back 5 hrs later with 15 miles used they refused to refund me because they said I bought an insurance policy. Which I did not need btw...4. They didnt go over my service summary at check out.Ive been to dealerships in 3 different states and although everyone is very nice there, the quality of service is subpar. If I could find another location to service my vehicle, I would.

I realized my rear view mirror was broken, so I stopped in at Mini hoping they could fix it before I had to get on the road for a long drive. Marin Mini made the process very easy. Began and submitted required paperwork remotely online and finished the process at the dealer in less than 2 hours. CJ Lyons (sales) was excellent at communicating and the finance person had all the paperwork ready when I arrived, which was all signed electronically. Received a thumb drive with all of the paperwork - nice not to have paper to scan or file when I got home.

I was referred here by my mechanic to get a new turbo installed in my 2011 Countryman. Making the appointment online was very convenient and check in process was super easy. Brandon is my service advisor and he was very responsive and accommodating of my weird working hours. The loaner they provided me was amazing. I got my car back in wonderful condition, and Brandon was very patient in answering all of my questions. I will not hesitate to get service done here again. It was a great experience.

Totally worth the 45 mile drive! The loaner was fun to drive, and they sorted out a problem with my car that had previously been overlooked. Orlando was super nice and kept me updated. I’m immunocompromised and everything there the cars, the sitting area, even the bathrooms are clean so that I wasn’t nervous waiting for them to wash my car. I will say, they were pretty backed up in the car wash area... but they still get 5 stars.

I knew I was overdue for an oil change, but on Sunday I was notified I’d need to drive 6hrs to LA on Monday to assist my dear cousin at the end of his life. First thing Monday morning I showed up at Mini of Marin’s service department to beg for an oil change. Orlando not only adjusted their schedules to provide me an immediate oil change, but he also had my car fully serviced and ready to hit the road by 11am!! And I was provided a video of the underside of my car as the narrator mentioned various conditions to keep an eye on. I will be forever grateful! What a fantastic service team!

Came here with my girlfriend on Monday, to look for a mini to buy. We were looking at the cars and found one that she liked we took it on a test drive and it was great went to look at a few more at other dealerships and decided that the mini at Marin was the one. Birendra Kiran helped us out but from the start he didn’t seem to interested in our business, after coming back to the dealer and starting the application he just seemed bothered am not sure if it was because it was an hour before the closed or what. He only tried to get us approved with the bmw bank even though I asked if he could try multiple banks. He didn’t want to and just told us we could try other banks ourselves. But after leaving the dealer he called me and asked me to fill out another application and that he would try the other banks. Am assuming that he didn’t want to try other banks because it was an hour before closing. Out of the 2 car I have bought this was the worst experience I have never been told to try the banks myself. The next day we went to the Mini dealership in Pleasanton where unlike Birendra they were very very helpful and got us into the mini we wanted and we were out of there in 2 hours. I highly recommend the Mini Cooper in Pleasanton.

We just purchased a Mini SE all electric Mini. We were treated well and honestly from the get-go. After putting the $500 (fully refundable) deposit I was invited to test drive the car as soon as it came to the dealership. The car was ordered from the factory and we were kept abreast of the production schedule and the timing for the vehicle arrival. There were no hidden charges or fees added to the sales contract. I found the sales manager, Alex, and the finance manager both straight forward and honest. How often do you say that about a car dealership?

This was the second vehicle we have purchased through Mini of Marin. The experience was once again fantastic! Outstanding service! I had a check engine light on and had to bring my Mini in to have it checked. I went to 2 other places before coming here. Orlando and his team help me with every step through the process. Not only did they squeezed me in last minute, they also ordered an Uber for me to get back to the City. MINI of Marin service department is teriffic. The MINI dealership I purchased my car from closed. MINI of Marin has serviced the car for the past two years. The staff is friendly and courteous; the appointments run on time. The service waiting area is very clean. Every MINI staffer I saw was masked and hand sanitizer was spotted all over the waiting area and the showroom (shared space!)My appointment was for routine scheduled service. The mechanic was so thorough in the inspection that he/she discovered a bad motor mount -- fixed!I would recommend MINI of Marin service department to anyone.

I just have to say how highly impressed we were with this dealership. We found a used Tesla here and live 100 miles away. I was connected to Bryan Ericson and discussed my concerns with the distance, time and Covid. He made the transaction so easy and texted me the day before to confirm that the paperwork had been pulled and car was charging and ready. No games, no trying to upsell, no switch and bait. This was the first time that I went to Mini of Marin for my car’s servicing needs since the Mini service location in San Francisco closed (I am quite unhappy with Mini Corporate for the dismal way that they terminated sales and service in San Francisco. A huge black eye for them). Making an appointment was a bit challenging due to the heavy added load of San Francisco Mini owners turning to Mini of Marin for their service needs. In spite of the added work load, the staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and attentive. They checked my car in and set me up with a sweet little Mini in record time. They were knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Their focus on customer service and the fact that they completed my car’s service much earlier than expected made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to return for my service needs. I am also happy to recommend Mini of Marin for my friend’s Service needs. The entire experience was an A+++!

I typically detest car shopping, mostly because the dealerships (especially the salespeople) can be brutal to endure, for a number of reasons. I don’t want to feel stalked or weirdly pressured. I also want to work with someone who’s knowledgeable, competent and honest.I found all that, and more at Mini of Marin. Sure, I got a good deal, but most dealerships are about the same on discounts, when you really compare apples to apples. More importantly, they made the process easy, quick and even a little fun. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else even if they could save a few dollars.

Its a car dealership...what else can I say...I brought a few items for my car from here and had a few questions about my mini cooper and I felt like I really was no concern to them. I purchased my Mini Cooper at a non mini Cooper dealership thats not in Marin county...they could be a lot more friendly regardless of your skin color!!!

Best car purchase experience ever

Let me just start by saying, I LOVE MY CAR. That being said, I live in SF so I have been taking my 2013 MINI Cooper Clubman to BMW/MINI of SF for oil changes. I have taken her there more than once, the last visit they told me that I had a cracked Thermostat and that it would need to be replaced. Considering I do drive a MINI and they are PRIMARILY a BMW dealership I decided to go to an Actual MINI dealership.I am SO glad I did!!!! I told MINI of Marin that I had a coolant leak ( and a cracked thermostat According to what I was told). I mentioned an issue I was having with my passenger side front seat as well. Orlando was my service advisor and he couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful 🙂 He listened to everything I had to say and then advised me that the thermostat repair AND the issue with the seat could BOTH potentially be covered under a warranty, which the SF dealership never mentioned, and that they would run a Full Diagnostic on my car for me🙂.AGAIN, SO GLAD I took it to them!!! After the diagnostic was run I received a call from Orlando to let me know that I had more then JUST a cracked thermostat that needed attention!! 😳The SF dealership NEVER mentioned ANY of the additional issues. 😑MINI of Marin put me in a loner (w/o a deposit, unlike SF) and helped me get started on getting my 🚗 back in shape!!I will be taking my car to MINI of Marin from now on!! They were extremely helpful, attentive and genuinely happy to work with me and on my car!! I was also pleasantly surprised when the total of the repairs was actually less than what they quoted me!!!!Thank you MINI of Marin!A Very Satisfied Customer 🙂🙂🙂

Overall a great experience, got a loaner car, liked the video walk-thru with the service technician, etc. There seemed to be a little confusion between the service rep and the technicians - fair amount of back and forth, changing story, etc but nothing major.

Always an excellent experience in service with Mini of Marin. We had a surprise flat tire over the weekend and were able to leave it (without an appointment) on their lot and first thing Monday they called and said they could take care of it same day.We picked it up and it was immaculate and full of gas.
