I switched from ATT to T-mobile as there was good offer with big discount on iPhone . I did tell manager at Corte Madera T-mobile that my house is located in woodsy area and normally need booster, but he said since it is 5G, that should not be prob . However my new iPhone 12 5G has terrible receptions . I cant even make phone calls few min walk out of my house, it never work on freeway etc. As if that was not bad enough, my cell stopped working all together in that I can only send text to other iPhones . If friends have other phones, then I can not send texts . I can not make phone call at all . So I had to go back to T-mobile in CM but they could not help nor send technician to my house . I was told to call 611, so they can reset my SIM card however this 611 service center did not at all know how to reset my SIM card so 4 days later my phone is still not working.

So what was I doing at the T-mobile store? I was on autopay and Verizon billed me for over a year of international service, despite telling me on sign-up that it would be only for one month, since I was in Australia for almost three weeks.The staff here are friednly and efficient. Unfortunately, I have a property in San Anselmo that needs regular attention and T-mobiles signal there is almost non-existent.
Super friendly Staff. Lacy and Fabio went way above and beyond what I normally expect from retail staff. They took their time, answered all my questions, and set up my new phone quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys!

Horrible service!! Came to make payment for my bill. It was 2 managers. They were busy with one customer like 40 min. I need to drive in other one office just to make a payment. Slowly and terrible
Went into the ATT store and spent 45 minutes waiting to be helped by the rude employees, my friend and I decided to go to the TMOBILE store instead. We were impressed with the great customer service provided by lacy and viviana. Lacy was able to get us a prepaid data only sim for half the cost ATT wanted. Definitely will be coming back to lacy at the Corte Madera T-mobile every time we travel to the US!
My wife and I had our phones set up at Costco (last time I ever do that!) and they lost all our family pictures, work emails, my personal business emails! The rep at Costco said that my information was completely lost and there was nothing they could do. I went to the T-Mobile store at Corte Madera right by my home, I had the pleasure of working with Alex. I explained the situation and he quickly got to work on it. He was able to recover my information in my Samsung through my Samsung cloud account. He was able to do the same on my wifes iPhone through her iCloud too. I was really stressed out and upset about the whole situation, but I really appreciated his patience and all the time he took in helping us figuring things out. If you need help with your Samsung or Apple stuff, hes your guy! Thank you for everything Alex, we were able to make it to Reno on time!
Sold us a plan saying that we have a 14 day trial period, salesman said we would not have to pay any charges if the plan was cancelled within the 14 days. Definitely not true.
Lovely store, the managers Victor and Bob are super nice guys and really funny esés!
