Working with the people in the store is like stepping back in time, to an era when service mattered. Everyone Ive dealt with Has truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve had many interactions, including the purchase of two computers, data transfers, problems solved as well as learning new tricks and tips. I feel like they are my private IT team. Thank you all!

After driving 4 hours since this location is nearest to me, Justin and Angie made my experience superior! I was having hardware issues with my surface pro screen and since I bought the extended warranty, they replaced it with no hassle. They also informed me of special deals for my small business which I plan to look into. Thank you Justin and Angie!

Must say the service here is great! I had purchased a Microsoft VR headset but it sadly broke. Thankfully the people at Microsoft were able to set me up with a brand new headset!Really a great place!

I will never buy a Microsoft laptop again. A Windows Update bricked my expensive Surface Book 2 no more than 18 months after purchase. The tech support only says I can reinstall the OS when any other laptop gives you the option to repair it and at least remove the files. I expect more value from a 3k laptop made by the same company that produces the operating system. Other laptops have just as good if not better specs for a MUCH better price. Avoid buying MS if you can. Its just not worth it!!

This store has it together. I was greeted by Jordan and after about 15 minutes I knew he knew what he was talking about. He eased my fears regarding Windows 8 and went out the next day and bought a new computer. I have gone into the store two times after that and each time have found that everyone was helpful and knew what they were talking about.Microsoft should have done something like this years ago.

The store is neat and the employees are incredibly friendly. I had to trouble with a Xbox controller and even though they dont supposed to help in my case, I did get the help. It was pretty quick but I recommend making an appointment before. Parking is a pain even an a regular weekday.

The staff in this Microsoft Store was helpful and knowledgeable. I must separate my frustration with Microsoft products, namely OneDrive, and the store. This store is a fine place to help you if you use Windows.

I came in to return my Microsoft surface pro. They refunded me which I was happy about but for some reason the numbers didn’t match up. Turns out one of the employees charged me for a game and some xbox merchandise on my return receipt and hoped I didn’t notice! F@&k Microsoft!!!

Came in to replace my computer. Horrible phone support. And even worse in person support. Careful! They promise stuff but just dont deliver. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!I purchased a Microsoft Surfacebook Pro in December of 2018. I paid about $2800 out the door. It has 8 GB of memory. My Surfacebook Pro is still like new. It has barely been used because it doesnt have enough memory.Today I called to find out how much it would cost to upgrade the memory and was told it couldnt be upgraded due to the design (something I wasnt told then I bought it).I was then told that since my Surfacebook Pro was 8 months old, as opposed to 6, it would be eligble for $300 credit in trade in!! Thats an 85% depreciation in 8 months!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MICROSOFT COMPUTER AGAIN AND I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO.

I stopped in last night needing some help with my 2 year old mouse. I got speedy and thorough service diagnosing what was going on. While Im sad my mouse is dead, at least I know that it didnt work on the other laptops the tech tested it on.

I went here to have my laptop repaired for a strange issue. At first I was treated with relative decency, though staff were unable to offer a quick fix. After being called in to check the status of the device I was treated very poorly by an impatient, rude young woman and soon left feeling very uncomfortable. The next day I retrieved the device after being told it was ready for pick up. My files were there but my passwords and important information had been lost and took effort to retrieve (outside of the store), not to mention the incompetent tech staff deleted all of my device specific drivers and did not reinstall them. I now have to either find them myself and install them one by one or go to the local Best Buy, who sells the device. All in all I would say this store is one to steer clear from. Take your repairs to a professional PC tech and save yourself the trouble!

Personal Training is a fraud. Offered a complimentary $49 personal training devoted to Windows 8.1, I entered the store 5 minutes before my appointment but could not get any attention from the 4 staff on the floor. Finally I interrupted one to ask where to report for my scheduled personal training and was shown a bench to sit on with the promised someone will be right over. 10 minutes later I intercepted someone entering the floor from the back and asked about my training which seemed to startle her. She brought me a cup of tea and promised to send someone over. The young man who came over showed little more knowledge of Windows 8.1 than I have, intimated that he did not like it, and proceeded to freeze my touch screen. After 5 minutes trying to unfreeze it, he called someone else over who fixed it by rebooting the computer. My inquiries regarding adjusting the touch pad and organizing photos were beyond the knowledge base of my trainer. This was a waste of my time which I regretted. I have not received any follow up from the store, so I am posting my review here.

Had battery bulge with my sp4. no problem was replaced and transferred my data over to replacement. Felt comfortable first thing walking in door and given a cup of coffee.

I was kicked out by who I think was the manager while gaming on their computers after telling her that I was 14. She did not believe my friends and I and asked for my ID, birthdate and grade. Visit at your own risk.

Just went from 2star to 1star.Reason is the warranties are complete ripoffs. Dramatically worse than Dell or SquareTrade. Bordering (or more than that) on fraud.If you have a problem they insist you sign an agreement giving up all of your rights to your own computer for 6 weeks. This is while they look at it.Worse thing is the problem i had was mysteriously right when windows 10 forced an unauthorized update on my computer.----So sad tbis is where Microsoft is at. Pitiful phone display with old models no one is looking at.Bunch of all the same computers. Only customers are the poor suckers who dont realize how much time theyll waste with Windows 10 (that was me).Then the bigger suckers looking at the Surface laptops - kinda like buying a gm car in the 80s.

If you have over 45 minutes in your day to waste on hold, this is your place! The store phone number is a call center - you will be on hold waiting for them to pick up, & then on hold again while they try to contact the store. Prior to this idiocy, I had driven to the store in response to a Microsoft recall of a faulty plug. Trip one-guy said he would order a replacement & phone me when it arrived. After 2 months, went back to store. Trip 2-guy said they no longer made docking station that plug fit into. The docking station is how I use my $1200 computer. But, they were wiling to give me some other useless plug. 2 days later I get a message that they magically have a new docking station & I have 24 hours to retrieve it. The 45 minutes from hell phone call followed- all I wanted to say was, Could you hold it for me until Saturday when I can make it into the store? This entire ordeal should not have been this frustrating. There are so many places to purchase computers that actually treat you decently & have genuine customer service with humans who answer the phone or call you right back if you leave a message. By the way, they are quite engaged up front when they want to sell you something. Thats all you will get. Go elsewhere.

The store was a great experience! I purchased a laptop running Windows 8 and plan to take advantage of the FREE Win 10 upgrade. An Apple user for years, Im not used to free anything. In fact, Im now in reverse sticker shock. I noted someone mentioned the store looks suspiciously like the Apple store. Actually it does until you take a look at your sales receipt on the way out of the Microsoft store. In comparison, Im still amazed at how little it cost and how much I recieved. I upgraded the Acer laptop a couple days later with a one terabyte SSD that cost considerably less than $400 and purchased some application software online. My personal experience is that everything you buy simply cost a lot less when you are running a Microsoft OS. Should have made this change years ago.

People can say what they want about microsoft but they treat you like your in first class here. They swaped out my sp4 with zero fuss. Let me use their tools to get my stuff put onto the new sp4 and they gave me refreshments...

The manager kicked us out because she didn’t think that we were 14. I am 14 but she asked me for my “ID” grade and birthdate. Even though I told her everything, she kicked us out and called security too. It was unacceptable.

More than one level than the apple store, the staff service of the genius bar is in place, Sacramento opened to San Francisco for two and a half hours, and the traffic jam is worth it. The pro5 screen has a bad point. In the insurance, you can directly exchange a new one for free. 10 minutes from the beginning of the store, although I know that it is officially turned, but than the fruit shop to see if there is a lot of inventory in the store, will always support microsoft, support surface! !
