Really nice store, employees know what they need to know and their help is A1.

I went there to return something for just $30 in cash this morning and they told me that they dont have any cash cause nobody buy anything yet so, i left it there it was 11am then around 4:20pm i was stuck on the traffic then i called them and they told me they still dont have any cash for return to me and they offer me to bring it back where i bought it (stonetown SF) or they will send me a check in 7-10 days!! I asked them what if customer pay you $100 bill to buy something for $10 will you have any change to the customer and they said yes! but that money not for return!! i really dont understand!! so, next time if i want to buy something in there can i write you a check huh!

The sales staff is too willing and eager to go off and do their own thing while youre looking at very expensive high-end products not willing to give you very much information and they dont seem to understand what you really need
