Good location, though selection can be somewhat limited. Big space, but plenty of the same items over and over. Prices are fairly high, but quality is okay and staff is friendly. Overall a good option if youre in the area, but dont go out of your way to visit here

Very cool store with a million products you never knew you needed until you found them. Great products for storage needs, all kinds of organization of your home or office & lots of great cleaning supplies/tools too. Its not inexpensive but I wouldnt expect that kind of stuff to be anyway. Its a fun store to look around & shop in. I can spend hours in there.

Location is wonderful but the store is barely stocked and customer service is no where to be found. I love the container store but this location is not the place.

Nice store nice people but nothing ….like 90% of the items I needed have no prices …. It’s a pure waste of time you need to bring the items to the check out then they scan them and then tell you the price …. 10 in the scale of asinine

This store is a hot mess. Missing cashiers, missing online orders, missing stock.Makes it hard to support local businesses when the disorder and lack of professional services is so glaringly obvious.Waited weeks for an item I was charged upfront for that never showed up, and no updates provided. I had to make an extra trip in person to the store to get it resolved. Wasted money, effort, and time.

Big fan of The Container Store. This store is big, clean, finding parking can be tricky at times. What was really amazing was one of the employees at check out was telling customers, Happy Friday, that is pretty cool.

Expensive, but comprehensive. If you want a one and done shop, use them, if you want to spend about 50% less, use a combo of hardware stores, ikea and target.

Many options available, in case that wasnt obvious. The staff was pleasant to me and in interactions with other customers I overheard in passing.Prices are not cheap but the cost wasnt outrageous. Comparable to other department stores but not competitive with, say, Costco;However the selection makes up for that.

Norman is the sweetest! He helped me a great deal while I was here. This is a great store and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty sure that the way they keep the doors closed and locked is a fire hazard. Following their arrows on the floor is insane and just leads to bumping into more people...and why are the shopping carts so small for a store that specializes in large containers and organizers - my stuff fell out as soon as I stepped out the (locked) door and got scratched

This is my favorite place for shopping for my business supplies needs. From storage to packing boxes and more. Friendly staff. It is few of the closest ones from the Central Valley. Family friendly environment. Great location!Clean and well organized store.

Long check out line, few employees, only two cashiers. New stock sitting in boxes wa iij ting to be put on selling floor. Generally disorganized looking. A far cry from a year ago. Hope they manage to stay in business in this location.

The merchandise is of good quality and value, they have a container (or rack) for nearly anything you might need. I visited this store on a big sale day and it was understaffed and the shelves look rather bare in some departments. Im not sure if this was due to the amount of customers or if this is what it usually looks like.

Organized and had cool products. Very useful and can make your house more organized. Prices were reasonable and their staffs were friendly.

Stunning customer service. I ordered Elfa shelving for 3 closets at about 5:30 a.m. Two hours later I realized I need a few more shelves and called the 800 line. Was told that the items had already been packed and were to be shipped that day!This was a complicated order of three large closets and every bracket, support screw, trim etc was packed and delivered in days. Amazing.

Organization heaven. This store makes me happy. Its a little spendy, but its a specialty store. Ive purchases many things for organizing the office here, as well as personal items. They carry quality products and Ive been happy with my purchases. Staff are always friendly here.

If you arent positive about what you are needing, I highly recommend that you consult with one of their friendly staff for guidance.Parking is good.For those in a rush, I highly recommend that you order online for store pickup. You can double park in front of the store and use the email notification to let them know that you are there. Theyll come out with your goods within a minute or two.

For being so large, youd think youd be able to find a wide variety of storage items. Surprisingly that wasnt the case when I visited. It was chaos and poorly stocked without an employee in sight, except for cashiers.

Store is great. They forgot to open check outs until we said something. The line was 50 feet!

This container store has a great layout and more importantly, great staff. Very helpful when you cant find exactly what youre looking for... its also at the end of the mall where you can more easily find parking.

The container store has brought in attentions many innovative still simple ideas for nowdays needs. I visited the store along with my father more than 2 years ago by chance with no pre- intention to purchase . this simple and beautiful design was the answer to what l needed for my laptop computer. I bought it for a good price.

So much cool stuff in here. I picked up a few odd gadgets, as well as a heavy duty folding crate. Its so much better than the ones sold in Costco that a random lady in the aisle stopped me and sent me here. Im glad she did.

Employees were very helpful, restroom was clean and neat and we found what we needed at a good price for a six pack.

1st time ever going there and honestly I walked out after what seemed like an eternity. Not greeted once the entire time. When i did lock eyes with an associate, I had been juggling a hand full of itemknowledge. I smiled and said hello, she smiled back, and began laughing, Captain obvious pointed out that It looked like I needed a shopping cart..... well thank you captain 😖I chuckled and agreed with her. As I stood there awkward waiting for her to point me in the right direction or actually grab me one......she didnt do anything just kept going about her task ..... I felt judged because I didnt look like all the yuppie stay at home mom with 3 kids.My bf told me that I would love the store, and I did! Soo much fun stuff to play and organize with but due to a HORRIBLE staff Im never going back to that location.
