Dont buy any appliance, they are junk and all the extra warranty stickers on them are only for certain parts so you have to buy a full warranty that costs as much as the appliance and if you dont you will have to pay to fix it. Bought a brand new washer and dryer, washer broke 6 months later, I bought the warranty, took them three weeks to get someone to come look at it, have had to have someone come out three times and still has not been fixed, been two months and still waiting. Unless you want to waste money and spend all your spare time at a laundry mat, I wouldnt buy here or any other Sears.

My husband and I recently purchased a patio set a lawn mower, weed eater and air compressor a sprinkler and filter for our refrigerator. We decided to go back the next week and get a couple more sprinklers we had our kids with us one of them being 5 years old needed to potty and fast! So while my husband was getting the sprinkler I politely asked the owner if I could use the bathroom. I was told no! Because it was to dangerous to go into her backroom I reassured her I would be with my child and it was an emergency the owner didn’t care one bit my baby was crying and ended up peeing her pants I told my husband let’s go!! I will never shop here again I will go to Farmington or Grand Junction or shop online!! I understand that a lot of businesses in Cortez do not like to share their bathroom for good reason but this was a five-year-old child who is trying very hard to hold her potty Word-of-mouth goes a very long ways and I will tell everyone I know and I do know a lot of people here to take their business online. I also want to add that I told her I was going to be returning all of my things that I purchased and her response was well we do have a 30 day return policy. I do not feel that this owner cares about her customers one bit!! We took our business to Slavens and they let me clean my daughter up in their bathroom!

Misrepresented free delivery and setup then said it would cost an exorbitant amount to have delivery and setup. As for the washer its holding up well.
