Beautiful store filled with native American jewelry, pottery, baskets and weavings. They have so many beautiful things! We bought some jewelry, a hand made arrow and a very cool drum. They also have a very cool free museum that has tons of history and artifacts.
Great value and very friendly staff. All high quality items.
This is the best place for true local native American art. They know the people that made the items and are very knowledgeable. Sam took the time to show me about the native rugs and blankets, the history behind them and the wools and dyed that are used. They are very beautiful. As a quilter I can respect the time and talent put into them.
I enjoy shopping and spending my money there.
I bought a beautiful silver and turquoise watchband for $500 and the next day googled the artist and found the same watch band for $185. I felt ripped off! Don’t buy from them until you check the artists prices online.
AMAZING!! Make sure you visit the museum downstairs! That 18 yr old young man is not just cute, he has a great personality! We Loved Him.Stop Here to find your trinkets!
The place is very well kept, a LOT of things to choose from. The staff was very helpful.

Great place to shop
Way too expensive for ordinary people
Nice staff, nice jewellery, interesting museum
Amazing beautiful pottery! Lots of jewelry and carpets. If you work with seed beads they have a large selection of Czech beads (mostly Preciosa) and lots of Japanese seed beads, but not Miyuki. Very large store. Lovely items to see even if you dont buy. Worth a stop and easy to get to--right on a main road.
So much turquoise and sterling silver jewlery! My mom and I spent literally HOURS here trying to look through everything. Pricing was good as well, not too expensive but good quality.
They have Awesome Stuff
Great jewelry and you can pawn here is needed.

Great handmade local art and goods. Friendly staff. Large building with neat museum downstairs.
When it matters that you get authentic, beautiful things - something you wont everreplace with anything better because you got the best, when it matters like that, you shop in a place like this.
Nice jewelry
What a dynamic assortment of Southwest items!
Best place!
Love coming to this store when were in town. Alot of beautiful pieces.
They are really proud of their items and they placed price tags like they do not want to sell anything
Very knowledgeable, and a very nice staff. Will be ordering from Salt Lake City next time I need some artwork!
They have everything you can just imagine possible for Native cultures and some of the best bead work and silver work in the nation, very nice staff of people that work there, plus they have museum thats downstairs I really recommend going there, it is one of the best places to visit while in sw Colorado
Love the variety of jewelry & reasonable prices
Great selection of quality Native American jewelry and art. Fair prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A must when visiting the area.
Awesome place to learn a bit about the Native Americans from the 4 Corners area. Gorgeous jewelry - REAL Turquoise & Sterling Silver.. Not the imitation ones that street vendors, parking lot people, Tourist Traps sell! Stop in to admire or purchase and ask for tips on how to detect FAKE Turquoise.. Many other items to see such as bead work and rugs that local Native Americans have made.. Prices from $10. to $10,000..
Loved this place
Very friendly staff, prices are great right now!
Bought new story teller ear rings
Amazing wares, fantastic customer service. Very clean, friendly and helpful.
Very impressed with the large selection of Native American gifts! I was on a vacation and came down to Mesa Verde. I haven’t been to Cortez in a long time. This is the only place and best place in Cortez to stop for gifts! The customer service is on point and the nice young lady with the long hair was awesome. I picked up some pottery and some other items. Very neat thank you!
Lots of stuff but most of it was behind the counters so inaccessible. The staff was friendly but rang up our purchases behind the counter so we had to trust that they got it right. There is a tiny museum in the basement but I didnt get that much out of it.They did have Native American type merchandise ranging from a few dollars to thousands of dollars but they obviously didnt trust their customers (shoplifting?) but expected the customers to trust them (reputable merchandise?).Locals strongly support this market and emphasized it is worth visiting. I dropped an easy $100. Would I go again? Not sure...
I drop a lot of money on the beads here. They have a great selection. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I support this store.
There are definitely a lot of nice Native American gifts and crafts here, but good luck trading or selling anything to them if youre not native yourself. The staff is knowledgeable, yet they sometimes come off with a know-it-all attitude. I could be wrong. Worth a visit nonetheless.
Beautiful!
Terrible service, rude dirty and moldy bathroom never go back again!!
Awesome place beautiful jewelry a d amazing items, I could spend hours in here.
Really an amazing place! The people working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If Im ever in the area again, I will definitely stop by once more
Great selection of jewelry, blankets, rugs, art and supplies. Staff are nice and helpful. You can pawn there. Parking available in the front, but theres a bigger parking space in the back. There is a small museum downstairs.

Nice, large, well organized store/museum. Beautiful native art, jewelry and crafts. Stock included craft making supplies (leather, laces, stones, conches, feather, ...etc.). Excellent selection to chose from. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful place to explore.

Definitely worth a visit when you are in Cortez! Huge selection of native American Indian products and many are handmade. Also great selection of Pendleton wool products. This is the best store to do your gift shopping. Also dont miss the Indian museum downstairs. It is free and very informative.
Be prepared to spend a reasonable amount of time. There is so much Indian artwork to see. Great prices. Beautiful jewelry.
Awesome place to buy Native American made jewelry!! Highly recommend Notah Dineh for your purchase of turquoise jewelry!! Service is great !
Very beautiful display. Make sure to check the museum. Very courteous and helpful staff.
Incredible selection of artwork.
A wide selection of items and at very competitive prices.
Beautiful sales floor with tons of art, blankets, rugs, pottery and jewelry. They had a 50% off sale on all handmade items, which was most of the store! There is a cute little museum in their basement. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Youve got to check it out if you are looking for knick knacks to bring home if you are traveling through. The associate even reccomended a really nice happy hour spot for us travelers. Service went above and beyond. I strongly recommend you stop in even if you dont want to buy anything, but you probably will!
Amazing native American items for purchase, cool museum below, and wonderful employees.
