One star is too generous for this company. After having an order placed, they sold it out from under me after only waiting 4 days for me to pick it up (which was agreed to). The woman told me even though it was on a standing account with them, it didnt matter. I had spoken to an employee before and had assured him I would pick it up, he had agreed to wait. The infiltrators I was picking up were back ordered and Ive already waited months for them. They refused to attempt to correct the situation, and stated it was not their fault- even though they were already ordered and on a standing account and had agreed to wait for them to be picked up. This isnt a way to do business. The customer service is abhorrent, even after mistake was admitted. No attempt to correct the situation was made. When you make a mistake-- actions should be taken to correct the situation. Thats how customer service works.

If you need a irrigation system or parts to build a system this is the business. They carry just about anything you need. I have always enjoyed great service and knowledgeable help. If it is busy you will have to wait your turn so dont get to impatient. Plumbing is not their specialty, irrigation parts and systems is what they do.

Well-stocked, very competitive prices, helpful and pleasant staff. Ive purchased brass and PVC fittings, 20-ft lengths of PVC for irrigation, and septic culvert supplies from them. Each visit confirms that theyre an excellent resource.

I took a pump for pumping water from ditches or ponds they said they knew how to work on pumps and they dont know anything about working on pumps. They didnt even put it back together when I went to pick it up I could have fixed it myself had I just taken the time. Ill never go back there again Ill never have anything to do with them ever again. And anyone that asks me about them I tell them to go somewhere else.
