While the store was clean and employees were nice, their selection had really gone downhill. I went looking for sheets and half of them were their new house brand, which isn’t very good. I came in looking for a nice high quality sheet and left with nothing. The few brands that are of that quality are only carried in a very small selection of colors, mostly blues. Overall very disappointing experience at a once trustworthy store. Will not be going back.

I like the tall shelves, it’s such a vibe, like a maze. This store is basically Amazon in real life and you don’t have to support Jeff Bezos for once💪🏽😂 they have a lot of fun as seen on tv stuff but like the actually useful kind. I’d go here for home equipment and gift ideas :) 💡

My niece recommended it to me because I was looking for some small kitchen appliances. They had so much to choose from i had to go home, with pictures to make up my mind. But while there I found something else I was looking for,, which no one else in several towns had. So I am very pleased with this store.

Get ready to spend a fortune, most things smell so good you cant help but to bankrupt yourself in this place.

Definitely one of my favorite stores but this location is definitely the best!! Everyone is super helpful and the store manage Brian is just the greatest and so helpful. I live a hour a way but work near the Corvallis location and only shop there!!

The store in Corvallis is fairly well stocked with a variety of basic and expert supplies. They have a small store so there are larger items they dont have. Service is good.

Went in before close. The energy was kind of off from the start, it kind of felt like we werent wanted in the store. We felt awkward being there. Things were a bit disheveled and two of the people working there seemed frustrated. We found what we needed, but have been to nicer locations.

Almost never have a specific thing Im looking for and always overpriced.

If bed is the first word in your business your business model had better supply high quality sheets, pillows, bed linens etc. 300 to 625 count. Ugh!

Clean environment, decently well stocked, the staff are helpful and one associate named Brian even went out of his way to find us an equivalent product that was on clearance when we were looking at some expensive mattress protectors!They dont even judge you when you sit in the demo massage chairs for objectively too long. One of my partners and I have too much fun here, never had a bad experience, even when returning items or finding they didnt have what we needed, they could point us in the direction of somewhere that does.

They are all basically the same it seems so makes it fairly easy to rotate around the store. Picked up a bunch of items to move son into the dorms. Quick and easy.

The employee Christian was very helpful with finding the new bathmats (they had just gotten in apparently) and the price was alright. These bathmats were superb in their quality and manufacturing. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with these bathmats. These bathmats are the highlight of my morning routine. If it were not for the expertise of Christian and his knowledge of these excellent bathmats, I would surely be living a sub-par life. Again, these bathmats are the best thing me and my husband Alex have ever stepped on. I highly recommend the bathmats, 10/10

Its cool to have this store available they have very nice things you need for your home at very good prices I like coming here to shop for good pillows and stuff for my bathroom and kitchen I also get to relax and try out their massage chairs

Customer service at this store is phenomenal. Dee and Sam were so patient and did everything they could to help me find exactly what I needed. I have been visiting this store for a few months since I moved to Corvallis, and I am now absolutely sold on this store. I will be back over and over! They have an incredible selection for everything from cooking gadgets to household organization to great linens, plus the customer service is superb.

Store is nice, but VERY expensive!

The employees have always been helpful when I go. This store is a little smaller than most Ive been to, so they dont have to be for the same inventory. The staff is always willing to order stuff, though.

Over priced low to medium quality products. A good place to get the large soda stream CO2 canisters if signed up for the monthly 20% off 1 product coupon making it cheaper to refill than any other place that carries soda stream refills that I have found. One large canister lasts a couple months at least.

Its a little small for this chain but is still chalked full of amazing stuff.

I do like the store but as a person with chemical sensitivity I cant stay in there for more than 5 minutes theres too much of a perfume smell

It was bed bath and beyond. Fun to go to kill time, see some as seen on TV stuff, and see some cool home decor. Bring your 20% coupon if you actually intend to buy anything.

It is very easy to return items and the kitchen area in particular offers great selections.

I gave 2 stars because the girl that greeted me was helpful. However, she was the bright spot. I was wanting to get a mattress pad and asked a young man for help, who told me he was on his break but offered to help just the same. At my request, he called for assistance. I waited and waited, then stood out in the aisle. One associate walked toward me with her head down, saw me and quickly put it back down, and headed back to the front. The second associate walked around me, down an aisle, and back out behind me. The third associate, when asked if he was there to help me because Id been waiting for quite a while, became quite defensive. I decided that with an attitude like that, he really couldnt help me. I took another item I was going to purchase back to the front and left it at the counter. So, I had two helpful employees (2 stars) and three not helpful or rude. And on a weekday when they werent busy. Cant imagine how theyll be during the holidays!

The cashier was helpful when we entered, and we found what we were after. When we checked out, she was very pleasant and engaging.

Tried to get a shower curtain rod that would work. Seems everyone carries the same tension rods that dont work. I miss the old days when things worked as they were supposed to. Nice staff though.

Very helpful staff! I was unable to place an order online but the manager was able to help me submit the order over the phone and its being shipped to my house!I have two little ones 3> so saving me the 1.25hr round trip with multiple carseat loading/unloading just to make an order is really incredible!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Got a sound machine for a birthday gift 3 days ago and wanted to swap it out for a different one. Went to exchange an unopened unused product and was told it would be a 20% return fee for them to take the damn thing back, And let me exchange it for something that cost twice as much. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I drove to Eugene’s BB&B to get one of the on sale cushioned rugs for the kitchen that were in the latest flyer. I asked for help when I couldn’t find them. A clerk looked in two or three likely areas and said they were out. I asked if another store could be called to locate one and send to Eugene store. I was told it couldn’t be done because of it being a promotional item. I went to my car and called Corvallis BB & B to check for myself. I got a very. NIce clerkAnd he said they had alot of them. I told him I lived in JC and could it be sent to Eugene Store or should I head to Corvallis. He said because they didn’t have the item I requested from their flyer, he eould send it to my home for no S & H! So, I ordered two, and they arrived today and I’m very happy with them. I didn’t get his name, but he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate it. Thank you Corvallis BB & B Staff person!!J. Nott
