Very friendly and easy to deal with. They are not called Main Auto Body anymore though. They are now called Caiber Auto Body.

Right after my accident my car it was towed here and I was in too much pain and distress to properly think of a good place to tow and the tower said this was best place. It definitely was not. The service my dad (the owner of my car) and I received were the worst. Kimberly is extremely rude and unpleasant! She was not wearing a mask, many workers were without masks. She tried to give my dad a contract to take my power of attorney and was trying to trick me into giving her my car key to perform work without my dads consent and without insurance approval. They claimed they needed the key to move my car, but my car could not be driven because the entire front was destroyed so it made no sense to ask for the key. They also claimed to have all the paperwork from the insurance agency to work on the car but after my dad spoke with the insurance that was not true. After complaining to the insurance of their extremely rude behavior ans their pushy lies we decided to take the car elsewhere..I spoke with a local rental place when they inquired about where my car was for record purposes and I told them of my experience and that we would be moving the car. The rental place told me that every experience they have had with Kimberly has also been unpleasant and her rude attitude and harsh demeanor has made them very uncomfortable with her. My dad also spoke with State Farm and was told similar things about other clients experience with Kimberly. Im sure there are very nice people who work here, and Im sure you all do great work, but you need to get rid of Kimberly, her customer service is horrible! If it werent for the nicer woman I spoke to before leaving then I would say never take your car here. I didnt get her name but she was blonde and a lot more patient and understanding of this horrible situation.

So the first time I used Main Auto Body was probably back in 2002 or so? They helped with an insurance claim for a totaled vehicle. So while I wasnt as involved w/ that process, it seemed like everything was handled very well and it all worked out positively for us.Recently though, I had an issue w/ my 2005 RX330 where the top moulding was coming loose. It started to become a constant issue every time Id take it through a car wash. So I ordered the OEM parts for it thinking one of the auto repair shops I use in Bend or Corvallis would be able to take care of it. They both said that wasnt something they could help. The guys in Corvallis recommended Main Auto Body so I started with giving them a call to explain what I wanted help with.They said I could stop by anytime and theyd give me a free estimate. So i few days later I was able to stop by, they were very friendly at the front desk, had me pull in to the covered area and then w/in about a minute, someone came out to see what I needed.The guy who helped me was super helpful. Checked out what I had going on with the old moulding and saw how i just wanted to swap out the old moulding w/ the new moulding. Then basically just took care of me on the spot! Got some cleaner to make sure the adhesive would take good, and took the time to rotate the moulding both ways to make sure wed get the best fit possible (turns out there was a better way to do this).And then about 20 minutes later, we were all done! Said there was no cost! I was thrilled w/ that :DBut more than the fact that he got me taken care of at no cost to me, it was the fact that he took such care in the process. I could have seen paying more to have a mechanic do this and if they didnt know what they were doing, i could see them just making an assumption.But here he took them time to really make sure he was getting everything lined up right, pressed in correctly, triple-checked everything. So he gave me the kind of value Id expect if I were paying for top quality service, but w/out even charging me for it.Made me look forward to the next time I might need to use them for some other service. Really appreciated how they took care of me and would certainly recommend anyone needing their services to at least start w/ a call and see if they can help.

Their customer service was exemplary. They made the whole process easy, went into detail of what would be happening and the list of repairs needed, constantly updated me with the progress of the repairs and even had my car done a day earlier than expected. The repairs were great. I hope to not have to see them again but I will certainly recommend it to anyone in need.

Took our van here after being tail-ended in an accident. Repair work and coordination with insurance and rental car facility was effortless from the moment I walked in the door. Van was fixed before date promised. Really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend!

I went to get an estimate from main Auto body and when I try to get a copy from them nothing was done I wasted my time . It was a claim from my insurance in two different times and the second time I went back again to get a copy nothing was done they told me because the insurance told them not to give it to me I will never go back to main Auto body .They do what the insurance told them to do not what the customer ask, I will not recommend main Auto body at all.

Main Auto Body is not trustworthy. Things were stolen from my vehicle while in their shop. I noticed right away when I picked up my truck that the ash tray was missing. Yes, they stole my ash tray full of quarters along with my sunglasses, bluetooth adapter, and tire pressure gauge. When I immediately brought this to their attention, they claimed that I was lying because they dont remember seeing those things in my vehicle. Even an acknowledgment and willingness to look into it would have meant something. The whole experience was infuriating!

Between Main Auto Body and Progressive, they did a wonderful job! No hassles from either. Main AB perfectly matched the metallic fleck paint. Wifes 2012 Metallic Black Durango met up with a concrete light pole. Lots of suspension and front end repair. Post initial estimate ($5K) - when the alignment couldnt be done properly, they did the honorable and honest thing, they kept the car, didnt even try to give it back, and started over from scratch. They got the additional $2,500 in parts and did the job right. Beautiful work! Nice folks. You cant tell the vehicle ever had an issue. We highly recommend.

Can I give 0 stars? Save your time and go to Freebird. Completely different levels of customer service. Im sure the quality of work is fine here but dealing with the front office is not worth your time.

Mario Lopez and the rest of the crew did an amazing job working with me and my car repair. At first there was a bit of a scheduling issue but I was quickly cleared up and we were able to move on with fixing the car.The quality of the work looked fantastic and Factory fresh. They even corrected a few mistakes that the dealership missed! They had a lot of patience for my questions (since my car was never in an accident and I bought it brand new). Im a stickler for details and they managed to assuage my concerns.Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Main Autobody and would encourage my friends to go to them.

Took my car here after an accident and they took pictures to send to the insurance company and then set an appointment for me to come back for the repairs. I came back for the scheduled appointment and they had completely forgotten. They tried to play it off saying they needed to take pictures of the interior too and they would call me when I should come in for the repairs. Still waiting for a call 2 weeks later. I took my car to Main Auto Body in Philomath instead and they took care of everything within a couple days and had me set up with a rental car upon my arrival.

They were able to get me in fairly quickly, but depending on who I talked to not everyone was helpful. The paint on my Toyota pickup looked good, but when they told me it was finished it really wasnt and then they decided to WASH OFF THE ENGINE BLOCK? Come on. How can spraying water under the hood of any car be a good idea? Its not really a surprise that when they started it up again it didnt run correctly. So they towed it to a mechanic and had to get it fixed. Overall, they seemed decent, Im sure this was an isolated f**kup, but I will never trust them with a vehicle of mine again.

Rude, rude, rude. Absolutely don’t use this business. Took months to finish a small repair and then after they confirmed the vehicle was 100% complete and available for pick up the issue had not been resolved when I arrived for pick up. Then they lied to my face about how the issue was communicated; to add insult to injury they were disrespectful and condescending in the process. I only chose this place at the recommendation of my insurance company but would absolutely never ever go back. Disaster!

Took my SUV in for a minor repair. They did an excellent job on my SUV, the REAR bumper looked fantastic, new paint and trim.Unfortunately, I took my car in to have the FRONT bumper repaired.

Main Auto Body has been extremely helpful for me and what I needed done. On multiple occasions and working with various employees I got great service with a smile and I was thrilled with the final product.

Customer service person was rude and condescending. They did not restore my car to pre-accident condition, and would not listen to any of my concerns about what was still not working. Wont do business with them again.

Over the past 15 years or so, Ive taken several vehicles in to have damage repaired at Main Auto Body, and I have been completely satisfied. Even at this moment, I have a car being repaired that was hit by a 5 gallon plastic bucket that flew out of the back of the truck in front of me. They were able to even find some small damage I had not noticed. My first choice for auto body repair in Corvallis is Main Auto Body.

They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my car repair.

I lost two screws on the bumper of my car, so I bought some screws but could not screw it in. So I went to Main and this guy, Mario, help me fix it in 5 minutes without charging anything. I just want to thank him!

Im being generous by giving them a star. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy! I had an accident and I was paying it of pocket, I went there for an estimate. They told me the car would cost $20,000 to fix it !!!! And it would take 70 days ?? Reallly? They even put on the estimate extra $700 for strips That I created and installed myself! So its not even on the market!!I took th car a body shop up in Portland and theyre working on my car now for $12,000. 8000 is such a huge difference! And timewise, the one in Portland said the car would take 35 days max! Even half the time were estimated by Main Auto !!!Just stay away from these guys!

I was hit in a parking lot by another driver, and was sent by their insurance company to Main Auto Body & Paint in Corvallis, OR. Previously to visiting Main, I went to three other well-reviewed body shops in the Portland and Corvallis areas (Freebird Auto Body, Canyon Auto Body, and Artistic Auto Body) and got the damage assessed. Each one of them was beyond kind and courteous, and suggested that the damage to my rear bumper was significant enough that it could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. I had a 100% opposite experience when I went to Main Auto Body.The appraiser assigned to me, Mario Lopez, was very disrespectful. When I showed him the damage to my car after I had explained the circumstances that lead to it, he stated why are you even mad about this. He then went on to mock me for even considering getting the car fixed. I explained to him that I just got the car and I, very understandably in my opinion, like to have my cars in good cosmetic condition. I mentioned that I detailed cars and was very meticulous in fixing issues and he laughed at me. He then scoffed and ignored me for the rest of the inspection. To make matters worse, he completely ignored me when I was showing him the damages to by bumper that were sustained away from the initial point of impact. My bumper is cracked in both wheel wells from being forced inward and he only acknowledged the dent and paint cracks from the original point of impact. Furthermore, he boldly suggested that anyone who thinks they cant fix that is dumb and that they dont think replacement of the bumper is necessary. I find this hard to believe as the three body shops I previously mentioned stated that it simply could not be fixed and look professional, and that the bumper had to be completely replaced.After compiling his incomplete information, Mario went inside and wrote an estimate that only covered a small part of the damage my car sustained in the accident, which significantly lowered the settlement I received from the other drivers insurance and wont even get close to getting my car back to the condition it was pre-accident. After I left my appointment, I was in shock with how badly I, a potential customer for Main, was treated. As a result, I cannot recommend ever taking your car in for service as you will be treated like a piece of trash before your car even gets close to their bays. I will be receiving my check from insurance and taking my car to someone else who actually cares about the customer.Please save yourself the trouble and time and take your car to Freebird Auto Body for any needs you have if you are in the Corvallis area.
