Angela from the service department provided exceptional service! She oversaw the servicing of my car - she was incredibly helpful when getting my car detailed, oil changed, and tires rotated. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs because I couldn’t make it to the dealership to pick-up my car before they closed, so she made it available for me to get on my own schedule after business hours.On top of that, a nail was also found in one of the tires and Angela went ahead and had it fixed for me! She was very communicative and available over text message and phone. Angela is outstanding and I would absolutely request to have my car’s service overseen by her again!

If we wanted to look around without bother they left us alone. If we wanted to go on a test drive they were there to help and answer all of our questions along the way. If you need a car talk to Jake Wallin he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. Good salesman. Very nice guy.Just dont ask me about what toyota changed which I am twisted about. Who in the world thought it was a good idea to take out the CD player and the navigation system. I guess we dont need it. Oh use your phone for that. You just cant talk on the phone cause you are using your phone for music and navigation. How do you like them apples... or pay for the radio service. Not enough you have just spent lots of money in a new car but you got more spending coming for what use to be included before in your purchase. I do love my car but I am still twisted about what Toyota decided to do without.

With just w/ the push of a few buttons on my phone, I was able to get the service I needed within seconds. Ive been going there for my regular factory maintenance the past year and enjoy going there. The staff have been friendly, and the waiting room is clean and well-kept. Another note is the website isnt great for scheduling service, but I would just give them a call its quicker.

Christian was the first salesperson to offer ordering the 4Runner we wanted. Other dealers wanted to sell what was on the lot rather than what we wanted. Due to the shortage of chips, we had to wait several months. But, we got what we wanted and were treated with courtesy rather than high pressure sales tactics. Barb and I both would recommend Toyota of Corvallis and the staff, especially Christian.

Had a great experience working with TJ in sales. I was purchasing a Tacoma sight unseen traveling from out of state. He provide A++ service answering all my questions and preforming all my request to ensure me I was purchasing the vehicle at my expectations. I have big gratitude for this dealership. My car was totaled in an accident; I needed a new car. The Covid-induced shortage of microchips meant that all cars were bought unseen, ordered. Jake worked with me with great patience and w/o arm twisting around pricing. I feel well cared for. There was also significant education of the Camry’s electronic system/controls prior to my driving it away today, by Sully. I was even given instructions as to how to bring the car in for service, such as where to park, where to wait. The genre of music that I sing while waiting is up to me. (Don’t wait for it.)

They’re more proud about their facility and LESS concerned with great service and finishing strong. Both times I had work done here, they failed to provide the complimentary car wash. I have a drone in my car that tells me when my car is started, turned off, gps, etc. It was sitting for 1.5 hours before it was worked on. It should have been washed before they came to pick me up. Corey asked if I wanted to wait for it to be washed and that it wasn’t his fault. Seems to be blaming others and not taking responsibility. This place is really nice but I’ve had poor service their both times. I’d rather drive out of town and get great service than dealing with this unorganized business.

After trying a few different dealerships in/around the area, we are SO thankful we landed with Toyota of Corvallis. We called in to make an appointment to test drive and discuss purchasing a new vehicle and were beyond impressed with the service we received on the phone and in person. The staff is always very helpful. They couldnt solve my issue, of course it just happens going down hills at 55 or so. My issue was my breaks made noise every since they were replaced in June.

We visited several dealerships in Eugene and Springfield, along with searching online looking for a Tacoma only to come up empty. My last stop was Corvallis Toyota. My wife and I purchased a 2021 RAV 4 Prime from Toyota of Corvallis last week. We worked with Mike Nolen. Start to finish it was a great experience. This vehicle is very hard to find. We live in Seattle. There are no plug-in/hybrid Prime’s anywhere in WA. Over the course of the last year, we tried multiple dealerships in OR, all to no avail. We talked to Mike about 3 weeks ago. He got right to work and good things started to happen. He located a vehicle. We drove down last week to see it and test drive it. Completely impressed with my purchase experience at Corvallis Toyota. . After many bad experiences with other dealerships, they were a complete breath of fresh air. I Will never go anywhere else!! I worked with Eric on finding the perfect car for me. He was so informative giving all the highlights of each car and comparisons helping me decide the perfect fit. Finally settled on a 2018 Toyota Highlander as the possible car. He said take it out for the afternoon and see if that’s the one. We did. Drove it all over the back roads of Corvallis, up the mountain tested it on some gravel and dirt roads. Loved how this car performed. Warranty was an important part of my purchase. I wanted to feel secure owning such a nice car. General manager was amazing and helped find the warranty that fit my needs. They over achieved my expectations. I was able to purchase an additional warranty that is from Toyota not third party. As for the car, I’m thrilled. The Toyota Highlander feels like a luxury car. I’ve driven cadillacs all my life and these are comparable to the luxury feel. My friend was with me while I was making my purchase. She was so impressed both with the car and the dealership she will be purchasing the same vehicle from them as soon as they get one in. Totally a Corvallis Toyota fan now. Will never go anywhere else.

What are the important factors that make up a review of a new car purchase? I think they have to be (1) the range of merchandise offered (2) the price/trade-in negotiations and (3) the paperwork. At Toyota of Corvallis they knocked it out of the park for factors 2 and 3, but I was disappointed in the range of color choices for the existing stock.The young salesman was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The trade-in value was a concern of mine and I was very pleased that their offer matched my expectations. The final deal was on an unsold 2020 model that had been deeply discounted because it was the only 2020 left on the lot. The paperwork, always an ordeal when purchasing a new car, went smoothly, with no high pressure sales pitch for warranties or service plans, just a fair and complete exploration of what was offered. Best car buying experience of my life.

Next day we had a problem with insurance companies... but most surprisingly the staffs were very helpful a guy named jake helped us the most and also Larry who showed all the vehicles in detail. Classic bait and switch.Car advertised as a certified pre owned (CPO) with a warranty (7 years, 100k miles). I test drive, talk numbers, ask to confirm it is a CPO. They check, then tell me it is not. They offer to sell me a warranty for $3,000 and reduce the sale price of the car by $1,000. I bought the same car elsewhere with a CPO, 10k less miles and 1 year model newer for the same numbers this dealer was offering.

Awesome & professional customer service! Charbel in finance was incredible to work with. He made the entire process of buying my leased vehicle so easy and budget friendly. He worked in a great interest rate(which was amazing considering I had a bankruptcy on my credit report)along with an extended warranty which was a huge relief considering my high miles. The warranty will also transfer to the next vehicle I buy through Toyota. Go see Christian, Sullivan and Charbel at Toyota if you want the best!! Im officially a proud Toyota girl for life👊😁

They were great when I was purchasing my car. However, the minute I walked out the door, my experience changed dramatically. When I say they don’t return phone calls, I mean they NEVER return calls. Whether it be the manager, sales person or service department, I never have anyone call me back. If you want any information or help AFTER you purchase a car there, I hope you have better luck than I’ve had.

Our conversation ended with there are no cars with third row seating here that you can afford Needless to say I was all for negotiating a sale on the vehicle I test drove but but Id rather take my money elsewhere...
