Trusty does a great job for a really fair price. Weve taken our Subaru and Nissan in to them for routine maintenance and repairs, and they always do quality work in a really quick time frame. Great, friendly, local folks whom were lucky to have here in Southtown!

I had a security issue in the ignition that kept the starter from working. They found a broken wire. Repaired it and saved me about $150.00 verses replacement. Ill take my El Dorado no place else from now on. Fair, honest and reasonable for their services. They are super busy so you got to keep calling.

Great service fair prices

They did a spectacular job changing a heater core in my 2004 Dodge pickup a while ago. Not a project I would tackle my self as the dash is extremely delicate and needs to be completely removed. They had it done in way less time than I expected and at a fair price.

Cant really trust all of their workers I drove all the way to Corvallis because one of their employees wanted to purchase an item I had and I told them I could bring it to them they said okay thatd be cool but whats a Carter I sat there for 2 hours then they finally message me and say theyre not there as theyre pulling into the driveway so I went out of my way wasted my time and money when I was only selling the item because I was supposed to be getting my daughter and I wanted to have a few extra dollars so I might be able to take her to ice cream or something

The only mechanics I go to now. There are others, but this crew is knowledgeable, efficient, fast, affordable, with great customer service. Cant ask for anything better. Definitely a 5 star in my book. Thanks Chris and the crew.

Chris is Awesome! I brought him a weird welding project at lunchtime on a Friday, and he stayed late and got it done by 6pm! Very reasonable prices and his welding/fabrication work is top notch!

I highly recommend this business. We were on a job site and our work vehicle had a problem. Even though we don’t live in the area and are not regular customers Trusty helped us find a tow and squeezed us in to the schedule. They repaired our vehicle and were finished before the day was done. Their price was reasonable and our van is running great!Thanks to everyone at Trusty’s!!!! You really saved our bacon!

I had my 2000 Audi A4 in to get my A/C compressor fixed a little over a year ago. I was working next door at the time and figured it would be convenient to drop my car off next door to get the work done. It took about a day and I was told the car was good to go. I go over and pay the $200+ bill. I was told they were going to pull my car around which should have been maybe a hand full of minutes. It took longer than that and then I was told the car wasnt starting. I was told it was the starter, so I told them to do it because I needed my car.They installed the new starter and I talk to them again and they tell me that the car is still not starting, and by this time theyve taken off the new starter and put my old one back on. They later tell me that one of the pistons has a dent in it from the valve hitting it and bending. There is no way the valve on the head would have hit a piston if the timing was correct(due to the variable timing the car has), which when I brought it to them, it was correct.I suspect there was an accident or something else involved and no confession was given.Needless to say, I didnt get that fixed because it wasnt worth the $3,000 bill I was quoted to get it done when the value of that care was roughly the same.I would not trust bringing my car here again, nor would I recommend my worst enemy to bring their car here for repairs.

Sons car broke down in Portland, told by two mechanics it would be a thousand dollar or more repair; towed it back home and took it to Trusty Auto because they had done a great job on my car; $400 and both mechanics in Portland had misdiagnosed the problem. Chris is awesome, he is an amazing diagnostician and the prices are reasonable.

Came to Trusty on a recommendation from a friend 6 years ago, never looked back. Never had anything but a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality work, and, most important when looking for a good mechanic, honesty. Chris can estimate just about anything you need done with incredible accuracy and will tell you honestly if it’s worth doing. Just wish they worked on motorcycles too!

I will not take my car to any other mechanic. Everyone is friendly, quick to diagnose, and repairs are also fast. Chris is also super honest and has very fair prices. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop to take your car to, and do a great job, I’d definitely say this is it.

Trusty Auto Repair went above and beyond my expectations on my most recent visit. I was very well taken care of, and they fixed my issue at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. Ive taken my car to Trusty for the last 4 years. Hes always able to fix it quickly and for a fair price. I even take my beast there for oil changes. :) I like them so much and told my boss.. now theyre now my companys go to shop for repairs on their vehicles and bus.

Super helpful and reasonable prices

Great staff. Christ is very helpful for a new bee like me. I found his store accidently in google and he took care of the ciggaret lighter in less than 20 mins without any charge. Everything works perfect now for my mini cooper. I strongly recommend this store.
