Their service department is okay. They put somebody elses tires on my car and I didnt notice till they called me a couple hours later to come back and have the tires switched out. They gave me a ride home after coming back to get the tires switched, which was nice. The service writers were helpful and got right to the point, that was also nice. The biggest gripe I have is that a few of the sales people were not wearing masks, and one guy was loudly bragging for two hours in his office (which is right next to the customer waiting area) about getting kicked out of the high school football game for yelling at a ref who told him to wear a mask. We need to take COVID seriously and I am glad I did not contract the disease from them.
I recommend the University Honda service department. They always do a great job, all of the staff are really nice, and I appreciate the follow up phone call I get the day following my service appointment. They take great care of my vehicle!
We searched online and found a great, low miles used Ford Fusion at University Honda in Corvallis.Internet sales manager Michael Anthony answered our emails instantly and we test drove it the next day. Made a great deal on the spot and got a great car.Mr Anthony was very helpful and the process went quickly. It was a great experience from start to finish. We wouldnt hesitate to shop there again.
Purchased a Honda Civic here in October 2018 after bringing my previous Honda in for a battery concern. I was so impressed with their friendliness and honesty that I chose them when looking to get something newer. The team that I worked with were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure. I had exchanged several emails before actually coming into the dealership hammering out some details and boundaries for my own peace of mind. They were more than accommodating and did not seem put out with this. When it came time to talk final numbers, they were honest and kept to the budget I had expressed. After the deal was done and final details were being discussed, the options were clearly explained, and again, no pressure.Added bonuses of purchasing here are the two top-of-the-line car details that come with, a complimentary oil change first time around, and discounted service for the life of the vehicle.Very pleased with my experience - both in sales and in service - and Im sure you will be too.
Bought a new Honda Civic Hatchback from University Honda, and wow! what fabulous service! No-pressure sales approach from attentive, patient, and knowledgeable sales rep Michael Anthony. He provided several options on the deal that were all clearly spelled out and let me make my own decision. Shout out to Jason Burcina who wrote up the deal and patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Im ecstatic with my new Honda and walked away feeling like I got a great deal. LOVE the car! Stellar follow-up and service after the sale, too. Like seriously, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
Excellent place to buy a car!
As always, University Honda has provided excellent service to us. Weve been a customer for the last 28 years and are thoroughly satisfied. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Jeff Scoville was very helpful. He was respectful by not being a pushy person. I will recommend others to them for purchasing their next vehicle.
Ive had them do the 60,000 mile service on my 2000 Accord EX as well as front and rear brakes. Quality dealership work and the prices are good. Oil changes here cost less than Jiffy Lube and they wont strip your oil plug. Also they did an ancient airbag recall and correctly diagnosed a low battery making a light appear on the dash for an easy repair. They didnt recommend any unnecessary repairs. I had little things going on I wanted to do - brake light switch and fuel pump relay. They didnt bother me about that zero pressure.
Have been owner of Honda vehicles for years. They take good care of me
I just want to give a shout out to UHonda. I can’t believe that I am writing a glowing review for a car dealership but EVERY time I have interacted with this business they have provided wonderful customer service. I bought a new/used Jeep as wells as an extended warranty from them a few years ago and that was a nice transaction as far as car sales experiences go. The lady who sold me my car wasn’t pushy and trying to sell me extras. The same for the finance personnel. Recently my Jeep needed transmission work and the warranty corporation wasn’t going to honor the extended warranty. I called Jason in Finance Dept and asked about this warranty and the man WENT TO BAT for me! He hassled with the warranty company and ultimately they covered this expensive ‘service 4WD’ due to a failed PTU on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Thanks University Honda, you will have a repeat customer out of me!!
Friendly staff, but overpriced tire repair. I brought my Honda CRV in with a slow leak in one tire caused by a staple and the patch for it was over $40. Normal patches usually run no more than $20. I even went back in and double checked that the bill was correct. I will not have any future services here as I feel they charge unethical prices.
Great experience, they are very professional
Ahh, these guys are way cooler than your average cool to semi cool person. Bought some BA tires from Jace.
Overall, a good experience
Excellent customer service. Excellent care. The tow truck ruined my hood when he dropped my car off and luckily Honda saw it happen and caught them. The tow company had to pay for a new hood. They are very nice and accommodating. Friendly and wants their customers to be happy and satisfied. Thx University Honda!!!!!!!
Friendly, fast, caring...great place, great people.
The Honda location for Corvallis, Ive been pretty happy with this location. Overall costs seem competitive, they are always friendly and helpful. I did appreciate the car buying process here because the sales people were not on commission, so it felt low pressure to me. Overall I appreciate the service, the cost, and the people!
I bought a used car at University Honda a little over two and a half years ago. Im still thrilled with it. Sales dept. is wonderful, but service? Even better!Despite the fact that my warranty had just run out, they really stepped up - went to bat for me and took on most of the cost of an expensive repair. They even made sure I had a car to get back and forth to work.Emily stayed in touch with me, explained everything, and in all ways, took excellent care of us. Matt is a gem as well. The day I bought it, the owner caught me as I was leaving, and told me he I had found a great car. Lucky me, I also found a great company to buy it from. Thank you all!
Friendly staff, convenient location.
Michael Anthony, my salesman, was fantastic in getting into a new vehicle. He listened to my wishes and made it happen. Great to work with him at University Honda.
I called on July 24th to make an offer on a 2010 vehicle. I was very impressed with the customer service at that point. Salesperson was very nice, took down my information (I was preapproved through my local credit union and had $3000 down). He said the sales manager was out but would return the following day, and that he would go over the offer with him and call me tomorrow (saturday, july 25th). He said if numbers could be agreed on, I would potentially be able to pick up that monday since they are closed on sundays. I never got a call. Very disappointed that I never received a call, even if it was to say the offer was rejected. I would have appreciated that much more so I wasnt left wondering if and when they were going to call after the day given. Customer service should be everything to a company, in which they started off strong, but ended up failing miserably in my opinion. I would not recommend this company.
They were very helpful and helped us explore may options after our lease. In the end we bought out our lease but they made the transition extremely easy with no pressure at all. Friendly and helpful staff and even washed our car before we left! They won us over as customers and if Im ever in the market for another car I will only do business with them.
These guys tried to con us. We took my wifes CRV in for an airbag recall. While it was in we figured it would be a good time to have a couple things checked out; door lock cylinder is worn out, driver door 4 way window switch is inop for a single window in a single direction, and the blower motor is intermittently inop. Was told that all of those require a diagnostic. Since when does me requesting that a doorlock cylinder need to be replaced require a diagnostic? I requested the door to be rekeyed and they want to charge me a diagnostic. Window switch uses common ground and power with the switch on the rear door and works in one direction; and tech worth their salt knows thats the switch instantly (Im a certified GM tech). Heres the icing on the cake though. They insisted that to diagnose the blower motor concern that they needed to evacuate and recharge the refrigerant in the AC as a starting point for $300 some odd dollars. Totally absurd, when the motor is working the AC works just fine. The AC doesnt control the blower motor. The blower motor has to work when the AC is off too! This service writer just tried to con us out of a bunch of diagnostic time that wasnt actually going to be performed so that his commission was higher. These are the worst kinds of service writers and I have been unfortunate enough to have worked in shops with people like this, its disgusting. Screw this place, not even going to give them the business of any future recalls.
I get my oil changes here, and have gotten a few things replaced on my car as well. They are very fairly priced, and always nice and helpful. At the end of my oil changes, they always give me some recommendations on things I may need to replace soon, with quotes. My favorite part is that they never push me to spend more money right then and there, and would even recommend me to another mechanic is the price is lower.
I recently bought an awesome Honda Fit from here. So far Ive been very happy with everyone I interacted with, and would certainly recommend you drop by the lot if youre interested in buying. I shopped around a lot before buying, and I have to say, Jay was a pleasure to work with. Wish I could say that about all the salesmen I interacted with that day!
Everyone who works here is amazing & super helpful! Ive been going here since my car started needing service & they are great with customer service. Shane is amazing and has helped me figured things out even after I moved 3500 miles away. 100% recommend them!
I recently bought a 01 Honda S2000. I drove up from Eugene cause I was tired of all the terrible dealerships there. The car is great! The whole experience was excellent! The sales staff was amazing! (Thanks Kytta! ;) ) And Jason the Finance guy was great! He got me in and out quickly! Best dealership experience Ive ever had and Ive bought a lot cars!
We just bought a 2013 Odyssey from University Honda in Corvallis and couldnt be more pleased. Sales manager Kirk helped us. Kirk is an honest, patient, non-pushy, and knowledgeable guy with a great sense of humor. There was never any pressure to make a decision on the spot. We did our shopping around and, during the whole process, Kirk was always available by phone, text, and email to answer all of our questions. If he was busy when we called, he always got right back to us. We enjoyed working with him and it is because of him that we decided to buy from University Honda. I should mention that everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly - you get greeted by everyone with a smile - so kudos to the whole team! Awesome car, great deal, excellent experience, stellar customer service. I highly recommend Kirk and this dealership.
My wife and I bought a sparkling blue Honda Fit from University Honda. The venue was a sales event at the fairgrounds, and our salesman was Kyle. He did a great job, letting us have time to find the vehicle we liked while staying available and answering our questions. No sales pressure, but always helpful. Thanks to Kyle and to Ron, the dealer, we had a no-stress car purchase experience. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. Check out the old Honda cars and motorcycles in the showroom!
We love our new HR-V. This has been the best car buying experience ever. The University Honda team made it fast and easy. Thank you so much!
They were so accommodating and friendly. Stopped in to buy windshield wipers and they filled my windshield fluid for free and saved me money by just replacing the inserts. They are always like this. I wont go any where else but University Honda.
Im always happy with my leasing experience at University Honda. They can help make a tough decision and big commitment easier. Michael Anthony, Kirk and Ginger Thies, Jason Burcina are all totally pro and enjoyable to work with. This is my third lease in 8 years and I hope to keep going back.
I bought my car here and take it to be serviced here as well. I have always received such outstanding service. Everyone is so kind and friendly, I definitely recommend coming here if you are interested in a new or used car. Even if you want your car serviced they do an excellent job! They are such an amazing bunch of people im sure you will agree.
Great people to deal with
I did not buy my used Honda CRV from them but I brought it in for an oil change about six months after I purchased. The service counter was friendly and it didnt take too long. Months later my husband and I went to Oil Can Henrys to have the oil changed because I had a coupon. We barely got it pulled in when they told us that the last place that did our oil change (Univ Honda) had threaded the oil pan incorrectly and that they wouldnt touch it because our threads were stripped from it. So we took it back to Honda who told us they would try and put a different bolt on it but that now it was leaking and it would $700 to fix it. Mind you, they broke it. Three years go by because my husband and I are full time students and we had nursed it along and finally Honda (the only ones who will now change our oil) tells us that we must get the oil pan replaced because the bolt isnt holding anymore. The other option is to change the oil and then plug it which means it cannot be changed again without changing the oil pan.So we decide to get a second opinion and today a mechanic fixed our car with a $6.50 part and charged us $42 with an oil change. Needless to say we will never bring it back to University Honda Service and my story is not the only story I have heard from others. My father is was a trustworthy mechanic and I am just appalled by all of this. From breaking our car, to not taking responsibility for it, to not looking at other options when we begged them because we were college students...never ever ever again. In Response To Honda Below:We bought our car December 31, 2015 so we did not bring it that month. And we have definitely been there more than twice. The first time we brought it in and we left without anyone saying anything to us about the oil pan. It was only when we went to another place the second time that we were told they wouldnt touch it because the plug was not in correctly and the threads were stripped. We then told you what happened and no even offered us a discount. Yes our car has a lot of mileage but it has great records. The new place that fixed it did so for $42 when you never gave us that option. You only gave us the option of $700 or a plug that would require our next oil change to be a $700 repair. This new place took my husband under the car and showed him that our car is great shape. I am the daughter of a mechanic and from a family of people who fix cars. I am handy myself with cars but never had a Honda before, plus I dont have the space to fix it or I would have been under that car a long time ago.
I like this place.I purchased my first Honda here . I tried to buy my second Honda here, but they had nothing that I wanted. They tried really hard though. The Parts & Service department is superb. The people are all friendly and helpful. Its clean as a whistle. Its just a great place.
Great place to work and get work done !Great people, great techs and awesome customer service writers !
I bought my first new car here, and everyone helping me was amazing! They did everything they could to make my experience, stress-free, easy, and a good deal. They also got the car I wanted in the color I wanted in less than a week! And it was on Christmas Eve. Thanks to everyone at university Honda!
Good selection. Staff is nice but somewhat kind of old school back and forth on negotiating prices. Not bad. If they have the car Im looking for, I would go for it.
Over the years, this place has consistently delivered great sales support and excellent service, both in value for the money and quality of the service work. They consistently go above and way beyond standard customer support. Ive been to many Honda dealers in Oregon, Colorado and California, and University Honda is still the best of them all. I would drive from anywhere in Oregon to purchase or get service from these folks.
The service here was impressive. The saleswoman I spoke with, Tami, was new to the lot but very informative and pleasant to work with. They had a solid inventory selection and very fair used model prices, as well. I would recommend University Honda to anyone in the Linn-Benton area who is looking for a comfortable, no-pressure purchasing experience.
I was looking to buy my first car, post-college, and I was so thankful to get to work with Lilly at University Honda. She was incredible - easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and helpful. She never tried to force anything on me. She simply wanted to help me find the car that best fit my needs and my budget. Thanks, Lilly!
The service department at University Honda provides a truly exemplary level of customer care. The staff are always friendly and always treat me with respect; they are willing to patiently answer any questions I may have. They go out of their way to help me resolve my car difficulties--far beyond what their jobs require (Im thinking particularly of their assistance when my car battery died last week--they helped me get to the dealership and checked the battery for me all at no charge). I have never once gotten the sense--as I have from other mechanics and dealerships in the past--that I am being taken advantage of or being told that my car needs work it does not need. They embody a rare level of integrity that is crucial to have in this kind of business.
Loved going into University Honda today. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, in addition to being able to answer almost any question I have. Pricing is fair and to the point. Ive had numerous friends buy from University Honda, and I even spent time negotiating during one of their purchases and all have always been impressed.
Every single person I encountered at this dealership was so helpful. The owner went above and beyond my expectations to help me out, and I will always be grateful. The entire staff is excellent, especially Tammy, who went out of her way several times for me. As long as I live anywhere near Corvallis, this the only dealership I want to deal with. You wont get better service anywhere else.
I was greeted by a capable and friendly salesman. I told him of our needs regarding reliable transportation. We live in assisted living facility and are on SSB We are pretty strapped but have some re-budgeting to make a target allowance to get a vehicle. Jeff S worked with his associates and got to a good outcome for both of us. We love our new-to-us vehicle and it opens up possibilities for us to get to Dr. Appt. Visit families and get out more. Thank You all!
Bought my 2014 Honda Civic through University Honda, loved the service so I had them do new tires on my truck. When Emily called me to tell me the truck was done, I was a mess. I was at the vet and found out that the 5 week old puppy I was raising needed emergency surgery. Emily heard the distress in my voice and asked what was wrong. I gave her some of the details and she told me to take my time, and that I could pick up the truck tomorrow if I needed. When I finally did pick up my truck, my truck was washed, waxed, and a new dog toy was on my steering wheel. It was such an amazing feeling and it demonstrated such compassion where I did not expect it. I will be a life long University Honda customer. I have never seen a company employee act so human. Thank you, Emily.
They close at 7pm... three of them stayed to close a deal with us until 10pm. Worth the drive from Portland at rush hour von a Thursday...
University Hondas service department is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to make sure I am a happy customer.
Purchasing a new vehicle from University Honda is truly a painless process. My currently purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord was one of the easiest interactions at car dealership I have ever experienced. It was great to work with Lilly Higgins and JeanPaul Stevens.
As a first time car buyer we had a positive experience at University Honda. Lilly Higgins was very helpful during the whole process and helped us find the perfect car for our growing family. She made sure our needs were being met whithin our budget. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Lilly.
My wife and found a great used car. Lilly our sales rep was very professional as well as relaxed and up front. Made the whole experience stress free, relaxing and fun.
Lilly Higgins is so helpful! Car buying can be a headache, but people like Lilly make the buying experience relaxing, honest, and exciting! I have sent friends and family to her and I will continue to recommend her to anyone shopping for a new car!
Lilly, the sales rep who I worked with, was amazing. Fast, helpful customer service and she was very knowledgeable. Even though I didnt end up getting a car this time, I will definitely be going back to University Honda when I do.
I did not buy my van here, I drove to salem to avoid the Honda dealer in Eugene. When I needed a warranty repair, Honda America suggested University Honda. I have only great things to say about them! Emily M. has been so helpful, kind, and has been in excellent comminication with me. She set up all of the repair work in Springfield, secured a rental, and kept me up to date continually. I hope it doesnt happen for a long time, but the next time I am shopping for a vehicle, Im going here first!
Super nice! My oil change took a little longer because there was a power outage, but they washed my car and left a mint on the dash. Really brightened my day!
Very helpful people, and very honest, especially the girl. Good atmosphere. I do not feel pressed at all, even when I dont lile what they have to say
Customer service was fantastic! I put one start because they never really fixed my car. I noticed my car ( 2007 Honda Hybrid) was doing something funny and the engine light was on. I take it to them. They said they fix it. Nope! Take it to them again and it turns out one of my ignition coils is burnt out.WHY wasnt this found the first time? So I have them install the new one. Not even a week later and the car dies on my way to work.I honestly feel like I was being taken advantage of because I brought my car twice for the same problem. Then when I finally get my car, it breaks down. I dont have the money to be constantly bringing it back to them. Also when I got my car back and it had grease on the steering wheel, on the seat, and on the inside door handle. Ive had this car for less then two months, and they managed to make my inside door handle grey and black.I thought this would be a good place to take my car because its the DEALERSHIP. They proved me wrong.
Had some problems with my Subaru Outback and it ended up being head gaskets. Got a quote from the Subaru of Corvallis and I got to say they where pricey at that point I waited and then I found out that University Honda had a certified Subaru Master tech there. So long story short I ended up having them replaced the head gasket and even the timing belt and water pump for price that was way better then Subaru of Corvallis. Super happy and will be coming back to have the Subaru serviced.
Great place to get service done on any vehicles! Oh and checkout Lilly Higgins if you want a great sales experience! Jim is a great salesman as well!
Lilly did an amazing job listening to what I could afford and did everything she could even on her day off she was helping me. You want a friendly and caring person ask for she was very carrying! ;)
Ask for Jeff Scoville, He was an awesome guy to work with. He brought the car to me so I could test drive it with my kids(I lived about 6 miles from the lot so not too far). Jeff and I negotiated a fair deal and I got an amazing quality car for a very fair price. I appreciated working with the whole team, Jeff Scofield the Sales Manager was great aswell. Thank you!Update 09/17/19 - follow up on agreed repair no big deal. first I hate waiting but I was told ahead of time to be prepared for 4 hours. Even being prepared you know we all still hate it and tap our feet about. Turns out the replacement windshield was the incorrect model for the car. First I was immediately told here is a loaner vehicle so as to avoid inconvenience. they are rushing in a replacement so I can expect to pick my car up in as many as 2 days. They said next day but were smart enough to even leave room for another opps moment I appreciate how thorough they are not to over promise. To say the least tow tapping Tony at the final hour was ready to leave and I appreciated that the staff took care of me and my car. Jeff Scoville thank you again for your service. Jason you dealt with tow tapping Tony in the 4th hour I appreciate your help with the sweat loaner vehicle. I would also point out I was offered a ride home twice early on and an hour into waiting(I felt obligated to wait for my car its my baby). I truly feel like the effort the entire staff puts in to customer service is amazing. Used car shopping sucks its literally the worst thing too do. Thanks so much for making my experience 5 stars and red carpets. -------- Side note I have put 1k miles on my car already due to a business trip and I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!
This is round two of buying a car from university. I must admit buying a new car is right up their with going to the dentist. Lilly did a great job and was extremely helpful in buying this pilot. When I finally finished I felt confident that I was treated fairly.
Would have given 0 stars, but the oil change was done pretty fast for a Friday afternoon. Service advisors and management need to get on the same page here though. Our lease agreement includes free oil changes, but they tried to charge me. I went through this with them last time, and they had to issue me a refund. The service advisor said I should have told them about my agreement. No, your computer should have a note, especially since this was an issue before. Will be looking for another dealership for service, even if its a further drive.
Ive purchased 3 cars from University Honda. For my latest purchase Lilly Higgins was my salesperson and she made the car buying experience very easy and pleasant. She is great with communication and easy to work with.
Brought my 98 Ford expedition in. And had a great exp. Very nice people. Will recommend to friends and family. Jason caudill was very helpful.
Service was fast, efficient and personal. Ill be using these folks again.
My boyfriend and I bought 2 cars this week from University Honda. Weve been to many dealerships looking and hands down had the best experience here. Tami is the most friendly car sales woman out there. Made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming and friendly. Made something I dred a great experience! We will be back to University Honda for out next car purchase!
University Honda has amazing customer service. There constantly there to ask you question or help you find exactly what your looking for. Jason Caudill is an amazing person and does a great job working on cars. So the next time I need my vehicle worked on Ill be coming here and asking for him.
Not pleased with neither service, nor sales department.Service sold us (unnecessarily) a new battery just so they could test the car (the used battery was working properly enough to start the car and test it. I am sure they could have use any other battery or just charge the one we had in the car.We were looking to buy a car and were not fully sold with any brand, so were open to buy a new Honda. However, the sales guy made the exclusion of Honda easy. While looking at their cars in the parking lot, he barely approached to us, provide any information, or made us feel welcome, au contrary. So we left and got a Subaru instead.
Am editing my review from 5 stars to 1, because of my experience there yesterday. My husband and I were planning to purchase a new CR-V and during discussion with one of the salespeople about a roof rack option, one of the other salesmen who was in the showroom came over to help answer a question, and during the course of that conversation made *three* separate RACIST comments about Japanese people! We got up and left immediately and told them exactly what killed the sale. Later my husband went back to speak to the GM, and the GM kind of tried to gloss over it, said that the salesman in question just likes to joke around, and that they are a family business and that doesnt reflect their core values. My husband and I have been customers for a total of 12 years (since 2007), but unless University Honda agrees to send this salesperson to a cultural sensitivity training, they wont see our business again, in either of their divisions. Imagine the gall of this man, to make racist comments about Japanese people when selling Japanese-designed vehicles! To be fair: we have NEVER had a problem with their service department, but if theyre willing to be apologists for employees with racist views and unprofessional behavior, we wont be doing business with them again.
When my car was flashing various warnings at me they were able to get me in immediately without an appointment, shuttle me to work while they diagnosed the problem, fix the problem and then come pick me up when my car was repaired and washed. Their shuttle driver, Jim, is the nicest. And their service department is also nice. There isnt an Acura dealership in Corvallis so these are the people I trust to service my car.
I brought my 2003 civic to have a key made and programmed to my car. I didnt have an appointment or call ahead, but Luis and Jace gave me a cup of coffee and took my car straight back and had it done very quick. Very easy visit. I will come in again. My son Jason got me to start coming here instead of part stores because of the service and quality parts. I wont go anywhere else now.
Family owned and operated dealership that emphasizes on excellent customer service.
Ive only had experience with the service department, they are polite and knowledgeable. The last two times Ive been in, my car was ready sooner than promised. Nice little waiting area with tv, free WiFi, and a quiet space. When I was in recently I remember thinking, this is a fun place to hang out because the staff has fun and and treats everyone with respect.
I was told by another dealer that I had to buy a $1,000 part to fix my vehicle. I talked with Jac at University Honda, and he did some research to reveal that the repair could be completed with a $14 part. Incredible! Thank you so much!
Although my service only took just over an hour, they washed my car before returning it to me. The service desk people were very happy and extremely nice!
Very friendly salesperson, but quoted me $289/month lease with $2000 down over the phone, and after I drove an hour, the quote became nearly $500/month for the same deal. Not transparent and wasted hours of time.
Good prices. Fast and friendly service. Took care of my recall.
I only experienced the service department - and they were helpful and friendly. I just needed some touch-up paint but left with a good movie recommendation and a few tips on how to apply the touch-up paint.
They are knowledgeable, and so very accommodating...I will trust my Honda crv to get reliable service. Thanks guys.
Excellent service this is the third car weve purchased from Universal Honda..everyone was very helpful and I would like to thank all them for their kindness and professionalism... Will see you in again about 3 years
Fantastic! as always and a shine too.
Excellent. They honored an oil change coupon from another dealer while I was in town and were very nice about doing so.
Good people to do business with. Staff is Friendly and service prices are middle of the road.
Had a great time. I was treated great and I thank you
When I pulled into University Honda, I was just going to look at what they had to offer in used cars. Then, Cory came out to say Hello and help me. He was incredibly friendly and had a no pressure style. Well, after test driving 2 used cars and 1 new car, I purchased a beautiful new Civic LX Sedan which I am extremely proud of. Cory and all of the staff at UHonda made me feel right at home (they even offered me a banana split). The price was right for my teacher budget and the service has been phenomenal.
LIlly has been a tremendous help. I love working with her. Thanks Lilly!
Great customer service, been going here for years and will continue to do so!
Ive been going to university Honda for two years now. For over a year I had problems with two of my tires and every time they were able to take a look at my car and fix it.Even if theyre extremely busy and I dont have an appointment they fit me in. Recently my battery kept dying. I got stranded and the owner himself came after hours and started my car. Today Emily and the service department employees stayed over an hour and half past their closing time just to try and figure out what was wrong with my car- which they finally did. Every one there is just so friendly and caring. They all go above and beyond out of their way to take care of their customers. University Honda by far the best staff Ive had the pleasure of working with.
Friendly and reasonably priced
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The parts counter guys will bend over backwards to help you any way they can
They were great in helping me with my oil change but when I needed detailing, they gave me my car back with it still damp. I know what their hours are and I gave them my car late due to work but they didnt give me any details as to what to expect when getting my car same day. I also wasnt informed when making the appointment to drop it off at 8am. I scheduled my appt for 12p. No one called me to confirm the drop off time. They hadnt told me that I could leave it overnight, if possible, to let it dry. Wish they couldve done a better job informing me and letting me know what to expect rather than just giving me a damp car after being detailed for mold in my trunk.
Amazing experience had my car serviced here for years. great staff and very friendly always have had Jim service and repair my car great technician.
Prices are better than the Toyota dealership (in Salem) for maintenance. Nice people and they have a free shuddle service!
Bought a 2000 Integra from Lilly Higgins at university Honda. She was friendly and didnt put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend this family dealership to anyone.
Been going there for years but no more. They damaged my car and refused to do anything thing about it. Even talking to Ron I got no results.----Respectfully, I disagree with your conclusion. I did inspect your Honda last week with my managers, Eric and Jace. I spoke with our technician, and I am certain we did not damage your Honda. We buffed the trunk at your request, but the deck lid and spoiler looked fine to me and very consistent with an 11 year old Honda.SincerelyRon Theis---I guess if your car is old they couldnt care less. It is sad to find out a place you once trusted is so dishonest....
Great dealership, super friendly and helpful staff
Got a good deal on a Civic hatchback.
