I dropped my f150 off on Saturday the 13th of Aug for a appointment to get my oil pan replaced under warranty starting on Aug. the 16th. there was a cold start rattle and they found a valve cover leaking. I picked up my rental car paid for the 14th & 15th, called to get the status on the 18th only thing done was a update for the cold start rattle in witch that didnt help it. asked about the other items and was told that they are trying to fit it in. I called back on the 23rd still nothing was told that the warranty company would cover only 5 working days of the rental.I finally called on the 27th in the afternoon found out that it was done in the am. What I guess that I am saying is a. my F150 was there for nearly 2 weeks for a job that takes 12 hours labor and a update that took lets say 4 hours to be nice that STILL didnt fix it, plus had to pay for a rental. my recommendation is that NEVER to use this dealership again.
Mike; the body shop manager was excellent at helping get my damaged car up and running again. He saw my need in getting my car back quickly due to a disabled child with a wheelchair, and fit my car in as soon as he saw a potential break in his full schedule. He took care of all paperwork, called when needed to update, and had the car back on date promised. The car looks better than it did before the wreck, and I am very pleased. The whole process was easy. I appreciate Mike and the crew and will recommend and use again if needed.

June 29th 2021This was a very frustrating day for my family and I. They had a 2007 blue and silver crew cab F-250 for sale. We put a deposit down and made the trip up from the Oregon/California border. While on the test drive, the clutch pedal would stick to the floor during operation. The second time this happened, I took a video of it happening and shared the evidence with the salesman. Unconcerned with the safety of the situation or even looking into the issue, they offered me $500 off the price of the vehicle and wouldnt even consider fixing the issue because the market is too hot and someone else would buy it in its current faulty operation state. Its concerning that they would be okay with someone buying this and driving it as-is. Work for your customers and stand behind your products.

This was my first and most likely will be my best car buying experience. Mike was an amazing associate to work with. I live 2 1/2 hours from their location and when my car broke down on the way to them. Mike arranged to have the car delivered to me no charge. Several weeks ago, if not more than a month plus, I made a service appointment for my F250 general maintenance. Before the appointment my front camera became unviewable so I contacted the parts and service departments to sechdule and be sure the part was available and that the replacement could be done at the service appointment. Both departments acknowledged that it could be done.At the service appointment, which required leaving my truck all day, I was notified that you had no record reguarding the camera replacement so I had to make another appointment weeks down the road to replace it. At this appointment, which required me to leave the truck all day, I was notified that afternoon that you could not get the camera replaced due to maintenance backup and if I would drop it off the first thing in the morning you would have it by noon, which came and went. I finealy contacted you in the late afternoon and was informed it was ready and I owed over $600.00 and not even a truck wash thank you!!!This morning when I was checking under the F250 hood to be sure everything looked good for an upcomming trip I found two of your tools in the engine compartment??? If these things would have fallen into the fan blades or drive belt or who knows where, what would have happened with my family on the road!!! If you want your tools back you can pick them up but make an appointment.

Made appt. for new tires. A few lengthy phone calls were involved as we live 1 hour away.Received confirmation twice that tires had been ordered and of our appt. date. Showed up on time, was informed it would be a couple of hours and took a seat in waiting room.1 hour later, was informed that the tires had not been ordered. A lot of work and time on our part with nothing to show for it. Disappointing.

Simply put, the dealership at Wilson Motors in Corvallis Oregon is superb and their service department and Jeff H. are the best. I’m 65 and I’ve owned several new vehicles. I’ve used several dealerships service departments from California to Oregon and none compare to Wilson Motors in Corvallis Oregon. Jeff H is extremely helpful and honest. If Jeff doesn’t have an answer, he’ll tell he doesn’t know, but will do some research and call me back. Jeff calls every time, sometimes it’s a few hours later or a day or two. And usually it’s with an answer. Jeff is a man of his word and a great example of true customer service. Jeff Hellman is the bestJune 1, 2021One recall my 2013 Ram 3500 had involved the drag link having to be welded. This caused an issue with complete re-alignment. I am going on a 3 week vacation this summer, so I called Jeff Heilman at Wilson Motors Service Department. I told him my Ram needed the front end aligned and asked if this could be done in light of the welded drag link. Jeff said there is a replacement part for my Ram and he would check for a replacement part and call me back. A week or two later Jeff called and said he has a replacement part in his possession. We scheduled a day to replace and align the front end. Jeff reminded me that I had purchased an extended warranty on Ram and this would drag link would fall under warranty. Once again Jeff Hellman and Wilson Motors Service Department took care of me and my vehicle without any hassle. Jeff you rock dude. I totally trust Jeff and Wilson Motors Service Department with my vehicles maintenance and service.

Previously, I had had a really positive experience with Wilson Motors Ford, but this last time was just disappointing. Despite calling mid December, I wasnt able to get in for a routine service appointment until Mid January. Also, despite having an appointment, I was bombarded with an unnecessary amount of questions by the service desk attendants who were less than friendly, only to have them tell me that I popped up right away with my appointment time that I had given at the very beginning. My routine oil change and tire rotation took 3.5 hours and I didnt even get a return-by sticker to update the previous one that had been given to me. Disappointed to say the least.
Super team at this dealership. They go above and beyond to help you. My repair was perfect. Brand new truck took a rock to the radiator and they fixed it, and you can not even tell one bolt was turned. Customer service at the desk from Brian was outstanding. He kept me informed all the way thru the process. A true asset to Wilson Motors in Corvallis Oregon. My sales person also help me get through the process, his name was Mickey, very knowledgeable about all aspects of Ford Dealership operations. I will buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Thanks. I made an appt for new OME tires to be installed. Parts dept confirmed then that the tires were on order and would be available. A service manager called me back to confirm the tires would be there. Flash forward one week.. Im sick, so this morning I pay to have my Expedition driven from the coast to Corvallis for the appt to get the new tires installed. The driver calls me. After sitting there an hour, service dept fessed up and admitted they dont have the tires. Their best solution? Order the tires and make an appt for the install. It doesnt seem to me that they care or that my business is important. Im looking for a place that does because Im not going back to Wilson Motors for anything, ever.

Dropped off truck on Friday morning for oil changed after scheduling an appointment and they didn’t have it finished till Monday at 4pm. Not sure if they have new management or just stopped caring. I will not be taking my truck there for 50k checkup.
Liked that they didnt try to pad the repair bill with unneeded items or services.
Called to make an appointment for my work van and told them I didnt need spark plugs done at 90k. Service person then got snarky and said that its a 2 hour diagnostic fee then when they do fail and itll cost over 200 dollar to diagnose. Not very friendly at all of a response! They did do the oil change and rotation though.
I just called with question about a part that 5 tow companies and 3 other parts dealer new nothing about. A gentleman answered the phone who said he had 48 years in the business. In 1 minute I had the info I needed. Amazing!

I have been taking my car to Wilson Motors for service ever since I moved to Corvallis seven and a half years ago, and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Everyone I have dealt with there has been wonderful. Jeff and Scott have both been there a long time, and they have been my go-to guys from the start. I can always count on them to be completely honest with me about the work that needs to be done and to work with my financial limitations in getting that work done. They have become real friends to me! I get shuttled home and back whenever I leave the car. The shuttle drivers have all been very nice, and I love being able to spend the time getting things done at home rather than having to wait there for the car. The quality of work is very high, but I feel the prices are good compared to many other places. I always feel like I am a valued customer and get individualized service. This is an awesome service department. I’d give them six stars on a scale of one to five if I could!

Firestone tried to tell me that I need an idler arm and ball joint. Wilson did the alignment I asked for and confirmed that neither of those parts were necessary. They also got me a rental at just $25 a day. Friendly, capable staff, and they all go out of their way to help. Great dealership!

No integrity bought car on line Tim salesman misrepresented the condition of the mustang I have good credit but got a high interest rate car had 5 cigarette burns in carpet and 4 in headliner busted tail light already put a down payment as I live 5.5 hours away called Tim about busted tail light he said he would talk to his boss 2 days later i called back, tim said boss said no !prior to buying.i had Tim video the car he skipped by all damage except when I froze video I could see the nickel size hole in brake light .lens full of water. how it passed inspection with there how many point inspection .all I ask for was to be reimbursed 51.00 dollars cost of lens I would install was told I got a good deal

We purchased our C-Max at Wilson and it has only been serviced by them. This trip was to replace the windshield wiper mechanism that had quit functioning. They had to order the part and install it. My only criticism is that the communication from them was spotty.I had to call them rather than the reverse to check on the status. However, the service person I dealt with claims the department phone did not connect with our landline for some reason.
From start to finish the service was great. My appointment was handled in a friendly and professional manner. The service was done on time and at a very reasonable price. I drive quite a distance, past several Ford dealers that could also do the work, but it is worth the drive to get the friendly and professional service that I have come to expect from Wilson Motors. Had a breakdown between Eugene and Corvallis, from Salem. Had towed to Wilson Ford since it was closer, on a Monday, dropped key off for repair on Tuesday morning. Wednesday was a holiday. Was advised that they would run a diagnostic and get back with me. Not ONE call from Service department on Tuesday afternoon or on Thursday. I called Thursday evening and sat on hold for 5-8 min and was told they would let me know in the morning. Friday morning came and I called again and was on hold 10 min this time. Hung up and called a tow truck to have my car towed to Skyline Ford who by the way HAS ALWAYS put the customer first and provided excellent service. Service called and asked me why the tow truck was there and I told them because you have not advised me ONE time about the status of my car. So I spent $200.00 on a rental while my car sat in ONE place the whole week. This was a horrible experience. I would tell anyone and everyone that they are unorganized, slow, and incapable to give good customer service.
The service techs (Jeff & Pablo) are always helpful and willing to take as much time as needed to help me understand issues. They got my car in and serviced In time. I really appreciated that the car had been washed.
I have dealt with a Chrysler, dodge, jeep dealer in Albany and was not treated how I believe I should have been treated for buying a brand new jeep through their company. I was told great things about Wilson, so I took my jeep to them for her 15,000 mile checkup. They are wonderful! Down to earth, and listened to what I had to say.

While I was told you could need the car all day, nevertheless it was ready by mid afternoon. Even though I live in Philomath, I was given a courtesy ride back home early in the morning.The men I dealt with were efficient, friendly, and kind, exhibiting good humor and patience to answer any questions I had.All in all, it couldn’t have been a better experience.

Although the people behind the service counter were very polite, I was disappointed when my scheduled appointment for a simple oil change took more than 2 hours while I was waiting in the lobby. I was told they would wash and vacuum the car but they did not. They did not even remove the paper that was placed on the floor by the service technician. This is not the first time a scheduled appointment for a simple service took so long. If you value your time, this is not the place for prompt service.
Although repairs took several days waiting for parts, Wilson did their best to complete the repairs as quickly as they could. Friendly staff both in service and car rental. Scott, in service stayed with us all through the process keeping us informed. We were very satisfied with Wilson Motors.

The shop is great and is less than half the price of the Toyota garage for LOF plus tire rotation service. Jeff knows just about everything there is to know about Ford vehicles and he, along with the rest of the guys there, is extremely pleasant. The service is just exceptional.
We have had our ups and downs here but at the end the guys at the service desk are always awesome and go above and beyond our needs, they did everything we asked for. I love Wilson motors, I wont go anywhere else. They saved me hundreds of dollars buy taking the time to take a second look at what might of been the problem. I was driving and lost my stirring power. I took it in to them, they were very friendly. they looked at my car gave me a quote on a new stirring collum, then I get a call saying one of there mechanics took a second look at it, he put air in the tires and it worked just fine.

I was VERY pleased with my last appointment at Wilson Motors! I took my Windstar in for a lube and oil change and asked to have it back by 5:00 p.m. Imagine my surprise when they called me at 11:00 A.M. and told me it was finished! That REALLY made my day MUCH easier than it would have been had they not finished the work until 5:00 p.m. THANKS, WILSON MOTORS for your prompt, courteous service!

Bob Torbet always does a great job taking care of us. We got a great deal with a large rebate on our C-Max lease, and my wife loves the hybrid car; its peppy and gets great mileage. Could hardly ask for a smoother experience.
Not my best experience...I asked to have my A/C checked on my 2012 Fusion (only 5000 miles beyond warranty). I paid $250 diagnosis fee (well apply it to the cost of repairs) - yep, shop rate of $125/hour and time to troubleshoot a problems that involved a bit more than a simple recharge.For $250 of troubleshooting I got an estimate for about $2300 of work ($900 proprietary compressor, etc) .Two days before I was supposed to pick it up they contacted me to say I would need now to pay an additional $720 to get the A/C working because of something not found during the $250 of prior troubleshooting - a sensor inside the dash somewhere - so, now, the dash needed to be torn apart. On the upside, they said they could still complete the work before I was scheduled to pick up the car and they assured me there would be NO further charges.I was already into it $2300 at this point, so the answer was: yes, please make it work. A $3000 A/C repair is bad enough... but, now, after paying the balance of $3000, as I drove away the A/C was blowing only hot air! Directly back to the shop it went.Of course, kind apologies were offered and the mechanic quickly took it back into the shop to figure out what was still wrong. I waited long enough for them to decide it was one of two parts that would need to be ordered in. Well have it for you early tomorrow I was told.Just before 5pm that next day I got a voicemail that it should be ready early the NEXT day. That next afternoon I got the message it was again ready for me - really working this time. It did seem to be working properly, at last.When I asked whether there was anything Ford might be willing to do to help mitigate the excessive costs, time, and trouble associated with the repair of a car still near its warranty period, (yes, they have ability to do this) I was told Ill talk to my manager to see if there is anything we can do and give you a call tomorrow. Its been a week now and there has been no follow up call.I understand that things break. I apparently had bad luck that my compressor seized a few thousand miles beyond the warranty period, even though the model is highly rated for high reliability. Thanks happen.The funny thing is, as grumpy as I am about an unplanned $3000 A/C repair (on a car that might only be worth twice that) I might not have written any of this if Id gotten a call back indicating they had at least investigated a possibility of Ford doing something to offset some amount of my money, time, & trouble.

We made the mistake of taking our Ford Fusion to Finley Wildlife Refuge. Soon after driving the roads to view wildlife we began to hear ominous sounds emanating from the front left wheel. Sounded terrible. We drove directly to Wilson Ford. Brian Osgood listened to our story and assured us that it was no big problem. 20 minutes later, Brian came in and said that it was all fixed..good as new. Wow. Great service. This was our first visit to Wilson Ford and it wont be our last.

I am from Poulsbo WA. My wife and I were traveling in our 2006 Ford Explorer to Newport OR when outside Corvallis our left rear wheel came off the hub at high speed. Thank god nobody was injured. I had the car towed to Wilson Motors on a Sunday night and left it with a night drop. The next morning I talked to Jeff Hellman, a service manager regarding repair. Over the course of three weeks I returned to Poulsbo in a rental car leaving the Explorer at Wilson to complete repairs.Jeff was of great assistance and went above and beyond to keep me informed and get the job done right. I am greatly satisfied and appreciative for the service I received from Wilson Motors technicians and especially Jeff Hellman. I only wish Wilson Motors was my local dealership. Bill Arsers
Left vehicle in morning and asked to not hold all day if possible. Called back at 3PM and had not completely everything... have to bring it back again! When I got it home found a big scratch in door... luckily I was able to buff it out. Probably should have returned it to them to do but didnt have the time. Service guy worked with at desk was great as was the ones providing transportation. Seems the scheduling of work in the shop needs attention as does care of cars when there.
Thank you Service Department for all the work you did on my Ranger. I know it took time and I appreciated Scott keeping me updated on the progress. Im hoping that this will keep my Ranger running for many years to come. Also thank you for getting me a loaner car while this work was being done.

Though I purchased my vehicle from another dealer out off state it didnt matter and shouldnt.I took my vehicle to Wilson Motors to have some recalls taken care of, recalls that my original dealer couldnt do for one reason or another. Wilson Motors fixed them.There also an oil leak that I was concerned about, what the source was we could not agree on. Jeff Heilman my service adviser and the mechanic both went to a lot offer effort to find the leaks source, which is now fixed.What impressed me most is that Jeff listened to me and didnt discount what I had to say, he also took me into the shop and we both looked under my vehicle to show me the leak, which the source was different than any of us thought.I really appreciate the manner in which Jeff listened and treated me, especially knowing I was from out if state. I visit Corvallis often and if possible Wilson Motors will be my go to place.Thanks JeffMike F.
