A little expensive and they cycle through help regularly (even before COVID) so the odds of getting answers are pretty low. They usually have a decent selection of merchandise though

This location has the friendliest staff and a ton of clearance fabric. Make sure you have plenty of time to weed through it all. Picked up a super cute Christmas panel for less than $5.....among a stack of many others. I spend more money here because the cutting table is always friendly and chatty. That makes a big difference to me. Worth the extra drive.

So expensive and small with alot of unlabeled things, and nobody ever offers to help. Fabric selection is nice but I prefer Hobby Lobby in Albany for my craft needs.

The store was very clean, & organized. One thing than bothered me, were they young girls in the cutting area, couldnt answer questions given to them about sewing notions. So we had to go to the store in Albany.

This store seems to have just what i need. 9 times out of ten.

They allowed an employee to Express her politics. When I shop I dont want to be assaulted by politics.

I really enjoy shopping at Joann fabrics. They have great deals with the coupons and I love the decorations they have seasonally. Its great to get things 75% off. The only thing I dont like about the Corvallis store is that it feels disorganized. The fabric section takes up almost half the store and is a mess. It would be great if they redid it and organized it better. I enjoy the Albany store a bit more because of this. Also, they always only have 1 cashier and the wait time can take quite a bit sometimes.

Love Joann fabrics because they have a lot of beautiful beads for jewelry making and great fabrics for quilting.

I am somewhat new to crafting, & go to Joanns at least once every 2 weeks on average now, & most of the time its a positive experience. I love that I get coupons sent to my phone, but when youre buying several fabrics its not clear which ones the coupon applies to, (& 80% of the time I get an associate who helps me save money, but when they dont it can be a $20-30 mistake); I dont think it should be so complicated. Study your coupons ahead & know what youre doing & dont be afraid to ask the associates for clarification & it will be a great experience.

I had the most blissful time. I could have stayed for hours and spent hundreds of dollars, but I dont have them. There were incredible discounts today. I got everything i need and it cost much less than I thought. Employees are very helpful

I love to see and do crafts and they 99% of the time have exactly what Im looking for.

I live in Albany and go to the Corvallis Joann. Helpful, friendly, nice staff. Never have heard any staff at this store complain, everyone seems happy to be working at the Corvallis Joann. Must be great management there. A marked contrast to the Albany store, which I rarely go into.

Just dont go here unless you have to. The only times Ive been in have been treated with an I dont want to talk to you attitude. Sorry for wanting to know more about your store.

Never had a poor experience here! Doesnt have everything you need for more niche crafts like needle felting, but fabrics, yarns, ribbons, glitters, etc, they have a sizeable selection. Its always clean and well organized, and staff are helpful and polite.

Not ADA accessible. I even used their wheeled chair/cart with my partner pushing me (they do not offer electric carts) and we still couldnt go down every isle. Disappointing. But, they have a fun selection of craft supplies from childrens crafts to amateurs to professional supplies and more fabrics than we could look at in an hour and a half.

I never have any problems at Joanns but I dont understand why you can only get 2 yards of interfacing when you can still get as much fabric as you want.

Was treated quite rudely by the checker because I was unaware they no longer use flyer coupons or phone numbers to get coupons for discounts. Its all digital now...and ironically I received an email from joann while shopping but didnt look at it until after I left the store. No discounts for me. Two stars for rudeness (scoffed at me when I needed a bag, as well)

Their assortment of fabric and craft supplies are great. Sewing machines and other crafting machines are available too. If you are patience and shop their sales you can get some great prices.

I have found Joanns Fabric is the MUST go place when finding what you need. Most times the other stores will have a good selection but I just feel this place has more a a wider variety. Usually they have several staff to help the onslaught of customers that hit their store, but then no one knows when a rush is going to hit. Just know if you catch them off guard and they are busy... Be patient...

This is a great place to get crafting materials and fabric and the RIBBON.. wow.. they have a HUGE selection... just what I needed. Very nice and helpful employees too!

Disclaimer... I dont sew anymore, I dont do crafts, etc. However... I have a fat neck and needed a collar button expander to be able to wear a tie. I would think that this is a pretty obscure item, but they had it in stock! Admittedly, it is only a few days before Christmas, but I subtracted one star because it was so hard to find someone to ask about it. The store was packed, but the only people I could find to ask a question of, was the cashier. Still pretty cool store.

Lots of good crafts and craft ideas. This particular store has a really noisy air vent in the ceiling that makes a metallic rattle. Its unpleasant and always forces me out of the store sooner than I would otherwise leave.

Great deals at times, always make sure to check in cause you never know what deal youll find.

So frustrating to shop here without leaving feeling ripped off due to jacked up prices unless using -60% sale or coupon with -15.00coup ok n w/$75. Purchase. Employees not knlowlegable about sewing or quilting so couldnt be helpful.

They sold me a dull rotary cutter. It was open box so I knew itd possibly faulty, but it would have been nice to get a small discount or something. At least the blade is replaceable; for another $6.

The website is is not supported . I couldn’t get my order to complete yet they charged my bank account 3 times! After 3 days still no response to my email. Got the 800 # from store mgr but was on hold 35 mins yesterday then rep didn’t follow up so I called again today 19mins on hold new rep needed my bank fax no. I m invested 2 1/2 hours with this and haven’t ordered a thing. NONSENSE

Went to help my mom locate a t-shirt pattern and came away with three different types of no pill fleece!This was the first time I ever really noticed a Doorbuster deal at Joanns fabrics and boy was it a real winner. 70 percent off printed and plain no pill fleece!I picked up a pretty yellow color with jungle animals designs for baby blankets. Plus a couple yards each of blue and red prints that had different types of dog designs on them. These will make great crate blankets for my friends dogs.My mom walked out with a pattern and I walked out with about 7 yds of fleece. I was the real winner on this visit and Ill be looking for more Doorbusters in the future!
