I shopped there the day before my anniversary to buy some balloons and have them delivered. The manager and to cashiers youre so patient with me well I was overwhelmed trying to choose. Superb customer service!

I placed a large order for balloons (18) in total. I was supposed to pick up on Saturday but due to the intended icy weather I called on Wednesday and asked to pick up on Thursday instead. They were happy to help me with my request. When I got there 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, Katie was finishing up on my order. Great customer service

I was impressed and not at the same time.Actually more like overwhelmed and underwhelmed. Instead of providing the things the dollar tree does not. It mostly supplies things you can find in other places. Like the dollar tree..The party game selection was undersupplied. Vastly under supplied...They dont supply exclusive decorations or anything of that nature its just a bunch of over priced paper products baloons and candy crammed into a tiny building. I had better luck online printing off and createing my own gams. And doing my supplie shopping at dollar tree. I would havd spent over 100 dollars on a socially distant bd party at party city.But if you have the money to spend i guess by all means

This store is stocked floor to ceiling with fun and unique party items. Lots of colors and styles to choose from. Large selection of all thing party! Favors, bags, boxes, containers, streamers, decorations, balloons, costumes...they have it all! Many items on sale. Reasonably priced.friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very polite. The store didnt have everything I was looking for but they directed me to their website where I found what I needed.

They no longer sell halo products and most of their staff act like their to busy to help. One woman however is their saving grace. So all in all, its not bad.

Friendly staff, good Halloween selection with lots of stuff I was really happy to find

The store has a good selection but they seriously need to sort out there systems and staff training. I have been there 3 times now and every time I have issues trying to pay. first the staff didnt know how to process a payment, then they charged me for the same thing multiple times by mistake. I get told every time my card has declined, by a different staff member each time, and every time, their system has been off line or it is an error on their side. I have given this outlet multiple tries, as i am a fellow business owner in town, but sadly shopping at this party city is anything but a smooth experience. I hope it improves.

Great Halloween selection with hundreds of costumes and props! It was a little hard to find someone to help me find stuff around the store, but everyone was friendly.

Oh my gosh, SUCH a fun store!!! Went here for kids birthday party goods and they had an unbelievable selection and SOOO many amazing balloons to choose from.
