This is THE spot for all things dreads, extensions, and wigs! Also, the shop is extremely cute. The owner was super knowledgeable, fast, and made me feel really welcome. In fact I’m happy to call her my friend now. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the services Cracker Jack offers. There’s also different price points for wigs as well, depends on the type you want to purchase. She has synthetic all the way up to human hair and they’re all beautiful! If I could rate 10 stars I totally would. Thank you!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Iley was great, very quick to respond and direct. I had a good time during my haircut it was casual and friendly and super well priced. Iley spent a lot of time and attention on understanding what I was looking for, what I liked and didn’t like and was also super honest about what was possible! Definitely going to return and glad to have found Crackerjack.

The owner is amazing and super sweet she is passionate about her work and all her clients. I have a last minute haircut though her and she was welling to work with me. She is knowledgeable on her skills and is willing to help anyone. I would definitely be going back because its hard to find someone you can trust.

Owner Iley is literally the biggest angel I’ve ever had help me with a wig selection. Super gentle and polite while trying out wigs. The wigs are also really well priced for their quality being extremely good.5/5 star business especially for customer service.

She is awesome I went to her my second time dyeing my hair and I asked Iley to do whatever she wanted and made a totally awesome look. when I walk around town I get complements and it just feels good to be in a skin that for me personally feels out there and wild. if not already you should do something wild with your hair and definitely ask Iley to do it. my girlfriend is a huge skeptic about businesses and I brought her with me. and now she is working on getting her next appointment set because she has her own plan for her hair. Book an appointment with Iley Is one of the best dressers I have ever known support small business like this one because I want to keep coming back to Iley for my hair. also the picture below is how my hair came out when I asked her to do her own thing.

I did not personally go myself, but my friend came to me about her hair she had gotten done not even a week ago and her hair is all out’ stylist claims it’s “baby hair” but that ain’t possible at the top of your dome, Stylist does NOT KNOW how to properly hid natural hair in with the fake hair, nor is the hair hydrated or controlled with anything, the spacing of the parts were off.Hair was not dipped, and she had client assisting in the braiding of her own hair style she was paying for paid over $400 and spent 11hrs in a chair.Ridiculous, she was taken advantage of.If y’all need your hair booked, there is a affordable shop in Salem OR ...—> Sanders Styles!That Specializes in Braids, all Natural Hair care.On another note. Stylist keeps posting she’s practicing braiding skills she should not be Charging $400 so sad my friend was robbed.

DONT DO IT!!! Run while you can!!!! Box braids for $425, and they came out before a week. The ends were not finished. Took 11 hours and claimed she had baby hairs coming out the middle. My friend was so upset, she even helped her finish the ends. I was upset!!! SHE IS NOT A BRAIDER. IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO WAIST AND A WHOLE DAY GO AHEAD AND VISIT HER.

She did a great job to fix and separate my dreadlocks which were messed up due to a prolonged lack of maintenance…She is awesome!!

My good friend went to this salon (name of this salon is questionable when advertising ethnic hair practices). She was made to believe that her hair was in good hands, with an experienced braider. Unfortunately, the stylist is not an experienced braider she is brand new at this service and is charging $429 for 11 hours of work at $39/hour, while the customer was asked to help the stylist braid her own hair. A customer should never have to assist in the braiding process, especially when you are inexperienced your self. You should never charge over $400 for box braids,ever. The stylist did no dip the ends or seal the ends of the braids in anyway. It’s been 5 days and the braids have fallen almost 3” from the root which means they were not started properly either. Nothing about this is right, not the price, not the length of time it took and not how they look after only 5 days. The service she paid for should last 6-8 weeks. Please make sure you do your research when booking services with this salon. She has only just started and that’s fine but what’s not fine is when you are being practiced on, you should pay for the product used or synthetic hair ONLY. Models pay model prices because they are being practiced on. The extension hair added to the braid was not fed into the braid properly which is causing splitting and fraying. Also, When a customer comes to you with an issue you acknowledge the wrong doing and take responsibility and correct the issue if possible. Telling a customer she’s wrong for not being satisfied with her style that she paid $429 is inappropriate. The customer is right and when you are providing a service at that expense you need to be an experienced braider. If you don’t know anything about braiding please hold your breath when replying to me..

I had a great experience. Shes very friendly. She did a great job cutting mine and my daughters hair. For some reason we can’t seem to get my hair to color purple. But she’s going above and beyond to help with that.She does an amazing job with her wigs. They are so beautiful, with different styles and colors.

Amazing salon/wig shop awesome vibe when you go shes very polite and knowledgeable and is also the only loctician in the area thats affordable she did my dreadlocks yesterday and it was a fantastic experience will definitely be going back and definitely be recommending her to my friends so go check her out I strongly suggest it
