Weve found everything we need to brew hard cider here. The staff is very knowledgeable and has helped answer questions about every step of the brewing process. They have a large variety of yeasts which can help produce different flavors, and the staff was encouraging and helpful when I first tried to use the natural yeast on my apples. We rented an apple press for a great price and finally utilized all of the apples on our tree. If youre new to brewing, Id highly recommend stopping in here. The first time I visited the shop, I just asked questions and checked out pricing and they were a great resource. The brewing process was much easier to understand after that chat and very enticing to try. The cost starting out as a newbie with no equipment was surprisingly low. Highly recommend this shop for their expertise and range of products. Side note - they also have a huge selection of local wines.

These folks are dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable fermentation enthusiasts. I learned everything I know from them and the resources they provided me. My beer kit has already paid for it self twice over. Im finishing my 5th batch now. And I love the way my beer tastes. THANKS!

I needed potassium sorbate and barley malt syrup and they were the only place I found that carried it. Bought a bunch of beer and wine with the help of recommendations from staff for Christmas presents. Super helpful and will be excited to come back and check out their massive high quality variety. Very decently priced as well. Probably the best place to buy craft beer in town.

Needed some supplies quickly as in the middle of making some homemade cider and they had exactly what we needed.

I bought my first brewing kit here five years ago. Great staff, prices, selection, etc. Ive since moved down to Eugene and I cant say the same for the over priced hipster shops around here. I still dive to Corvallis to get supplies because theyre that much better of a shop than anything offered in Eugene, which is pretty sad. Thanks for a great resource Corvallis Brewing Supply!
