I wanted to get 2 house windows replaced so I called and they said they can come out 2 days later which was great. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I called them again and they said they are busy and will get to it. After 3 more phone calls/voicemails they still havent gotten to it. So i wait through the holidays(about 3 months) and no word. I call again in January and he lost my info of the windows. Says he can go out Friday and get measurements. No apology or anything. Another couple weeks go by and I still dont hear anything. Worst communication ever.

Very disappointed to receive special order glass with scratches with the owner ultimately stating some scratches are within his tolerance of okay.Less than professional to pay for a product and being required to make several return trips for their quality issues with suppliers.

We had someone kick through one of glass doors last night downtown, called Smith Glass first thing in the morning and they had someone on site within a couple hours and had it fixed by early afternoon. Price was very reasonable, especially considering they did all the work within hours of my initial call. They were very professional and courteous. Would definitely use again!

Their website says no job too small. But a 14x18 piece of single pane to replace one I broke in my garage door? Sure, come on in, be ready this afternoon, Im told. And it was, with a smile, neatly wrapped in brown paper. $10. If Id had him come out to my house? At least $100. But no guilt trip about doing this on the cheap, in fact he was rather encouraging (I presume this was Mr. Smith, as he was exceptionally courteous and responsive by phone and in person). If I ever have a bigger glass job, Smith Glass is where Im going.
