Michelle, a supervisor at the Corvallis location, is hands down the most unproffesional and rude customer service employee I have ever encountered. After calling to get my vehicle towed 3 miles I was infomed AAA would not because it would cost Michelles company $1000. Every other towing company quoted $250.... I have had the memebership for a few months and have never had this happen. Membership cancelled.

AAA service was excellent. Matt from Charlie Towing came out and started the car at 7pm . Checked the alternator and battery and showed on the displays the battery was bad. He scheduled Michael S. from Charlie Towing for 8am the next morning to replace the battery.Michael S was here at 8 and also checked the alternator and battery as well.He also showed the results on the display and changed out the battery. displaying the battery and alternator results. Explained the warranty and Im a happy camper. Everyone was so courteous and respectful. You all made my day.
Very efficient service
They were very helpful with attaching a hitch for me as well as being a nice source for propane tanks and refills. I think for propane, they are open 7 days a week and their prices seem hard to beat. Very nice people working there.

I didnt have the $ for our yearly renewal at thebtime they wanted to pull it out. I called and the staff was very friendly and understanding. They refunded my money to my account and told me to resign uo whenever I wanted after that. Triple A has saved me many times over the last 4 years, and the experience is always great. Thank you folks for quality service!

I tried to sign up on-line and their computer froze up on the payment process. I had no idea if I was signed up or not. So, I called into the office and got 3 bogus account numbers which I needed to verify my account on line. Im not sure who is running that ship over there, but I am not impressed. A little more accurate information and a lot let chaos please. God forbid I should actually need your service - I wonder what that would be like? Sheesh.

I called to help get my car unlocked because I had lost my keys in Fred Meyer. I had used AAA services to get my car towed home, but was told to leave it locked because unlocking it would set off my alarm. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was not helpful at all and informed me that there was nothing that could be done because the registration of the car was locked inside of the car. Then he offered suggestions that showed how little he listened to my problem, such as using a spare key or trying to find my set of keys. Tim was the opposite of helpful in this situation, and made my experience frustrating and a waste of time.

Disappointing service. Requested maps be mailed to Albany for a lengthy driving trip to the Southwest. Needless to say, they didnt arrive. Office says its the Post Offices fault. Maybe...Breakdown insurance through my auto insurance company looks like a better bet.
I would be a AAA member even if I didnt drive. Great services.
