Hello, everyone I hope you all are at peace and having a great day. Nick was so amazing, I went in to Verizon heavy burdened today. You see my grandmother/mother passed away and was a 30 plus year customer of Verizon. Not only did Nick go out his way to help me and comfort that sore spot in my core he blessed me and my home with great savings. You see he took the time to hear and listen to my wants and needs and as a single parent that was awesome. I appreciate the kindness and hearing about his beautiful wife and child. It never fails to amaze me the amount of help the Verizon staff have for me and my emergency, to me, problems with my phone or tablet! What I fight for a week, or two, to fix takes them a few minutes to correct. I really should allow them to open a satellite shop in my home to keep them near. My latest contact with the Coshocton s for, Christopher Miller, went out of his way to help me during a rainstorm that probably drowned a lot of unlucky humans or animals unlucky to get caught outside. Every time I have reason to interact with any of the Verizon associates I come away with my questions answered and my BP decidedly lower. I recommend anyone who has questions about their Verizon product to go in and let them set your world to right.

Nick and Chris Miller helped me get my phone reactivated after a warranty issue with the phone. They made it easy on me!

Comer was huge help getting me back on track with my technical issues! He was kind and patient with me and I so appreciated it.

Had to help uncle get a new sim for his wifes new iphone. Stopped in here and there was a wait. After the wait the guy was going to charge him $25 for a new card and I asked they aint free?? So without saying a word he gathered a small box and grabbed a card out and gave it to use free. Turns out Verizon charges for a new card but if you take one of the used cards they do not. The used can be re registered and used. Just fyi for anyone who does not want to pay this.

From the moment I walked in the door staff member, Holly, immediately showed her willingness and enthusiasm to help. I was thinking about switching from Apple to Driod and wanted to know about some of the other brands available. She was able to go through every detail the phones offered and made sure to focus on the things that were most important to me. The purchasing process was quick and simple as well. She was also able to identify and work on fixing a problem previous staff (now terminated) had caused. If anyone needs help with their Verizon device, I would 10/10 recommend Holly Young!Thanks again, Holly, for your amazing customer service! We WILL be back. 😁

My mom and I had a great time in the store with Chelsea the other day. My moms phone stopped working right and she spent an hour making sure everything was working properly and even gave my mom her phone number in case she has any questions. Cant thank her enough! Definitely the best experience weve had at a cellphone company.

The employees are friendly and know their stuff. I bought a phone on eBay for my daughter and went in for a Sim card for it, to set it up on my pre-paid plan (no contract.) Unfortunately I forget the girls name, but not only did she install the SIM card, she set up the account for me also. I was very surprised and impressed at the service I received, even though I dont have a contract plan.

Think my Unlimited plan should be a little better but all in all its the only Verizon we have in Coshocton

This store is not closing! It is changing it’s customer service approach in a great way. My wife and each purchased a new phone yesterday and we were very pleased with the help we received from Gene and Taryn. We were helped immediately and setup time was as expected. Gene thoroughly explained the promo options and fee structures. The store was very busy and walk-ins were greeted right away and assisted once a rep was available.

He showed me the option s I had and very smart about deals. High pay but quality product.

Havent always had my best time at this store in the past but I must say this new team is great and so easy to talk with. Happy this store is still here, especially with this fine team you have now. Heather is for sure a star in her field and yes the chairs were appreciate

Casey is an excellent wireless account manager for Verizon. He listened to the preferences I wanted in a phone. He is there for the customers. He will try to find you the best deal and make calls if he needs to. He was honest and a respectable professional.

Store looked great and well maintained. I was in the store for 13 minutes. There were 2 sets of customers and 3 employees. No one even said hello in the 13 minutes. I was looking to upgrade. I will do so elsewhere.

I cams in to pay my bill and the guy showed me that I can get a new phone and more data for only a few extra dollars a month and then I got the tablet promotion with it. It was excellent service in here. I love the chairs!

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago to replace a broken phone they didnt have the phone that I wanted and they said come back later and they will have it so I did thats why I gave them two instead of one star fast forward to today I received my bill and was charged another activation fee two fees to activate a phone one threw Verizon and one by them because they are not a Verizon corporate store so they can charge anything they want.. then I was charged for insurance that I signed a paper to decline when purchasing the phone I will not be back unfortunately.

We were just at the Verizon store in Coshocton. The salesman did not treat us very good. He acted like a jerk and smart elic. All we wanted was for them to correct our bill. The store is under new management. This all started from receiving a text from Verizon that we owed 5 cents and it was due immediately....that’s right only 5 cents.

Holly was awesome. I really had a hard time and I spent about 2 hours in the store. She got everything figured out for me! Thanks!
