I was looking to purchase my first car and i really wanted a Honda Accord Sport. I saw a 2013 Honda Accord Sport online at this dealer. I drove here from Corona to come get a look and test drive it. All of the salesmen were busy helping other customers when I got there so the General Manager Chris himself came out to test drive it with me. He and I worked out the price of the vehicle as well. He was very friendly and professional. I came back to purchase the vehicle two days later and was helped by the internet director Jenni. Once again, she was very nice and chatty which made the process very pleasurable. I happily drove away in my new vehicle.

I took my car to get serviced at this Acura location knowing it would be more expensive, but hoping they would provide a higher quality service. They did the complete opposite. If you enjoy throwing your money into a bonfire, this is the place for you. Otherwise youd have better luck literally anywhere else. Read on for details.Absolutely terrible. I took it in about a year an half ago to replace the battery. That experience was fine. I then took it in again about 9 months ago for its 30,000 mile check up. The car had an oil cap that was broken in half. They fixed it using tape. They told me all 4 of my breaks had 2mm on the pads and it would be $1,200 to fix, and that they shouldnt allow me to drive off the lot with them like that. All four pads having the same wear on them didnt make sense to me, so I got a second opinion and the rears had at least 6mm left and the fronts 4-5mm (in other words the Acura guy tried to rip me off).Worst of all, I just took my car in to get an oil change at an unaffiliated location, and the guy there said I needed to get my 30k mile service... I explained that I had that done about 10k miles ago, at which point he explained that I had in fact not. He showed me the state and level of some of the fluids, and that in his opinion almost nothing was done.I received a call from the Acura Service Center a few days after they serviced my car asking how my experience was. I explained it was terrible. The caller said she was sorry and I would receive a call from their manager shortly, which never happened. Three months later, I received a call from the center trying to interest me in a free satellite radio trial or something. I explained that my last experience there was terrible, and that I was still waiting on a call from their manager. She said she was terribly sorry, and that I should expect that call shortly... That was at least 6 months ago – still waiting.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED.

Went to test drive a used vehicle I noticed while driving by, a 2009 Honda Accord. Steve, one of the salesmen was great. He helped us with any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. I didnt end up buying the car, but I was really impressed with how nice the people are over there considering the bad reviews this store has. Eddie, the manager over there took his time to come and speak with us and made us feel very comfortable. The dealership was busy yet he still took his time talking with us and didnt rush it In anyway, unlike a few of the other dealerships managers that we have visited over the past few weeks. When I am ready to buy a new car Ill definitely have them in mind, and Id recommend this store to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I came in to get a factory recalled part replaced on my 2006 Acura TSX and couldnt be more pleased with the way I was treated by their service department. Ferdie & his crew were phenomenal, even further explaining how one of my long-existing check engine lights could cause costly damage to my catalytic converter. Ferdie was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If I ever purchase a new car, Ill look at this dealership solely based upon their service department.

Empty promises. Bought a used truck for my cowgirl wife that they had just acquired. It had severe oxidation of paint, no wheel covers, and a problematic alarm system. We were ASSURED by a very (seemingly) sincere sales manager that the vehicles issues would be be resolved to our complete satisfaction.Though skeptical, we proceeded along with the purchase. The wheel covers never arrived (after another series of empty promises), they forgot any assurance to treat the paint oxidation issue, and said they had disabled the faulty 3rd party alarm system, but they did not.Finally, in frustration, we stopped calling them regarding the issues above. Wasted time and phone calls with empty promises saying someone would contact us soon, the wheel covers would be shipped to our home, etc. etc.Classic story of a bad car dealer: Promise anything while the customer is on the lot then the moment they drive away, See ya, sucker. I saw it coming but went ahead anyways because they seemed so real and sincere. My bad. Shame on you South Coast Acura. Your BAD!

It is clear that this dealership is run this positive way from the very top and all the way down.I give my $1200 repair experience my highest positive ratings as your team has demonstrated that you really care about your customers. You have fixed several VERY difficult issues I was having with my Acura RDX SUV that only expert technicians could have fixed correctly (replaced fuel pump, coil, complete fuel system service and fixed my fuel float measuring issue). Your 12 month/12,000 mile warranty is much more than non-dealer outlets would have given me. Of course Consumer Reports rates Acura vehicles amongst the highest rated dependable vehicles you can buy.I love your $200 complete fuel system service that cleans many areas that have buildup of harmful deposits. I can notice the nice improvement in my cars performance which also will gave me more noticeable gain in fuel mileage. This is the safest and most effective way to clean all of these bad deposit buildups out of your vehicles system (as compared to fuel additives to your gas).I will definitely return!I highly recommend your team to everyone.Bob Baglien

Used online to locate and get price, made appt, had superior communications with Salesman Tyler and went to test drive vehicle. Didn’t have color I wanted and was considering ordering. Rep came in after they searched their inventory and other dealers around. Very happy to know they just had a delivery today of RDX Tech I wanted. Several others very helpful and asked to be able to take Car home to have my very busy Wife drive. She loved it. Their bus manager came to our home and we worked out details. I’ve driven for 3 weeks and love it. Needed tutorial on how to use all tech apps and they have offered to come out. Rating 4 of 5 now until we complete a trade in of our other vehicle. If all goes well, looking forward to bumping it up to a 5!

Checked online inventory and went to give test drive met with sales man Nihan Le, He is the worlds WORST SALES MAN i dont know how they hired him. he dont even know how to greet people. If we see car it doesnt mean we have to buy car . The car we are looking priced 29K he asked what range we are looking we said we are looking around 30K with all taxes.He said Good Buy Straight on our Face outside of office itself not even tried to call inside office and try to negotiate. Advice to SOUTH COAST ACURA please train your sales persons you lost one sale and i will tell to all my friends to avoid your place, Thanks for nice experience.

I was an auto broker for several years, and have been involved in the auto industry for 14 years. I pride my ability to provide cut rate deals for my clients on vehicles. General sales manager Gary tossed the deal paperwork at me, and said have a nice day. after getting flustered because I caught him playing with numbers on a lease deal.Place is a dump, salesmen ate worthless because they dont actually work and know nothing about the product they are sellingStay away! I am still looking for a good Acura dealer

It is hard to get hold of service department. After put on hold for 15 mins, I was sent to a voicemail message repeatedly three times. If you are short of resources, then either hire more resources or tell right away on the phone that you cannot handle any service requests at this time.Anyways, I left a message in the end. I received callback after two days.Then someone calls me to schedule appointment. We agreed on time after discussing back and forth. After we agreed, I got a service advisor on the call who then tells me that there is no spot open for next two weeks. ???? Why waste time and take people for granted. Be respectful to others time and effort to get your business.

Visiting CA and had to stop at the Costa Mesa Acura location - Terrible experience. I was told that my tire had to be replaced and could not be repaired (a $250+ setback for a nail in tire). Called my Acura service department in Arizona and they advised me to take to Discount Tire. Fixed for free! Not only are they working on commission but BEWARE, not trustworthy at all!

Since the end of 2016 until now Nov 2017, Ive bought 3 cars from South coast acura. I have bought a 15 tlx, a 14 mdx and a 11 hyundai elantra. They have provided me with very good customer service, the salesmen are super friendly and they have an amazing general manager Chris Dunhamm. Their service department is great, they provide me with loaner car whenever i need one. The service is fast and efficient. They always wash my car super nice and it looks like a mini detail. The prices are lower than most Acura dealers around OC. I would recommend South Coast Acura and i will be doing business with them again.

Recently purchased a 2015 MDX. Our dealer, Hund Dong, was very professional and courteous. He made us feel very comfortable without the pressure usually found at other dealers. He took the time to go over every little detail of the car and even went out of his way to make sure our brand new car was washed and prepped to perfection. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Not to mention, he gave us a great deal we probably would not have gotten at another dealer! Well below the average TrueCar price.

Just bought a TLX from South Coast Acura! It was my first car purchase and I came in thinking the salesmen would be evil try to rip me off. To my surprise I felt absolutely no pressure buying or signing the car and on top of that felt like the salesmen did everything they could to get me a great deal. I personally dealt with Alfredo who guided me through the entire process. He was very personable, informative, and comforting so I trusted him when he said he was working for me to get me the best deal. This place is great and Im glad I bought my very first car through them. Thanks again all the salesmen that put up with my father yelling numbers at them over the phone and stayed calm while explaining things a million times to both he and I! haha

I just got the 2015 TLX from South Coast Acura. The service and sincere they provided me when I was Purchasing the vehicle is no doubt a 5 star. I brought my TLX back for service due to Acuras fault where my Steering Wheel locked up when I drive, which I found extremely dangerous. And its exactly like some of us have stated here, they just dont give a crap. They told me to leave my car there for 2 days, they didnt even provided me with a loaner vehicle. What am I supposed to do? Walk to work? And the Sale Associate that sold the TLX to me named Tony Benjamin didnt even say hi to me when I was sitting in the lobby. Very unprofessional dealership.

I cannot rave enough about Kait Beirne and my experience at South Coast Acura. I told Kait the deal I had at another dealer and asked if she could beat it. She contacted me on Christmas and said yes. I came in the next day, they beat the deal, and I drove away with a new car in less than 2 hours. It was the least stressful and easiest car purchase I have ever had. I cannot recommend Kait and South Coast Acura as high as the deserve because they are amazing.

Oh yeah, picked up a 2015 Acura MDX last night from South Coast Acura. Kait and Tony were the two that helped me to get the price and the interest rate that I asked for. They have worked hard to earn my business. I do appreciated it very much so. I picked up a White Diamond Pearl with Eucalyptus interior, FWD Tech Package.Something that other dealership(s) couldnt do, they did not go the extra mile to earn my business like Tony had.Also, at the end, Tony walked me through the features of the MDX and of course, nice little gift that was beyond my expectation. Saved me some $$$ there, Tony B! Of course I will tell my family and friend(s) about it.UPDATE: I noticed the after sale tone was different when I called back with the inquiry on the Acura accessories. Before was with the tone that they want my business, but after the car has been sold to me; totally 180 degrees turned.
