I brought my 3rd generation 4Runner here to get repainted. Although the staff were very friendly and courteous, their job quality was very weak.The first of my concerns was that they did a bad job at masking off parts of the car that were not supposed to be painted. Typically when painting a car, the rubber seals have to be removed along the windows to avoid painting over them and to ensure the panel underneath can be painted. They ended up partially painting over the rubber seals on all the windows on my car, meaning they didnt bother removing them and instead relied on taping them off. There was also tons of over spray inside the interior of the car and it seemed as though they didnt even bother cleaning it up after finishing until I brought it up during pick-up. They also painted over the suspension components on my vehicle which are an obvious no-no. I brought up these concerns with them and instead of fixing the issue, they simply showed me how to clean up their mess myself rather than doing it themselves.Next, I had them also replace my front and rear bumpers on my car because I wanted them to stay black (same color of the plastic when you dont paint over it). Not only did they paint over the bumpers despite the fact that I clearly instructed them not to, but they also broke my rear view camera and did not fix it.The last problem is that part of the job included in the price was fixing any dings or dents in the body panels prior to painting it. Although they fixed a significant dent on the hood, they missed at least 3 smaller dents along the door panels and fenders.To conclude, if youre looking for a new paint job or any sort of body repair, I would avoid this shop entirely until they improve their quality and workmanship.

If you are ready to get a paint job for your vehicle and give it a fresh look this is the place to go. Straight forward in pricing and work. If you discuss anything additional make sure its in writing on your invoice and your clear with your expectations of the work that is performed. Alex is very helpful understood what I wanted and expected for the price we agreed on. The entire crew did a great job on my car. I would recommend this shop for any paint work or body work.

Humberto was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave me a really fair price to paint my bumper and they had it done a day before their quoted time. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

We took our car to Maaco and had a great experience from the time we walked in the door. Alex was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different options we had for painting and repairing our vehicle. We decided to get the premium paint job, the price was reasonable and much more affordable than what was quoted to us from other places.We are happy with the results. They did the proper prep work and our 350z looks like a new vehicle. I would recommend this Maaco to anyone that is needing dent repairs or paint for their car. I worked with Alex through my whole process and he is amazing! I brought my 1995 Honda Prelude into the shop, my favorite car to drive and they did an amazing job all around. Got my dings out here and there and new paint and my car looks brand new! I have a 2000 mustang and I went in about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate to see how much it would cost to get my car repainted and right when I stepped in Humburto and Alex greeted me right away and asked what I would like done and I was done within 10mins and came back 2 weeks later and I am still in awe my car looks brand new, I was amazed right when I pulled up to see it and I still am to this day they both did an amazing job as well as their team. I did the highend package for 1.6k and let me tell you if you have the money do it, you wont regret it!

Dont fall for the fake reviews from friends and relatives.Business lied to us from the start. We took a 2 part golf cart body to them for sanding, prep and paint and were quoted a price. Maaco was informed up front about the condition of the cart when they quoted a price. They quoted 3-5 business days for completion. After a few days we called them only to be informed they had problems and had to sand it all the way to the fiberglass because the primer would not stick. And there would be an additional cost, of course. This should not have been our problem. They are the supposed professionals and should be expected to know this in advance. After the 5th day we had to call yet again only to be informed it would be more days. The excuse given my wife was extra prep work. I disassembled the cart. They got 2 body parts that had no damage and needed no repair. There was one minor body gouge that we didnt care about. They simply needed to be sanded and painted. At mid day on 7th business day in their inept possession they were informed that I needed it back the next day. Period. Mind you, I state business days because they quoted business days. We are local and did drive by on Saturday and noticed their doors were open and they were working. Making a bonus day for them. On the next day they STILL had not done their promised job and the cart was sanded and primered only. At this point we simply picked up the body parts and left. But not before being charged for their work to that point. Including the work they had to redo because they didnt do it correctly the first time.Had their work been done correctly I would have dropped it at that. We contacted a reputable competitor that afternoon thinking we were going to miss the Holiday weekend we wanted the cart for when we took it to Maaco WITH 2 FULL WEEKS TO SPARE. They had it done the next day, but only after having to repair and redo the work Maaco charged us for.Now, though this entire process never once did we raise our voices. Never once did we ask them to do anything other than what they originally promised. Even when I was BEYOND angry at their lies on the last day, all they heard out of me was were done. Never once did an owner or manager speak to us. They would never, ever come up front to the counter or answer the phone. The coward would only talk through the poor person in the office who had obviously been down this road before. But when we filed a BBB complaint to help with resolution he did make a vain attempt to paint us as volatile and unreasonable. Apparently Maaco does not like customers who expect their jobs to be completed somewhere near the quoted time frame or wish to be kept informed of the status of their job, especially when its taking twice the quoted time to complete. Its quite obvious this business does not care about customer satisfaction nor their reputation. There are MANY body and paint shops in very close proximity to Maaco who do care about you. It only took us a few extra seconds to locate one. Take the extra few seconds. Youll be glad you did.

Paint car took 3 1/2 weeks overspray on rubber seals ran by car battery completely dead they had to jump my car got home battery was destroyed and dead try to get reimbursed from Ryan no call no reimbursement would not recommend Meiko on Harbor Boulevard poor service and customer service

Alex was great, a pleasure to work with. The car did have multiple overspray issues which is why I took a star off, so don’t be afraid to point out these issuesto the team upon delivery. But overall they delivered a quality paint job and a very reasonable price.

Overhaul painting took 3 weeks to finish but they promised it will took 5-10 days.

Came here to get my bumper color matched and gotta say they did a excellent job on it came out very good they are on top of there customer service and really help full with prices recommend you speak to Humberto really cool guy keeps you up dated on the work progress highly recommend this place

I brought in my 1998 Chevy Tahoe 4 door for a quote during a Christmas sale Maaco was having nation wide. I got a quote from the manager that was well below my expectations. I looked around at the recently painted cars in their lot to see what condition they were in. All of them looked excellent.I decided to give them a try. The paint came out perfect. There werent any imperfections in the paint (No bubbles, over-spray, all trim unpainted)! I was blown away that i got this good of a paint job for such a cheap price.In addition, the paint was done in 5 business days. I wasnt in a rush for the car but that seemed pretty fast to me.The deal and the paint job was so good I decided to bring another vehicle to their shop to see how that one would turn out. Took my camper shell to get it painted from a white to a copper color to match my truck. The place did a great job. Friendly people and the paint job was great. Had quotes that were a lot higher for basically the same job.I would take my car there to get it painted

Good prices for quick repair, but they dont spend enough time preping the surfaces for painting! New paint is easily popped of with minimal contact! Lack of proper prep results in poor adhesion to the original paint! Otherwise, theyre good for a facelift when indicated!

Dont have your car repaired or painted here. My Cadillac SRX was there for a month. When i went to pick it up the color didnt match. My car is Pearl and the painted the bumper repair bright white! They blamed it on the insurance company and said they didnt pay for blending!!! WTFO. I just wanted it to match my car! They didnt care what so ever! Never have your car done here. They over charged $2500 and no blending. UNBELIEVABLE!

I took my 1971 Chevy C10 in for paint and body work. Rudy and his crew did an awesome job in installing my new hood and fixing my fender and blending the paint to a perfect match. This is the third classic car that they have done for me. I totally recommend this shop over any other Macco shop in the area.

So I got my 1997 Honda Civic sedan the premium paint package the best one they have and I have to say my car looks amazing it looks like a whole new car I cant even believe what they did awesome job and awesome service I highly recommend this Maaco if you are going to go to a Maaco since they are all personally-owned but this one they are clean great customer service and on point with their work and do quality work you will be happy with if you are in Orange County and youre trying to get a paint job by a Maaco I would really recommend this one I think its probably one of the best ones in Orange County from the other Maaco shops that iv seen

Do not go here, the paint will literally fall off your car after 5 car washes. Ask me how I know, $1000 wasted on a front clip respray had to be done over again 3 months later. Saw one of the techs fall into a car he was prepping, clearly on pills or heroin. I reported this place to the city for that and the police said they already know about the employees here.

Took my fathers 2003 Mercedes to repair a front bumper I split (whoops) and the team here was swift diligent and reasonable. They quickly gave me a quote $300 cheaper than a nearby competitor and did a great repair job.

Great paint job for a great price! Had my old Ford Ranger painted a different color. Talk to Rudy. He knows how to get the most for your buck.

They quoted me 16,000 for a 90 Silverado lol. And by email couldnt just tell me to take it else where .

I was very happy with all the service I received from beginning to end.

I got a quote there over $7,000 body prep alone. They would not quote paint price until they completed the body and prep work. I went to Maaco in Orange I got the whole thing done for $2,200. (body and paint) If youre using Maaco, shop around.

I found out that Maaco shops are franchised so every one under different management the difference in the one I was dealing with before and this one can’t compare I will be back at this one if need be
