Horrible customer service. Called at 5:15 PM. Alex picked the phone call and I asked if I could stop by to change my tires. He said they close in 5 minutes and the store hours say they close at 6 pm, he did not let me say anything else, he hung up. So so rude. He did not let me explain I have an emergency. Got a flat tire, wow!!!

The most organized, honest, efficient and straight forward auto / tire shop I have ever seen and experienced. Uncharacteristic of other shops, the entire shop except the backend labor is run by one person, Alex.I have been going there for tires since 2005.

Good, legit biz. The dude who runs it provides excellent service and will not take advantage of you. I’ve only had good experiences here.

This place is great.. have been here twice for tires and once for a tire fix.. i dealt with the same guy both times and hes been great.. always gave me a great price and had my car out of there in 30 minutes tops.. great place good prices and personable people.. A+

I took my car there in November 2016, I had a nail in tire. The store was barely open, boxes wall to wall in office and a bird. Hardly any tires at all. He charged me $20. Cool. Today September 2017 I took my brand new car in I had a bolt of some sort SAME GUY tells me they dont do it. Then after I told him about 1st time tells me he doesnt have ant patches but hell sell me a tire. Oh ya right screw you. Nope I went down to 2229 Harbor American Tire Depot. What does this guy say? If you want you can tip my guy but Im not gonna charge you. AMAZING.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR go to the one next to Jack in the box.

Worst customer service ever, made 3 trips there and did not get help what so ever, The guy at the front desk was rude and im also assuming he is the boss, he said it was a 3-4 hour wait to put on some tires when he had only one car in front of me, also I had ordered the tires 5 days prior, don’t ever go there, there is much better options out there

Come here for tires if you want a GOOD, no B.S. price and install. Alex runs the place and will take care of you. Carwash next door also is pretty legit also!

Very rude! They hang up if they dont offer service or even put you on hold and then hang up on you. Not worth even going further with these jerk offs.

Dave is very knowledgable, trustworthy and customer service orieneted. We have had our Land Rover and Honda serviced here many times. We cant imagine going anywhere else because of him. He has a great attitude and is fast and efficient. We had our car serviced here before he was here and it wasnt the same. He truly owns each problem and provides resolution. The place wouldnt be the same without his Aloha :)))) We sincerely trust in American Tire Co becauae of him!!!

Several hours for 1 tire change out and thete was only one car in the bay.. way to lose business first thing on a Monday morning.

Awesome service!!! Had a tire emergency and showed up right before they were closing. They were kind enough to help me with 2 new tires and finished in only 15 minutes.

Great prices and service, when Alex gives you a price there are never add ons or surprise charges.

I called to find out a price and the Guy on the phone was rude and hanged up the phone on me. Plenty other places to take my business to.
