Grand Prix is so Amazing... I dont have a fancy car or a lot of money, But they treat me like I do... They are the best.

This place is like no other, 1st class all the way! Heres the bottom line, if you have anything nice and care about it at all - you bring it here. Customer service and quality of work exceeds the highest standards as well as limitless options available for anything desired. These are good solid people who have incredible work ethic, family oriented and professional experience, I wouldnt think to go anywhere else!

Great prices, great service, fast, high quality. They were able to find a rare tire size in Michelin 4s for delivery the next morning. Came in, before my car was shut off they were working on it. 30 minutes later- out the door with 2 new tires and on my way. Julio was great in letting me know the status in the comfortable waiting room.

I HIGHLY recommend Grand Prix Performance in Costa Mesa for all of your car repair and improvment needs. They are simply THE BEST. I had 2 serious issues with my BMW recently, and their pricing was SO MUCH cheaper than Sterling. We just had an issue with an Audi and took it there...again, better pricing that was even quoted at Beach House Imports (specializing in Audi). After doing the repair, they also de-badged the car for us. They really do EVERYTHING (wheels, rims, repairs, tinting, etc.). Their customer service is AMAZING and they are such genuine people. Dont hesitate supporting this family run business!

I have been coming here for years with multiple cars and I just purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4wd and wanted some more work done. They put a leveling kit on the front and rear and it came out great, along with mounted black rhino abram wheels and toyo at3 tires. Looks clean and very happy, Good business here.

Before, BAD EXPERIENCE “Called for appointment for 4 wheels alignments and they said just walk in. Went there got the alignment done for my Mercedes G wagon, paid $100, found out only got two front alignment done. Where other shops Cost $100 to $120 for four wheels alignment done. When I call around and ask the alignment price it’s usually for four wheels. After the work is done, it was only for 2 wheels staying in the receipt. It would be $175 for four wheels. They don’t even give you options or ask what you want before the work done. Doesn’t matter if you been there 50 or 100 years, when your customers feel like got cheated and lied to, that’s when your service goes downhill. I was thinking Spending $3000 changing my rims and tires there, Not anymore. So be aware of going there... Really upset! I don’t know how they are there for 50 years.”NEW POST:So, Jessica - the owner’s daughter called me back and asked regarding what happen. And it was definitely partially miss communicated. The shop should have asked the guest and told them the price for the job is only for two front alignments work and for that year of my G, there wasn’t for 4 wheel (called dealership and verified). I mean there are shops who has $100 for four wheel alignment but This shop’s cost has always been this. So in result, the alignment work is good, but if it was more explained to customers it would be a lot better. I’m giving back the stars b/c I appreciated she called me and make me feel better but communication is very important. We as customers should do more homework on your own cars and ask around more for the pricing and how well is their skill.

A real pleasure to deal with from quote to drive off. Held onto my new tires for three weeks as it took me longer than expected to get my Datsun Roadster down here. When I got the car I was able to get same day service and be on my way within an hour. Bonus - the final bill was even less than the original quote! All the staff was very friendly too. My experience with the owner Jerry, was unpleasant. I felt that he was extremely rude. The tech drove my car into the shop area. He then told me there were scratches on the rocker panels. I am very meticulous with my car so I know it inside out. Those are recent scratches. I felt that their service was poor and my bad experience with the staff and owner left a sour taste. I would not recommend their service.

Great service great prices Ive been coming there for years and they offer competitive prices. youre in and out of the door real quickly free tire rotation if you need it. Didnt have the Michelin in stock but they had an equivalent Bridgetown which is fine by me

Called all over town to get prices for brakes, Grand Prix had the best prices around and got the job done in about an hour! Family owned and ran, honest company wont try to sell you more than you really need. Very pleased, will definately return!

I love this place. I went in there a long time ago to fix a flat tire of my car and they fixed it and saved me a lot of money coz it would have cost me a lot at any other place. And then, today, I went in there again for the same reason and they took care of me for no charge. Of course there was no flat tire. Just the air was very low. But, they checked the tire and filled air without charging me anything. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this place.

Never had a tire store and so much more treat me better. Ive been buying tires there for 15+ years. Great prices and even better service. I brought several sets of tires and rims through out the years and they take care of my breaks too. Never been disappointed. Customer for life.

These guys are great. Doesn’t matter if you’re spending 50 or 5000 they always take great care of their customers. Lee has to put up with about 3 visits and 20 questions from me every time I get a new car. There’s never pressure to buy, just a great family that loves cars and loves being helpful. With that approach the sale usually follows so everyone wins and feels great. Tires, wheels, brakes, tint, alignment, over the years they’ve done it all for me. Zero issues, zero regrets.

Driving from San Diego county had some tire issues called to see if they had any tires for 26 rims in stock but they didnt. Instead they went above and beyond trying to help me get my hands on the tire I need. Great folk, highly reccomend!

Grand Prix Performance was amazing! I drove in with squeaky brakes and they quickly replaced the worn brake pads checked my tires and I was on my way with quiet but effective brakes in under an hour. I have been going to Grand Prix since 1997 for non-warranty brake, tire and wheel repairs - of which Ive unfortunately had many. Theyve consistently been competent, quick, and fairly priced. I think theyre still family-owned and find that refreshing too.

All I can say is service, service, service. Called ahead and was told to drop in for a tire repair on my Cayenne S. No problem. After I arrived they took my car right away and an hour later I drove off. Extremely reasonable price also. Saved me a huge bill for a new tire at the dealer. Once my warranty is done I will be using them for any repairs that they will perform.

I was really taken care of by them. They treat you like family make sure all your questions are answered and I didnt have to worry about being over charged or over sold. They truly care about their customers and safety.

My family have been going to Grand Prix for over 30 years. Same family ownership...great prices & service. This last time I saw a screw in back tire and came in on a Friday @ 4 pm and they jumped on it, fixed it & I was out the door in 30 minutes.

They did a good job and got the work done quickly but I would recommend going elsewhere. They lost the wheel locks for my tires and i had to buy new ones. the repair men dont speak English well so you cant speak to them directly about the work they did. on the weekend they a staff that is not good. The place is kind of creepy. There is an old guy there that really needs to retire.

Ill be honest, I didnt even make it so far as to even get my car fixed by them. I had the service phone operator literally tell me get your ass in hear so I can take a look at your car. Im a customer ! ! ! Seriously? Wow, how on earth are you guys in business. Incredible, i understand that maybe he was taking a shotat ttrying to seem relatively easy going or seemingly casual. But, its too much of a lack in respect let alone to a customer. Thank goodness for Pepboys. It took a little while but it was ultimately less expensive and more importantly professional.

I gave them two stars and I’ll tell you why. I brought my Porsche Carrera in there to have all four tires balanced today. This was a preowned car that I bought two weeks ago, and it had brand new continental high performance tires on it. After balancing all four tires for me at a reasonable price of $100, they then proceeded to inform me that the tires on this Porsche we’re all wrong. They then went on to tell me that the only tires you can put on a Porsche Carrera are Michelins or Pirellis.Sure enough, when I went online and did some research, I found that the continentals along with goodyears and Bridgestone and Hancook and many other tires are recommended for the Porsche Carrera.My problem with this tire shop is that they gave me bad information, perhaps with the hope that I would pay up for Brand new tires. The whole thing was a little confusing, because if the tires were wrong for my car why didn’t they tell me before they did the balance?So, the reason for my bad feedback is that I want to warn other consumers to be very careful When doing business with this company. Yes, they were nice people, it’s a very nice tire store, with very high-end vehicles owners were as customers. But, this is the sort of situation that can catch some consumers off guard and frankly was Questionable

I have been going to Grand Prix now for years and have never found a tire store that pays attention to detail nearly as closely as Grand Prix does. When I get an alignment done the steering wheel is dead straright when I am going straight, while competitors left me driving with a crooked steerig wheen when going straight down the road. They go the extra measure to put the weights on the inside edge of my nice wheel, while competitors put them outside, which was easier for them. And the prices are competitive too.

Great friendly service.I have never seen oil chaged so fast.These guys use Amsoil which is as quality an oil as you can buy.Other places will pour generic junk that doesnt match in quality.Do yourself and your car a favor and bring it here.

I just had Grand Prix mount up a set of tires I got at TireRack and do a 4 wheel alignment on my wifes Mazdaspeed3. They were extremely fast and did the job I asked for without much issue. They managed to mount the tires without destroying the wheels and got the alignment right the first time... this is more than I can say about most shops in this area. I think their prices are reasonable and they are trustworthy which is a hard to find combo in the automotive service industry. I found the owner (I assume its the owner, shaved head/glasses/older) to be some what crass and short but i dont believe its out of spite. I dropped my car off in the morning when they were very busy getting the day started and I just think he was focused on keeping things running smoothly. I would return here for future business and refer friends here without much concern.
