I had some minor damage to the left front fender and bumper of my Mercedes S550. I took it to Fletcher Jones and they quoted $5,000.00 and said it would take 5 days to make the repairs. When I questioned the price and the procedure, they brought the estimate down to $4,500.00. I took my car to Maurice and they made the repairs, including parts and labor, for $350.00 and got the repair done in 3 hours. I cannot say enough good things about Maurice. Top quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

This place hold my only transportation for over month and put parts and work without my permission, I didn’t allow anyone to replace anything.THIS PLACE COST ME HARDSHIP by forcing me to pay $1400 that I don’t have, after this situation I HAD TO BORROW MONEY to pay this shop for parts that I didn’t want or asked for at all. (((i have my all evidenc))) . I asked for my rights at shop they let the employee yelling at me and call cops?! And telling me pay the reat of the money?! Your Mexican employee he gave me bad attitude and he still have anger and hate. I need nothing but giving my money back after you guys failed fixing my only car.

Amazing service and great prices. They dont overcharge you like other repair shops and can even rebuild vintage Benzes from the engine to the transmission. Definitely a spot you want to check out to prolong the life of your Mercedes!

I have a 300 TE Mercedes and I only take it to Maurice. The work his guys do is amazing. Their fast and extremely knowlegable about the cars they work on. Maurice has the best prices in town. Every time my car is finished and I go to get it Maurice goes over everything that he did to it, if he finds something new that is wrong with it he calls and explains it to me and if it needs to be done right away or in the near future. Great place to go.

Excellent service and fair price

Maurice welcomed me and my 300sd and did his best for serving us. Dr. Adolfo (thats how Maurice called him) inspect my car thoroughly and thoughtfully and gave me a long list I need to care. Maurice showed me all areas my car has issues and explained them all. I noticed Maurice and his staffs respect each other and make the beautiful shop joyful place to work with. They are all genuine professionals. Two thumbs up!

I have always wanted to take my car to trusted mechanic that we can trust and work with honestly, they didn’t care if the car safe to be driven.

This is the only repair shop I take my E320 Mercedes. Maurice and his crew are top of the line: fast workers, professional boss. Maurice has the best prices around and he never lets me leave without full knowledge of what was fixed and what needs to be fixed in the future. Ill never go anywhere else but here.

I took my car to Maurice for an oil change. The service advisor appeared very helpful and friendly during the service visit. However, when it was time to pick up my car he said that he did not feel comfortable releasing my car to me. He told me that my car had major oil leaks and needed a new gasket, crank seal, 4 new tires, and other work. The service advisor said that I needed $800 in repairs done immediately and highly recommended additional service work. In total, the repairs would have been over $2,000. I felt suspicious and told the advisor not to make the repairs, especially since I had had no evidence of a oil leak before I took my car in to be serviced. The next morning I demanded my car back. I took my car to Fletcher Jones, where I discovered that my car did not need to have ANY of the suggested service repairs. I wish I could give 5 negative stars to this business. Stay far away from this business!

Took my 2002, S500 car to Mercedes Repair by Maurice and my car had huge work to be done .they treat me very well and gave me a loaner car, my car was there for almost 2 days and they complete it with a perfect job and as I compare the price was really good .really satisfy with their job which really professional and well their behavior .
