Mark is always there to help anyone and everyone when it comes to their car! I had been having oil services on my Mazda thru the dealership and once I started working for Mark I had him do my oil services. On my first oil change with Mark he found the oil drain gasket to be so old and never changed! Its one of the cheapest parts of an oil change too. Glad I work for someone with so much knowledge not just on Mercedes Benz but all cars.
