I have to write a review because this was one of the best retail experience ever. Despite during the buy 3 get 3 free sales and the store busy, the service was excellent. Amy was super helpful during checkout and assisted me with the app as well. Again, huge shout out to Amy and the store manager!

I have the whole collection of current and past scents ranging from lotion to hand sanitizers.... i cant help it ... the buy 3 get three for free got me.. and when Christmas time comes... please cut up my card and cut me off... please ask for my bestfriend sunshine and tell her faith sent you!!!!!!!! With red hair..... if she ask.... just with her name shes that person who will brighten up your day and convince you to buy up the whole store.... shes at the village mall of orange California location.. stop in and say hi and buy everything before i do...

Being inside South Coast Plaza, youd expect the store to be nice. Well, that is an understatement. Its very nice! Its much larger than other BBW Ive been in. It is roomy and spacious with lots of products out.They have a wide, large variety of different shower gels, lotions, etc.The candles they sell all smell so good. And they have plug-in wall fragrances that equally smell good.In addition to body products, they have hand sanitizers, and soaps.All the girls working the floor are very nice and all of them offered if we needed help finding anything.

Staff is always smiling and friendly at this location. Store is very clean, and they always help me find what I need or dont know I need lol. Great mens products!

Loved it there. There are so many scents to choose from but can be somewhat pricey. The staff is nice and will show a good atitude. Candles are nice smelling and even have freshners for your home or car. Their hand sanitizers have cute little cases for them to customize and make it seen fun for your child. Somewhat affordable, available for all genders and very good smelling items.

I generally like Bath and Body Works, but the cashier (3113066) was so rude that I dont think Ill return to this location. Ive had much better service at the Shops at Mission Viejo!

Store can get messy, but workers are very friendly and helpful
