The worst make up done by Alicia. I couldn’t believe she even works as a make up artist. Told me she doesn’t like doing make up, then I asked if I should be concerned. Let me tell you be concerned. I asked for a classic look like Audrey Hepburn and I came out looking like Jennifer Coolidge from legally blonde. My lips were sooo I’ve drawn it was the most embarrassing walk out of a Sephora I’ve ever had. They charged for this experience as well, it was my birthday and I had to wash all of my make up off. Please if you do not like doing make up do not offer up your services or even work in the industry. I was appalled by the look.

Me and my girlfriend went shopping to this beauty supply store and we had a terrible experience. We were looking at the eyebrows area and this girl name Colombia gave us an attitude about not touching the tester. We explain we didnt know and she gave us very bad attitude very unprofessional and i stated it seems like you have an attitude and she said yes i do! The manager approached us after seeing the unprofessional behavior and apologize and ring us up. We had to stop our shopping, the sales colombia came up to the cashier and stared us in the eye and the manager said i am so sorry and had to ask her not to come near the cashier anymore. The look in her eye seem so angery and felt unsafe. Hopefully this review helps you guys. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Sephora is always great! Service was not the best only because there was nobody approaching or asking if I needed help until i asked. There was only about 5 shoppers and I felt a warm hello or may I help you would make it a better experience.

Employees are nice and friendly. The cashier was so patient, she even helped me to pick out gifts when ordering online only products in the store. Its a well stocked store. Will definitely shop here again.

The sale ladies will watch you look confused and looking for stuff and not bother to offer help. Just recently went and was deciding between a gift card or a bunch of makeup items for a present. With their attitudes I just got a girl card and hope the birthday person spends it at another store. Go to the other Sephora. The girls there actually want to work and sale.

Love this place. They are always so friendly and nice. Came here to get foundation and they matched me using this cool little electric scanner thing and it was a perfect match. No more guessing my shade!

I had a great experience with the employees here. They were super friendly and extremely helpful. I discussed with one about how I was looking for foundation with non-toxic and clean ingredients and she shared a lot of great information with me and gave me samples of clean foundations I didnt even know Sephora had. Her help totally exceeded my expectations so I would definitely come back to this location again!

Customer Service was non existent until we were leaving. Was in the store for 15 minutes, not even a Welcome to Sephora. Their loss though, went to my favorite store next (Nordstroms) and made my purchases with no issues. Many beauty options out there, will spend my $$ where I am appreciated.

Service blows! I came in to this store several months ago in search of birthday gift for a friend. I simply asked the associate at the front if they have brush sets available. The associate didnt know, so she went to find someone since her radio was not working. Okay no worries, Ill just wait. After waiting for about five minutes, I see the associate laughing and talking to other associates. If you are too busy to assist customers, then call someone else. I didnt appreciate this type of service. This is how Sephora treats paying customers. Well they lost my business, because I walked out and went to MAC. Since then, I never stepped foot back into this store. Horrible!!

I love Sephora! Even though they are always packed theres literally. been someone asking if I need help within 2 minutes of entering the store every time I come here. I also love their gifts and points. I literally get free stuff all the time. Only downside is that the velour lashes area is always pretty much empty and really messy.

After having a bad experience at a Sephora near my house, I decided to drive a little further out to this location and I dont regret it at all! I was offered help right away and had the item I wanted in my hands in SECONDS! Everyone was super nice as well!

Personally, I believe the products being sold here are excellent. BUT, the products are extremely expensive. Sephora HAS to make a change on how they price their products. No doubt about it that their customers would be coming in at lightning speed if they just brought their prices down.

The Gal with the orange hair was so polite when doing a refund, very sweet, and patient. Even though the foundation was a flop I would come back to this location to purchase makeup

Im not really a makeup person but thankfully Sephora isnt all about makeup. Theyve got all kinds cool stuff like perfume, skincare, and nail polish which is more my thing and when I do want to dabble in the makeup world, I can come and play here.I spend so much time here that Ive even got a Beauty Insider card which I can add to my PassBook. They also have an iPhone app. I like stores that are tech savvy. I also love that I can check out at any time with one of their associates because they all have a Square card reader like device attached their phones.I came here to redeem my birthday freebie and to also get a lip exfoliant. Every major brand has one but I was able to find one that I liked from Fresh that was all natural and organic. The sales associate was kind enough to point out the different ones and help me make a decision. Now thanks to her, I no longer have dry chapped lips which is often an occurrence during Winter.This is a pretty big Sephora located near Bloomies and has several products. Customer service is also friendly. Ill be back for more goodies.

Professional, proactive and clean

It may be small, but you can almost always find what you need with less the crowd!!!

I really like this location for the most part. It gets extremely busy but the staff are friendly and help me find samples.

The skin care consultant was very rude...didnt even introduce herself or asked for my name! Acted like I was a bother and the sign outside said ask about our mini facials...trust me...dont ask her...shes the fat one with short black hair...the greeter though...she was amazing...this store is overall about 3 n a half stars..but again...tht fat skin consultant was so unprofessional.
