Justin the owner seemed like a stand up guy so when he sold me a jet ski and said all it needed was a jet pump I took him for his word he even said he would find one for me and install it. long story short the ski needed more then a jet pump. turns out the ski actually has a major motor issue and is worthless. 4000.00 for a ski he says runs but doesnt Now he wont even return my call. BUYER BEWARE RENTER BEWARE DONT TAKE YOUR SKI TO THIS GUY HE IS UNETHICAL!!!

Justin is a great guy and a specialist in this field. He understands what it takes to rebuild an engine or address any corrosion or spark plug issues. I had my Yamaha sx 230 not firing up and he was able to diagnose the issue and found the starter relay was fried. He also pointed out a multitude of issues that were overlooked by other techs at another shop so he did a full service at a reasonable price! All in one day!Highly recommended and trustworthy service!

Good reliable shop! We just picked up our seadoo jet boat from having a giant hole repaired on the drivers side from hitting a jetty. The 2 technicians we dealt with were extremely helpful and very educated in fiberglass repair. The repair job looks like new, you cant even tell there was a 2ft x 3ft hole on the side of it a month ago.The shop also gave us 2 jet ski rentals for our river trip, so we could still get in the water while our boat was being repaired.Thanks again for the great work!

I have been coming to see Justin and his staff for roughly 6 years now for my jet ski repair. No matter the issue or cause, Justin jumps through hoops to accommodate me and get my seadoo back on the water as soon as possible. Whether it be a tune up, a carburetor issue or as difficult as a top end, they tackle the task with the utmost care and attention to detail. I couldnt recommend Justin highly enough, great honest guy!

Five star service. The knowledge and dedication that these guys have for jet ski repair is unbelievable. After chasing an intermittent electrical grimlin on my jet ski for the last 3 years and taking it to 2 other shops with no luck, I was about to sell it and move on. I brought it into watercraft direct and after 2 minutes of explaining what it was doing the technician told me it was most likely the voltage regulator. Something that the 2 other shops, 1 being a seadoo dealership couldnt figure out. Once watercraft direct replaced the regulator they ran it in their test rank and the ski ran flawless and the battery did not drain like it did in the past. The best part of all was they only charged me $55. I will definitely use these guys again in the future for my jet ski repairs.

Great jet ski repair shop, great staff and great prices. This is the 3rd time Ive used watercraft direct for a repair on my seadoo. The first 2 times were for a regular service tune up and this most recent visit was to have a rock removed from the jet skis impeller. The workers here are always so helpful and friendly from the initial call to set up an appointment, to them coming out and greating you at drop off/ pick up. The work is always spot on and a lot more affordable then the jet ski repair dealerships.

Happy we found this shop. we have always taken our waverunners to the dealer, but they seem to always give us the run around and charge way too much. we tried out watercraft direct when we were in a bind and the dealer couldnt get us in. were glad we tried them, because they are quick and seem to be more knowledgeable about our waverunners then the dealer.

Good jet ski repair shop to deal with. Great work and communication.We were referred to watercraft direct by our insurance company after our two jet skis had been driven onto a hidden sand/ rock bar in Laughlin. The bottoms of the jet skis were destroyed and the impellers were in bad shape. The turn around time was pretty quick considering the amount of fiberglass damage each jet ski had. Overall we had a good experience doing business with this company.

Been looking for a reliable, reasonably priced mechanic for my 1999 Yamaha Waverunner SUV1200 (2 stroke), but it seems most mechanics including the big shops wont work on 2 strokes anymore.Justin was recommended to me by Mission Motorsports in Irvine. In meeting and talking with him for an hour it was evident that he was not only a knowledgeable mechanic but also a fair and honest business owner. Hes willing to take the time to talk you through your boats issues. You know hes been doing this awhile when you see a test tank in the back.He was able to diagnose and fixed my carb issue, but more importantly the electrical CDI issue I had on the water.Thanks to Watercraft Direct Im able to enjoy Labor Day on the water.They have my business for life!

Bought a 2001 seadoo ran great on trailer put it in the water it would not run called a local shop. Told them what it was doing and told them the compression they wanted to start out with New top end which didnt sound right to me,called Jason gave him same exact info first thing he said was the carbs took my ski to him and was very impressed no one elese will work on my pwc except Jason. He kept me well informed and took pictures and didnt add on a bunch of stuff he did inform mo of a couple things that I new needed to be done and let me tell you the ski runs great on the trailer and in the water it runs perfect thanks to Jason........THANK YOU JASON.Mike Jones

This Place is a Nightmare. I took my two Sea Doos to Justin for maintenance before a trip to Lake Mead. He told me one of my Sea Doos needed a new short block for $2100. The other needed a carb rebuild and new oil lines. Based on this advice, I sold for cheap the one needing a short block and paid for repairs to the other. After the carb rebuild, the one I kept wouldnt run right after towing it all the way to Lake Mead. I took this Sea Doo back to Justin to fix it -- after I got it home, it wouldnt start at all. I called the guy who bought my Sea Doo for cheap and he reported that a $200 part fixed it --- no short block needed. I had to pay another shop to fix the poorly done carb rebuild -- they said whoever worked on it didnt know what they were doing. I asked Justin for my money back but got nothing. At this point, Im considering Small Claims Court. Stay away from this place.

Quick service, the staff was very knowledgeable of personal watercraft and pricing was half of what we paid at Mission motorsports. We brought two seadoo waverunners in on Friday morning and they were ready for pick up by lunch time.

Great experience. Their staff was a great help from the initial phone call to walking us through, explaining and showing to us what the problems were.We had nothing but problems with 2 waverunners we had just purchased for a trip. They were supposed to be in good running condition, or thats what the seller told us. After being towed in from Dana point on the first time out with them, we brought them to straight to watercraft direct. We needed the wave runners for our up coming 4th of July trip to parker and was concerned they may not be coming with us. We brought them in saturday afternoon and we received them back the following tuesday. After a long list of items that needed to be repaired, the price was very reasonable.If your looking for a great repair place for your seadoos, give them a call.
